The problems in Belarus education and science related to academic ethics, citation culture, building competence of detecting borrowings, etc., are reviewed. Practical experience, survey findings, diagrams, images, etc., exemplify each statement. Main vectors of cooperation with Antiplagiat Company (Belarus) in educating professional community are discussed. Several projects are implemented (author webinar «Borrrowings in research publications. Citation culture», «Modern technologies of testing for borrowings in scientific texts in Antiplagiat system» courses). These projects prove to be relevant, demanded, and efficient.

The study was completed to solve the problems of information compatibility and integration of subject subspaces into the single one and information retrieval from heterogeneous resources classified within different classifications of sci-tech information. Based on intellectual analysis and classification synonymity achieved through semantic mapping of hierarchy branches, the tables of SRSTI-OECD headings interreflection were designed. The mapping tables are supplemented with indices comprising Russian-English and English-Russian keywords and word combinations to classify OECD subject domains. The statistics of defined semantic matches distribution of classification numbers in SRSTI thematical classes is included. The SRSTI-OECD «adapter» (semantic links between the classifications and two-language subject indices) makes the component of the single network of interrelated classification systems being developed at the Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology

The competence development program for top managers and professionals of the libraries at vocational schools and colleges implemented by the Republican Institute for Vocational Education (Belarus) is discussed. The global problems of professional collaborations in the difficult circumstances of instability, uncertainty and ambiguity are examined. The content and stages of the program aimed at building supraprofessional digital competences in librarians at vocational schools and colleges are characterized in detail. The focus is made on andragogical approach toward program development and implementation. Possibilities and experience of cooperation with the coutry’s university libraries are demonstrated.

The experience of Yugra State Library and municipal libraries of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District in applying immersive technologies is discussed. The immersive technologies are classified by form as implemented in Yugra public libraries. The most interesting practices are characterized. The conclusion is made that implementation of immersive technologies is a natural result of library evolution and a new platform for providing user services.

Federal Research Centre for Projects Evaluation and Consulting Service (FRCEC) is one of the leading Russian institutes providing expertise, research, methodological, technological, organizational and information support of sci-tech and innovative activities in the country. In years, the Institute, now subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, has developed the mechanisms of expertise and acquiring data on innovative achievements, their control and implementation. The Federal Register of Experts (FRE) has been continuously updated to include accredited authoritative scientists and professionals in priority sci-tech spheres. The FRE structure and functionality are described in detail. Beside FRE, several FRCEC information resources are also discussed in brief: information support of RF Presidential grants; system for controlling and monitoring minor innovative enterprises in science and education, information catalog of current innovative infrastructure of sci-tech activities in RF constituents, etc.
