In this work, we propose a solution to the performance problem described by 𝐻 (cid:2998) adaptive observer Here, a linear polytopic varying systems is considered and also submitted to actuator faults. A new convex optimization theorem in terms of linear matrix (LMI) is given. In fact the solution guaranties 𝐻 (cid:2998) performance. To resolve the BMI problem, we introduce a new variable in order separate the Lyapunov function and the observer gain. The corresponding proofs of convergence are developed based on a polyquadratic approach. The efficiency and the performances of the proposed adaptive observer are illustrated on controlling a VTOL air craft.

An informative-evidence-based method for rapid assessment of periodontal tissue in miners is proposed. The efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic complex with inclusion of “Biotrit C”, “Litcitin D3”, Vitamin Complex “Alphabet”is indicated. The complex mentioned allows to normalize functional reactions in the microcirculatory bed and simultaneously to increase the concentration of oxyhemoglobin and significantly reduce that of methemoglobin, improve the barrier function of the mucous membrane of the gum, which leads to reduction of inflammatory phenomena in the tissues of periodontium.

Religious experience and political experience have survived, despite the fact that Modernity and our age have often tried to reduce the political to a field of technical relations and administrative procedures. In this context, it is necessary to formulate the philosophical question about the value and legitimacy of the relationship between both fields in its contemporary version. This article investigates, firstly, the notion of legitimacy based on Schmitt's work, to understand the origins and symbolic dependence of the aforementioned relationship. This inquiry will show a tension between two experiences: the expectation of the apocalyptic and the “administration” of time (katechon), which runs through all theological reflection. Second, it will be seen from Voegelin the necessary risk that is run in all political action. Finally, it will be shown from Taubes and Metz how the monotheistic tradition of the memory of the Law and of suffering postulates the weight of an authority that allows a possible horizon from which to judge and limit the deficits of all political-religious action, and how the tension between the two experiences can be sustained.

Thoughts of University Students on Having Children in the Future and Affecting Factors Background: Having children is a multifaceted social phenomenon with socio-cultural, psychological and economic dimensions. Aim: The research was carried out to determine the future thinking of university students with different socio-demographic characteristics and the factors affecting them. Method: While the universe of this descriptive study consisted of 9208 students studying at a university in Eskisehir, the sample of the study consisted of 712 senior students. Data were collected between January-February 2019 using a data collection form. Frequency, mean and chi-square testing were used in the analysis of the data. Results: It was found that 77.9% of students wanted to have children in the future. The average number of children that the students wanted to have was 2.18 and it was determined that the desired number of children did not differ by the gender. Psychological well-being, the continuation of lineage, and individual decision making were the top three factors among the factors affecting students' the idea to have children in future. While there was a statistically significant relationship between the factors affecting students' the idea to have children in future and gender, family type, place of residence for the longest period, no significant difference was found between these factors and the education level of the mother and father. Conclusion: The psychological aspect of the child, the continuation of lineage, and the individual-social preference of individuals were found to be the major factors affecting students' the idea to have children in future. It was found that the majority of students did not want to have children before becoming self-supporting. It was found that the students who had large families and who lived in the village for the longest period in their lives wanted to have more children, they had the perception of a son more intensively, and they believed about the importance of the child more for the continuation of the lineage. In the study, while the distinction between the rural and urban areas was revealed, it was determined that the educational status of parents did not have a significant effect on the desire to have children.
