The article reveals the main directions of legal regulation of anti-corruption in the Rus- sian Federation in the light of significant changes in international legal regulation of this sphere and Russia's participation in various international institutions and organizations at present. The thesis of a sufficient level of legal regulation of anti-corruption within the framework of the national legal system is substantiated, taking into account the implementation of international legal norms in the Russian legislation in this area, which made it possible to form a stable system of legal norms in the field of anti-corruption. The necessity of forming national tools for an objective assessment of the level of corruption outside politicized international institutions, associations and organizations is substantiated.

The article shows the psychological aspects that are refracted through the special knowledge of forensic specialists in the performance of their duties at the incedent scene. The issues of solving such a confrontation contribute to the greatest comfort for the goals and solving the tasks facing both the investigator and the forensic specialist while inspecting the scene. Specific organizational ways of resolving such a difficult situation from a psychological point of view of the interaction of the inspection participants are proposed.
