High-performance information systems are essential for libraries to carry out their work efficiently. Recently, a digital library environment has been created that allows electronic resources such as e-books, e-journal, and the Web to be linked to SNS, smartphones and tablet PCs. The environment available anytime and anywhere has increased the use of digital libraries, and the amount and scope of information search has also increased or expanded dramatically. These changes call for improved accuracy in the search for internal or external information in the library information system. This study designs library information retrieval system from the perspective of QA system, and builds a model based on text data. Through this, finally, we present a study comparing performance with various algorithms based on perplexity.

The product instruction manual provides content that can help consumers avoid misuse by dearly understanding how to use the product and using it correctly. This study examines consumer’s preferences and satisfaction with print, online, and oral forms of information delivery methods of product instruction manuals. It is also intended to analyze the significant differences that affect consumer satisfaction with the delivery method of product instruction manuals. The SPSS program was used to achieve the purpose of this study. Through the results of this study, it is intended to help consumers who use the product to understand the instruction manual and to use the information effectively to increase satisfaction with the product. However, there may be a problem in applying this study’s results to all products because the research has not been conducted on various products due to time and cost issues. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research considering the characteristics of products such as pharmaceuticals and electronic devices in the future.

The emergence of malicious codes has increased exponentially due to the spread of malicious code creation tools with the development of the network, but there are limitations in response through the existing malicious code detection methods. In accordance with this situation, machine learning-based malicious code detection methods are developing, and in this paper, features are extracted by statically analyzing PE files for machine learning-based malicious code detection, and then malicious codes are detected through autoencoder. Research on how to extract features that represent better features is underway. This paper extracts 549 features consisting of information such as DLL/API that can be checked from PE files that are commonly used in malicious code analysis and compresses the data by storing data through SAE (Stacked AutoEncoder) among autoencoders. Was extracted to prove that it is very effective in providing excellent accuracy and shortening processing time.

In a consumer-oriented market, people's opinions or comments will, directly or indirectly, have influence on other people's decisions. For example, as choosing goods or online services, positive opinions or comments can promote consumers' purchase. At the same time, negative comments can also reduce consumers' enthusiasm for buying. The BP neural network will be trained with a supervised learning method, and finally obtain the ability that can classify positive or negative text reviews. In this paper, the supervised training method is adopted to improve the operation speed of the whole model by 8-9 times after optimizing the data and structure. The accuracy rate, recall rate, and F1 value are around 87.5%, 86.7%, and 87.35% respectively.

Evolutionary Software Development (ESD) has been widely used in industry. However, most of higher education institutions have not yet fully integrated it into the software engineering courses, especially the course projects. In this talk, we will briefly introduce the evolutionary software development, and then discuss its impact on software engineering education. Case studies with increment change and other practices as the core requirement for the course projects will be presented, and case study results will be discussed to illustrate their merits. The challenges and issues with integrating the ESD into software engineering course projects will also be explored.

After the fourth industrial revolution, a business that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) is expanding centered around IT industries and it is expected that the quality of AI services will improve. This study aims to examine changes in marketing through the advance and development of AI and to establish and apply marketing strategies to respond to future market changes. Based on existing data, the development of AI technology was examined and looked into changes in marketing and counterstrategies through cases overseas and South Korea. Artificial Intelligence technology has a close impact on our lives, changing our lives, and thus changing consumer patterns, perceptions, and consumer culture. In the future, innovative changes in AI technologies will require government policies, the vision of the corporation, and it is necessary to establish longer- term success strategies. Collaboration between companies and industries is also important.

With the rapid growth of the online shopping market, consumers' consumption behavior is moving from offline center to online. In the online environment, the relationship between sellers and buyers is gradually disappearing, and understanding the environment of online websites as a factor that influences consumer behavior is a very important factor in Internet shopping. Through the service scape, This study will understand the factors that affect loyalty, focusing on Korea-China comparison. In this study, the concepts of extended interactivity, information, and entertainment that were not reviewed in previous studies were added and introduced into the research model to verify their role. It is meaningful in that a detailed study was conducted by expanding the e-service scape and accommodation reservation service to conduct a comprehensive study, and in that it studies the relationship between e-service scape and customer satisfaction, customer reliability, and customer loyalty.

With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, sensor and data acquisition technology and Internet of Things have advanced, and several analog sensor signals and control commands are automatically monitored in real time. Although numerous manufacturing datasets provide us the bases or evidences for predicting faults in electromechanical systems, they are associated with high dimensionality, which complicates signal analyses. Especially, analog sensor signals from electrotechnical systems are too scattered to detect and investigate the linear or gradient relationship between the signal data and the system state. Therefore, we proposed an abrupt covariance-based signal extraction method, which is a combination of abrupt variance analysis and partial least square regression, for fault prediction. Based on the proposed signal extraction method, we can select the most important features to predict the remaining useful life of an aircraft engine. The proposed extraction approach improves the fault prediction results when numerous analog sensors are used for fault prediction.

Recently, interest in the spread of the culture of sharing has been increasing at a social level due to the deepening income polarization, poverty, and the rapid growth of civil society and the importance of public interest activities of private organizations. In 2016, the National Statistical Office conducted a survey on changes in donation attitudes and recognition of donations, items that took up a large part in the area for the spread of the overall donation culture were the convenience of donation methods and the enhancement of transparency of donation organizations. The existing donation system is a way for donors to donate directly to several donor organizations. However, this method has its disadvantage: it is difficult for donors to see how their donations are spent. To address the convenience of such donation methods, based on the platform that is the core of the fourth industrial era, it enables unrestricted interaction in the network environment such as mobile or PC, inducing open participation in talent donation to the general public. Blockchain is a data forgery/modulation prevention technology based on distributed computing technology. Because the block chain records continuously changing data on all participating nodes, it is impossible to arbitrarily manipulate the data by the operators of distributed nodes. Blockchain technology is in the spotlight because it can secure transparency in transactions. In this paper, to solve these problems, we try to introduce the block chain technology into the donation system.
