The problem of child sexual exploitation is a difficult topic in many aspects. The current global situation related to the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has contributed to reducing the detection of many forms of violence, including those against children. The detection of predisposing factors and alarming symptoms that can increase the vigilance of a pediatrician often involves careful examination and proper conversation with the caregiver, since it is he/she who spends the most time with a small patient and who can provide a lot of information about the behavioral changes of the child over time. However, it is important to be careful when formulating questions because the majority of child abusers are the people from the immediate surroundings of their victims. It is also crucial to be able to notice somatic symptoms and to assess the child's behavior at the doctor's office. Delays in recognizing victims of child abuse as well as time delayed psychological support can entail multiple negative consequences, in particular those related to mental health. Adults abused in their childhood have difficulties in maintaining long-lasting relationships and they struggle more often with eating disorders and mood swings.

Wstep: Seksualnośc wkracza w pozaintymne obszary zycia czlowieka. Wiąze sie z kreowaniem obrazu wlasnej osoby i ujawnia w relacjach spolecznych i komunikacji. Przypisywanie seksualności szczegolnego znaczenia przez wspolczesnych, zwlaszcza mlodych, doroslych uzasadnia potrzebe badania nadseksualizacji. Pomiar tego zjawiska wymagal przeprowadzenia adaptacji Adult Oversexualization Questionnaire (AOQ), do warunkow polskich. Material i metody: W artykule przedstawiono kolejne etapy adaptacji Kwestionariusza nadmiernej seksualizacji doroslych -AOQ [1]. Obejmuje 15 pozycji, ktore mierzą trzy czynniki: uwodzenie, seksualizowany jezyk i seksualizowany wygląd. Wniosek: Kwestionariusza Nasdseksualizacji spelnia wymagane kryteria i moze byc stosowany w badaniach naukowych.

A phenomenon of postcoital dysphoria is the experience of negative affect after sexual intercourse, specifically speaking: tearfulness, a sense of melancholy or depression, anxiety, or aggression, which is hard to control or minimalize. The causes of this phenomenon are unknown. This article presents a content analysis of personal descriptions published on online forums from women suffering from postcoital dysphoria. The aims of the study are to determine the problem of this phenomenon in personal experiences, to exhibit if psychological description coincides with women’s descriptions, and to check how often women write on forums about their problem. The study was qualitative research: the content analysis of posts appearing on online forums. The study included six online forums related to mental health, relationship, and sexuality. All descriptions have been divided into three groups connected with emotions, behavior, and partner’s response. Due to the qualitative research, the most popular PCD symptoms are: crying and sobbing what might result from both positive and negative emotions. Based-on theory description of PCD symptoms does not coincide with personal experiences. Furthermore, the partner’s response is relevant for understanding and coping with sexual difficulties symptoms. The postcoital dysphoria causes remain multifactorial.

Przykladem takiego programu jest realizowany w sześciu krajach (Hiszpania, Polska, Portugalia, Rumunia, Wlochy, Wielka Brytania) program Lights, Camera and Action Against Dating Violence. Jego zalozenia i wybrane wyniki, oraz opis wdrozenia w Polsce przedstawiono w artykule. Material i metoda Przedstawiony w artykule projekt mial na celu poprawe zdolności nastolatkow do budowania pozytywnych relacji intymnych i rowieśniczych poprzez udzial w edukacyjnych dzialaniach opartych na wiedzy (seria warsztatow) i warsztatach artystycznych, podczas ktorych mlodzi ludzie przygotowywali krotkie filmy wideo, ukazujące znaczące aspekty relacji randkowych w okresie dojrzewania.

Internalized homophobia is a disorder consisting in the manifestation of anti-social prejudices directed at homosexual persons with the simultaneous presence of one’s own, unacceptable and suppressed homosexuality. Falloplethysmography (measurement of volumetric changes in an organ) is a study that was surprisingly used as early as 1996 to verify theories explaining homophobia, one’s own unacceptable homosexuality. Its results confirmed that the majority of homophobic people were in a state of internal conflict between feeling sexual attraction towards people of the same sex and displacing it. The work is theoretical, it is a review of the present research and shows a possible direction for the development of research on internalized homophobia with the use of phalloplethysmography. Internalized homophobia has a negative impact on the mental health (anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) of LGBT + people, it also implies a number of other social problems, e.g. risky sexual behavior, which increased risk of HIV infection. In the psychoanalytical sense, homophobia is a phenomenon of a fearful nature, namely the fear of being considered homosexual. Penile phalloplethysmography (PPG), mainly used in the field of research on sexual offenders, may also be used in the study of internalized homophobia. The literature on the subject emphasizes the legitimacy of taking into account individual psychological and social factors in research with the use of PPG.
