RANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM KEARSIPAN KELURAHAN PAKANSARI BERBASIS WEBSITE

The Pakansari Village archive data media are only stored in the register book for each category. Even then, there is still a lot of data that is not stored or a lot of data is lost due to inadequate storage media. This situation becomes a problem for people who want to find data to check it. The purpose of this study was to build a website for archive data in Pakansari Village using the OOP method. The research method used is the waterfall. The design of the system has been carried out with the UML model so that it consists of context diagrams, use case diagrams, actuvuty diagrams, sequence diagrams, component diagrams, collaboration diagrams, deployment diagrams. The system has been built with the following modules: registration module, login module, blank add module, blank detail module, blank edit module, blank delete module, blank print module.

Organizational web is one of its types, with organizational web it is something that is very beneficial for certain organizations. In Indonesia, the organization's web has been widely used because it makes it easier to find information about the organization. When the current pandemic situation makes it impossible to meet face-to-face to find information, the organization's web is in great demand by many people because in addition to making it easy, it can also reduce the cost of spending, which used to print brochures every time you want to provide certain information, now you just need to enter it into the web. the. The purpose of this research is to create a back-end website, to manage data bulletins/news, announcements, agendas, galleries, and teachers on the IGRA website. The research method used is the waterfall. Making the back-end website of the Bogor City PD IGRA Organization, namely, making it easier to provide information such as news, agendas, or announcements via online, and can be accessed easily without having to write letters. On the Back-end Website, PD IGRA can add, modify, and delete data. Accessible via administrator login with available account.

This study aims to produce a website-based correspondence management information system that creates a smooth, effective and efficient written communication in accordance with official scripts in the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). The research method used in this research is the Observation and Literature Study method with the Waterfall development model, the system modeling tools with the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and the programming language used is PHP & MYSQL as a database. The Correspondence Management Information System built is a system that features the compose of official scripts / letters and the drafting process can be carried out not only in the office, the realization of integration in making official manuscripts / letters in terms of format, procedure, authority, validity and control, and can suppress the use of paper so as to save costs in the process of drafting manuscripts / letters that support the government program in bureaucratic reform. This correspondence application can be redeveloped so that you can add an electronic signature or digital signature with a QR Code or the like.

One of the policies of the Bogor Regency Livestock and Fisheries Office is to promote livestock production and develop an integrated and comprehensive information system on the distribution of livestock populations in each sub-district of Bogor Regency to the community. This WEBGIS-based information system on the distribution of livestock in each area was created to support the policies of the Bogor Regency Livestock and Fisheries Service and to make it easier for people who want to know the development of the livestock population in Bogor Regency and see which areas have the potential for the production of cattle, goats and sheep. in a particular area. The problem limitation in this study only covers cattle, sheep and goats in the working area of the UPT IV Fisheries and Livestock Service Office of Bogor Regency which covers Dramaga, Ciomas, Tamansari, Caringin, Cigombong and Cijeruk Districts, with data on the number of population distribution of livestock obtained from in 2018 and 2019. Then an information system for the distribution of livestock was made in the 6 sub-districts of the UPT IV UPT Department of Fisheries and Livestock IV, Bogor Regency based on WEBGIS. The implementation of the information system developed through WEBGIS is able to present information in the form of graphs and tables per type of livestock, per district and per year. Presenting a map of the distribution of livestock population with color degradation, as well as presenting the location points of the distribution of livestock per village. Based on this, it is possible to know the stock of livestock in each area so that the Bogor Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Agency can estimate the level of livestock production in order to meet the community's need for meat.
