Melon (Cucumis melo L.) is the most spread melon crop in Uzbekistan. More than 130 local varieties of melon are cultivated in various regions of the republic. Every year melons and gourds are cultivated on the area of150 thousand hectares. The most harmful diseases of the melon are powdery mildew and Fusarium wilt. All local varieties of melon are susceptible to these diseases. Annually from these diseases, the yield of melon is reduced by 20-25%. The most effective way to combat these diseases is to develop resistant varieties. The Research Institute of Vegetable, Melon Crops and Potato has carried out long-term selection work to create melon varieties resistant to powdery mildew and Fusarium wilt. Breeding local varieties of melon with economically valuable traits and high test quality with genes for resistance to these diseases have been created and included in the State Registe of Uzbekistan.

At present, the influence modern surveying instruments has increased significantly. Modern surveying tools make the process easier and saves time. The development of territorial production complexes, exploration and development of mineral deposits, design, construction, reconstruction of industrial, agricultural and energy facilities, land reclamation, land management, modern geodetic equipment must be used for urban and agricultural and other tasks.

Knowledge of the laws of events in the grain heap allows you to take the necessary science-based measures to ensure the quantity and quality of grain. The complexity of organizing the storage of kata batches of grain and grain products is due to their physiological and physicochemical properties. Grain is a living organism in which various life processes take place; the intensity of these processes depends on external environmental conditions. If the external environment has a positive effect on the metabolism of grain cells, it will inevitably lead to a decrease in quantity, deteriorating the quality of grain.

It is known that the study of the historical development of soils is an important task in determining the direction of changes in their cross-section and thereby developing a system of integrated measures to address many issues, such as their conservation and productivity, improvement and rational use. The historical development of soils means that the already developed full-profile soils change in connection with the evolution of the whole natural environment. In this case, one genetic type or type of soil can pass to another genetic type or type. As a result, the characteristics of the previous soil formation stage in the soil profile gradually begin to fade or transform, and new characters are formed in accordance with the new stage of soil formation.

Recently, in the highly developed countries of the world, there has been a significant expansion in the production and use of enzyme preparations. The industrial development of new enzymatic technologies in combination with traditional ones has several advantages: lower production costs, environmental safety of production, obtaining products for various purposes, and the use of raw materials of any quality and type. Enzymatic processes using raw materials of various origins are very promising for all branches of the food and processing industry.

Throughout our lives, we consume large amounts of melons and squash from melons. They are rich in vitamins and minerals. In addition, melon and squash seeds, which are considered waste products, are also very useful. In studying the composition of melons and vegetable seeds, we considered the amount of melon and squash seeds and the oils extracted from them. We found that oils from melons and gourds have their own characteristics.

In this article, the quality of wheat grains and the factors influencing the process of their storage, ie, the yield of grains is reduced due to cochlear disease, and a sharp deterioration in product quality and objective and correct physical, technological and biochemical properties of grain. The form of production of quality flour as a result of the assessment, its uniqueness, the correct organization and implementation of technological processes of cleaning, preparation and grinding of grain. The purpose of our research is to study the status and modernization of the project of JSC "Ferganadonmahsulotlari", the modernization of advanced production and existing grain cleaning technologies, the physical and chemical properties of local varieties of wheat. One of the main directions in improving the technology of flour production is the creation of an enterprise where grain is efficiently cleaned, moistened and well prepared for grinding, while consuming less electricity.
