Advanced analysis of X-ray diffraction profile of carbon 碳的x射线衍射谱的高级分析

Many structural parameters have been proposed to discuss the structure of carbon so far. Among them, the lattice constant, crystallite size, degree of graphitization degree are indispensable parameters. The evaluation method of these parameters has been improved with the evolution of the principle of the X-ray diffraction measurement method, the numerical analysis method, and the computer. This paper first introduces the classical theory of carbon X-ray diffraction measurement, and secondly details how to embody the classical theory with high accuracy on current computers for the beginners in the field of carbon research.
