An educational institution's marketing strategy also affects its performance. In the competition to attract new students, education marketing is crucial. Therefore, educational institutions must have an effective approach to this. This research investigates MA Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang's strategy to gain many students through its extracurricular activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the extracurricular activities at MA Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang and how this strategy is applied to market education. This research examines the planning, implementation and supervision of the entrepreneurship learning program at the Cukir Diwek Jombang Muallimat College Vocational School. The aim of this research is to evaluate how curriculum planning is carried out, how learning programs are implemented, and how supervision of these programs is carried out. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation of school principals, curriculum cadets and field teachers. The research results show that entrepreneurship curriculum planning is carried out comprehensively by involving various stakeholders, ensuring the curriculum is relevant and in line with the needs of the job market. Implementation of the program uses experiential learning methods, combining theory and direct practice, as well as collaboration with local industry, although it still requires improvements in the use of technology and ongoing training for teachers. Supervision is carried out through academic and non-academic approaches, ensuring the achievement of educational goals and the development of students' practical skills. In conclusion, the entrepreneurship learning program at the Jombang Muallimat Vocational School is effective in equipping students with the necessary entrepreneurial skills, but requires several improvements to achieve more optimal results

This research aims to describe appropriate public relations management (PR) strategies to improve the quality of education at MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the right public relations strategy to improve the quality of education at MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang is creating an informative and attractive madrasah website, utilizing social media to promote the madrasah, holding interesting activities for the community, and building good relationships with alumni. The implementation of Public Relations strategies at MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang has been quite effective in improving the quality of education. This is evidenced by the increasing number of new students, increasing student achievement, and increasing the image of madrasas in society.

This research aims to analyze the management of competency development for teaching staff at MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the professionalism competency of teaching staff at MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang has reached a good level. This competency development occurs through an effective planning, implementation and evaluation process. Planning is carried out through regular supervision and work meetings to identify teacher training needs. Implementation is carried out through training and workshops which teaching staff must attend every year. Evaluation is carried out after training or workshops to evaluate the achievements and success of teaching staff. Thus, it can be concluded that MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang has succeeded in managing and increasing the professional competence of its teaching staff, which is an important basis for improving the quality of education at the institution.

This research examines the strategies and practices used in building leadership character through the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) at Al Malikus Sholeh Sumobito Vocational School, Jombang. This research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and participant observation as data collection techniques. Research findings show that OSIS is an effective means for developing leadership skills, responsibility, teamwork, and moral values ??in students. This research provides good insight for schools and educators to design programs that focus on developing leadership character through OSIS activities.

Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools have a strategic role in facing global flows by strengthening character education. This research discusses the theoretical basis, learning methods, and the impact of Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools on student character development. This Islamic boarding school not only maintains traditional Islamic values, but also integrates technology and innovation in its learning approach. This research is library research where data is collected through books, articles and relevant ones used as references. Meanwhile, data analysts are used according to the researcher's abilities and understanding of the data found. Islamic boarding schools contribute positively to the formation of students' personality, ethics and tolerance. Despite facing challenges such as adapting to technology and meeting national standards, Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools also have the opportunity to become centers of authentic Islamic understanding in providing solutions to global challenges. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penggalian sumber dana dan pengelolaan dana di SMP Negeri 1 Bangil serta peran komite sekolah dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait pengelolaan keuangan sekolah serta peran komite sekolah. Responden utama adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara sekolah, anggota komite sekolah, dan stakeholder terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber keuangan di SMP Negeri 1 Bangil melibatkan beberapa aspek, termasuk pengumpulan dana dari Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), kantin sekolah, infaq dari wali murid dan siswa, serta bantuan dari alumni. Proses pengelolaan keuangan sekolah dilakukan melalui pengacuan pada Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS), pelaporan keuangan yang transparan, serta pengawasan keuangan yang ketat dengan pertanggung jawaban yang jelas. The purpose of this study was to find out: 1. How is the implementation of da'wah education at SMPN 2 Wonosalam Jombang? 2. How is the local content curriculum management plan at SMPN 2 Wonosalam Jombang? 3. How is the evaluation of local content curriculum management at SMPN 2 Wonosalam Jombang? The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type located at SMP Negeri 2 Wonosalam, Jombang. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation The data obtained were then analyzed using interactive model data analysis from Miles and Huberman. Based on data analysis, it was found that: 1) Planning for the implementation of local content curriculum activities involves compiling learning tools and matters related to learning; those involved in planning activities are teacher working groups, the head of madrasah, the deputy head of curriculum, the madrasah committee, and pesantren leaders; activities are conducted at the beginning of each semester. 2) In the implementation of local content curriculum management, there are still obstacles, but these obstacles have been overcome in the right way. In the implementation, teachers and students are involved, the choice of implementation of the local content curriculum is adjusted to local regulations, and the needs of the community around the institution and its management are very good. 3) Evaluation of the management of the Javanese local content curriculum using various methods carried out by teaching teachers, generally carried out twice in one semester. For learning the Qur'an, evaluation is carried out by several people according to their level, and activities are carried out after each lesson, at the end of the semester, and at the end of the year.

Educational infrastructure means equipment and supplies that are directly used and support the educational process, particularly the teaching and learning process, such as buildings, classrooms, tables, and chairs, as well as teaching tools and media. While what is meant by educational infrastructure are facilities that indirectly support the course of the educational process, such as yards, gardens, parks, and schools, if used directly for the teaching and learning process, such as school gardens for teaching biology or school yards as sports fields, they are components of an educational tool. Educational facilities and infrastructure are also often referred to as school facilities or school equipment. Based on the data analysis that has been done, five conclusions are obtained as follows: First, planning for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure needs at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang has been arranged. In accordance with the provisions in the plan, in the procurement of facilities, it will also adjust the real needs, which are the most important, to take precedence over both learning tools and buildings, and so on. Procurement activities only use budgeted BOS funds. In the three stages of using, using, or using the existing facilities and infrastructure at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang, there are no official procedures or written rules in the use of facilities and infrastructure because all Madrasah residents have the same rights to use existing facilities and infrastructure according to individual needs

Librarians have a very important role in providing assistance for students to utilize and use library materials properly, correctly, and effectively, and librarians are also very influential in increasing student interest in and visits to the library. This study aims to: 1. Describe the role of librarians in developing literacy programs at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem. 2). Describe the Literacy Program's role in increasing student interest and visiting the library at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that: 1). The role of librarians in improving literacy programs consists of: a). Librarian administrators carry out planning, organizing, and coordinating, b) Educators develop a good personality, such as in service, fostering and developing skills, increasing insight, and being able to innovate. c). Supervisors always work together to motivate colleagues, have new innovations, and always think of continuing to grow in the future
