A Study on Online Resource Acquisition Decision for University Libraries under Mixed Information 混合信息下高校图书馆在线资源获取决策研究

: [Objective/Significance] To promote the rational allocation of online resource procurement funds for university libraries and improve the efficiency and scientificity of online resource procurement. [Methodology/Process] Based on the influencing factors related to online resource procurement in university libraries, we established a decision-making index system for online resource procurement in university libraries, based on which, we introduced the concept of fuzzy number, proposed an extended TOPSIS multi-indicator decision-making model for fuzzy and accurate mixed information, and validated the model through empirical evidence. [Results/Conclusions] The results show that the research content of this paper has a positive effect on promoting the science of online resource procurement in university libraries and the high quality development of university library collection resources
[目的/意义]促进高校图书馆网上资源采购经费的合理分配,提高网上资源采购的效率和科学性。[方法/过程]基于影响高校图书馆在线资源采购的相关因素,建立了高校图书馆在线资源采购决策指标体系,在此基础上引入模糊数概念,提出了模糊和准确混合信息的扩展TOPSIS多指标决策模型,并通过实证对模型进行了验证。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,本文的研究内容对促进高校图书馆网上资源采购科学化,促进高校图书馆馆藏资源的高质量发展具有积极作用

Digital Energy Saving System of Electric Renewable Energy Based on Internet Information Technology 基于互联网信息技术的电力可再生能源数字化节能系统

: With the development of science and technology, renewable energy for electricity plays an increasingly important role in people's lives. In order to provide users with high-quality services and environmentally friendly and energy-saving products, the use of Internet technology is particularly meaningful for the research of renewable electricity resources. This paper first constructs the renewable energy electrical digital intelligent system of Internet information technology, analyzes its performance, and then designs a digital energy-saving system, and obtains the final result through experimental data testing. The test results show that the performance of the digital energy-saving system of electric renewable energy can stably query historical data and process energy-saving data of renewable energy to meet the actual needs of users.
当前位置随着科技的发展,可再生能源发电在人们的生活中起着越来越重要的作用。为了向用户提供优质的服务和环保节能的产品,利用互联网技术对可再生电力资源的研究尤为有意义。本文首先构建了基于互联网信息技术的可再生能源电气数字化智能系统,对其性能进行了分析,然后设计了数字化节能系统,并通过实验数据测试得出了最终结果。测试结果表明,该电力可再生能源数字化节能系统的性能能够稳定地查询历史数据和处理可再生能源节能数据,满足用户的实际需求。
