3D guidance for vertical impact on non-stationary targets 垂直撞击非静止目标的三维制导

A new three-dimensional guidance law with high impact angle constraints used for striking ground moving targets is designed based on back-stepping control approach. The kinematics between the missile and the target are established in line-of-sight (LOS) frame. To ensure the required impact angle and small miss distance, two step controllers are designed based on Lyapunov method. The first step controller guarantees the LOS angle in vertical plane to converge to the desired angle. The second step controller can stabilize the overall system while maintaining minimum LOS rate, and thus the smallest miss distance can be achieved indirectly. Simulation results illustrate the efficiency.

A novel linear switch reluctance generator system 一种新型线性开关磁阻发电机系统

A novel linear generator system prototype has been developed to harness tidal and wave energy. The point absorber is designed to extract energy from ocean waves. The main circuit of power converter and control system based on DSP are designed. The experimental study has been carried out on the three-phase 6/4 structure linear switched reluctance generator. The scotch yoke is designed to convert the motor rotational motion to linear motion, which mimics the tidal motion. Simulation and experimental results verified the design.

Design and analysis of optimal incentive contracts between fourth-party and third-party logistics providers 第四方物流商与第三方物流商最优激励契约设计与分析

Recent development in logistics has led to wide use of fourth-party logistics (4PL) and third-party logistics (3PL) service providers. Given the increase of the supply chain complexity and growth of intense competition, these logistics service providers (LSPs) face increasing challenges. A viable way is to cooperate. This paper aims to apply the principal-agent theory to the logistics industry by studying the horizontal cooperation between 4PL and 3PL providers through the use of incentive contracts. In contrast with traditional economic literature, compensation in this case is a combination of a fixed payment and a bonus based on the performances of the 3PL providers, in terms of service delivery rate and customer satisfaction level, which are industry specific. The problem is modeled as a risk-neutral 4PL provider hires multiple riskaverse 3PL providers to conduct different logistics tasks involved in a project. The goal of this paper is to study the design of optimal contracts that balance the incentives and risks of the 3PL providers from the perspectives of 4PL provider, so that both them can achieve maximized profits.

A synchronization motion control algorithm for multiple dynamic positioning vessels 多动态定位船舶同步运动控制算法

In order to solve the synchronization control problem of multiple dynamic positioning vessels, which are expected to satisfy a given formation pattern and track a smooth reference trajectory as a whole, a synchronization control strategy based on algebraic graph theory is proposed. The strategy is realized by defining synchronization error combining the graph theory, and it makes each vessel keep in synchronization with the other neighbors of the group. The controller is designed based on backstepping and Lyapunov direct method so as to track the vessels' desired trajectory, and the controller of each vessel is designed using the feedback from the adjacent vessels. In addition, the environment disturbances are compensated through an extended state observer of the model of the dynamic positioning vessel. The globally asymptotically stability of the error dynamics is guaranteed by theoretical analyses. Finally, the simulations results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed coordination control method.

Scientific decision research of logistics enterprises 物流企业科学决策研究

In management progress of modern logistics enterprises, there are a large number of problems needing to be decided. The correct decision or not is the determinant of successful business management, and directly influences both employee productivity and economic efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important for logistics enterprises to master scientific decision methods and use scientific decision theory and decision technology into enterprise management. This paper illustrates the two categories of quantitative and qualitative decision making methods which are widely used in logistics enterprises, focuses on the analytic hierarchy (AHP) in the use of logistics enterprises transport modes decision, and incorporates the actual cases of Andhra Logistics Company to propose AHP-based decision-making process of transportation. At the end, it proposes the limitations and overcome-methods of rational decision in logistics enterprises.

Transportation state comprehensive monitoring recorder system design 交通状态综合监控记录仪系统设计

This paper puts forward a transportation state comprehensive monitoring recorder system design with STM32 ARM Cortex™-M3 as the core processor, which combines the technologies of high-performance ARM processor, high-precision data acquisition, mass storage and so on, and has managed in doing transportation state information acquisition and storage the containers during the transportation process. Experiments show that the state information of the containers can be accurately recorded during the process of transportation. The analysis and processing of state information can be performed well by using PC recorder data analysis software.
本文提出了一种以STM32 ARM Cortex™-M3为核心处理器的运输状态综合监控记录仪系统设计,该系统结合了高性能ARM处理器、高精度数据采集、海量存储等技术,对集装箱在运输过程中进行了运输状态信息的采集和存储。实验表明,该方法能够准确记录集装箱在运输过程中的状态信息。利用PC记录仪数据分析软件可以很好地进行状态信息的分析和处理。

Internet-based robotic catheter surgery system—System design and performance evaluation 基于互联网的机器人导管手术系统——系统设计与性能评价

Endovascular intervention is expected to become increasingly popular in medical practice, both for diagnosis and for surgery. Accordingly, researches of robotic systems for endovascular surgery assistant have been carried out widely. Robotic system takes advantages of higher precision, can be controlled remotely etc. In this paper a novel robotic catheter manipulation system is presented. The developed system consists of two parts, one is the surgeon console and the other one is the catheter manipulator. The surgeon's console is designed to simulate the surgeon's operating procedure, and the catheter manipulator takes the same movement motion with the controller. In the paper, the mechanism of the system is introduced in detail. Controllers are designed for both two parts. A internet based communication between the controller and the catheter manipulator has been build. A server client structure is employed to realize the communication. Two-way remote control experiments are carried out between China and Japan. The dynamic performance of the system is discussed in the paper.

Fouling of heat transfer equipments is a common problem in modern industry. Because the traditional fouling monitoring thermodynamic approach has low credibility, ultrasonic echo method is proposed to monitor fouling. Usually the fouling layer of equipment is thin, echo is overlapped and cluttered, and it is difficult to extract features from signals. Inverse filtering method is introduced to transform the hard-to-distinguish delay information in time-domain to frequency-domain information. Then signal processing method, using high order cumulant in combination with MUSIC spectrum estimation, is used to realize the fouling echo information extraction. The experiments of simulation signal and actual signal verified the effectiveness of this method.

Federated filter for multi-sensor data fusion of dynamic positioning ship 舰船动态定位多传感器数据融合的联邦滤波

High precision and a good capability of fault tolerant are more and more required for today's dynamic positioning system. In this paper, a new kind of data fusion method is presented for the DP system by using federated filters and Unscented Kalman Filter technique. This method could overcome the single sensor's weakness, and the UKF technique bring the algorithm with a good precision for nonlinear problem, while the federated structure significantly enhances the filters' capability of multi-rate information fusion, fault tolerance, and system modularity.

Study on a microgrid system based on wind powered SRG 基于风力SRG的微电网系统研究

This paper discusses a microgrid system consisting mainly of a switched-reluctance generator (SRG), a buck-boost DC/DC converter, a battery energy storage system, a bidirectional DC/DC converter and a three-phase grid connected inverter. Maximum power point tracking strategy is carried out to improve energy conversion efficiency of SRG subsystem and the output power of SRG is delivered to buck-boost converter to generate constant DC voltage. The batteries are divided into groups and connected to DC bus via charging circuits. The state-of-charge of each battery connected is monitored and managed online by DSP TMS320F28335. A bidirectional DC/DC converter is also connected to DC bus, in parallel with charge/discharge circuit, to supply power for DC load or grid through a three-phase inverter. Operation performance of the established microgrid is confirmed by simulation results.
