Sistem Pemilihan Ketua RW Menggunakan e-KTP Berbasis Aplikasi Android 使用基于 Android 应用程序的 e-KTP 的 RW 主席选举系统

Negara Republik Indonesia menganut sistem demokrasi dalam menentukan pemimpinnya, baik itu Kepala Negara, Pemimpin Daerah, atau Ketua RW dengan aturan yang dituangkan dalam peraturan daerah masing-masing. Ketua RW dipilih melalui pemungutan suara seluruh masyarakat di bawah naungan Rukun Warga setempat. Namun, sistem pemungutan suara pemilihan Ketua RW masih dilakukan secara manual, di atas kertas dan juga dengan sistem penghitungan suara, sehingga penerapan sistem pemilihan tersebut masih belum efektif. Pada penelitian ini, sistem pemilihan Ketua RW berbasis IoT direalisasikan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Android yang bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat memilih dengan mudah dan dapat melihat perolehan suara secara langsung melalui aplikasi tanpa harus datang ke tempat pemungutan suara. Pemilih dapat menggunakan e-KTPnya untuk memilih calon dengan cara melakukan tapping KTP pada RFID dan menekan tombol pilih sesuai calon yang ingin dipilihnya. Hasil pemungutan suara keseluruhan pemilihan Ketua RW ditampilkan secara real time dan dapat dilihat di aplikasi Android. Hasil pengujian performansi jaringan didapatkan delay yang kecil yaitu 78,7 𝑚𝑠 dan packet loss 0% dengan kategori sangat bagus. Pada throughput mendapatkan hasil 53,448 KB/s. Pemanfaatan teknologi IoT pada Sistem Pemilihan Ketua RW Menggunakan e-KTP Berbasis Aplikasi Android berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci : e-KTP, IoT, Pemilihan Ketua RW, RFID The Republic of Indonesia adopts a democratic system in determining its leaders, whether it's the Head of State, Regional Leaders, or Neighbourhood Chief, with rules stipulated in each respective local regulation. Neighbourhood Chief are elected through a community-wide voting process under the umbrella of the local Neighborhood Association. However, the voting system for selecting Neighbourhood Chief is still conducted manually, using paper-based methods and vote tallying systems. Consequently, the implementation of this voting system is still not effective. In this research, an IoT-based Neighbourhood Chief selection system is realized by utilizing an Android Application, aiming to enable the community to vote easily and view voting results directly through the application without needing to physically go to the polling station. Voters can use their National Identity Cards (KTP) to choose candidates by tapping their e-KTP on the RFID reader and pressing the corresponding button for their preferred candidate. The overall voting results for the Neighbourhood Chief election will be displayed in real-time within the android application. The results of network performance testing showed a small delay, namely 78.7 𝑚𝑠 and packet loss of 0% in the very good category. The throughput results were 53,448 KB/s. The utilization of IoT technology in the Neighbourhood Chief Election System Using  e-KTP Based on Android Application is running well.Keywords: e-KTP, IoT, Neighbourhood Chief Election, RFID

Penerapan Metode Neural Network untuk Prediksi Harga Bawang Putih di Kota Singkawang 神经网络方法在星卡旺市大蒜价格预测中的应用

Garlic is an important commodity in the economy of Singkawang City. This research aims to apply the Neural Network method in forecasting the price of garlic in the city. Garlic price data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Singkawang City for the period 2016-2023 is used in this study. After going through the data analysis and processing process, the Neural Network model was trained using historical data to predict future garlic prices. The prediction results show that the price of garlic tends to stabilise over the next two years, with a fixed value of 30.701 for month 1 of 2024, 30.303 for month 2 of 2024, and so on until 2025. This research provides important insights for market players in anticipating market behaviour and decision-making in the garlic sector in Singkawang City.
大蒜是星卡旺市经济中的重要商品。本研究旨在应用神经网络方法预测该市的大蒜价格。本研究使用了星卡旺市中央统计局提供的 2016-2023 年大蒜价格数据。在经过数据分析和处理过程后,利用历史数据训练神经网络模型来预测未来的大蒜价格。预测结果显示,大蒜价格在未来两年趋于稳定,2024 年第 1 个月的固定值为 30.701,2024 年第 2 个月为 30.303,依此类推,直到 2025 年。这项研究为市场参与者预测星卡旺市大蒜行业的市场行为和决策提供了重要启示。

Kemajuan teknologi informasi merubah segala aktivitas yang offline menjadi online. Pemamfaatan teknologi pada bidang pendidikan semakin banyak digunakan, khususnya dalam mengelola dan menghasilkan informasi pada sekolah kejuruan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi akademik yang mempermudah kegiatan administrasi SMK N 1 Ranah Batahan. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan perpaduan framework laravel dan visual studio code sebagai teks editornya. Pengembangan peneltian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu requirement, sistem design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan sudah dapat membantu dan mempermudah pengelolaan data sekolah mulai dari proses menginputkan, mengedit, menyimpan data menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dengan baik dan tepat.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Akademik, Framework Laravel, Metode Waterfall The advancement of information technology has transformed all activities that are offline into online. The use of technology in the field of education is increasingly used, especially in managing and generating information in vocational schools. The aim of this research is to produce an academic information system that facilitates the administrative activities of SMK N 1 Ranah Batahan. The design of the application uses a combination of the laravel framework and visual studio code as its text editor. The waterfall method has several stages: requirements, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance. The resulting applications can already help and facilitate the management of school data from the process of entering, editing, storing data using a well and accurately computerized system.Keywords: Academic Information Systems, Laravel Framework, Waterfall Method.
