The article is devoted to the analysis of relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan over the years of independent development of the two states, their place and role in the system of modern international politics. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of all-round cooperation of these countries in recent years against the background of the growing rivalry of large states in relation to Central Asia, where Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan occupy a leading position. An attempt is being made in the context of the state visit in December 2022 of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Uzbekistan to determine the main contours of the upcoming multifaceted cooperation between these countries in the medium term, which will contribute to stable development and strengthening security in the region.

The article provides an in-depth analysis of the need to use special technical means when inspecting the scene, the requirements for them, as well as some problematic situations that arise during their application in judicial practice. In addition, the effective use of special technical means in the investigation of the scene, in turn, will serve to expand the range of information that can be used as evidence, improve the quality of inquiries and preliminary investigations, and thus increase crime detection.

This article is devoted to the question of the role of the “Khamsa” collection in our national culture and the history of its creation. First, the article provides some information about the origin of the Hamsa tradition, its founder, and response epics to the Hamsa epics. In addition, the names of famous epic writers who wrote answers to only one of Khamsa’s epics are written. The uniqueness of Navoi’s “Khamsa” not only from Hamsa epics, but also from other popular works known in the world is expressed by scientific reasons, therefore, the valuable opinions of his friend Husayn Boygaro and contemporary Navoi researcher Abduqodir Khayitmetov are also mentioned about this epic.

the article analyzes the philosophical views and ideas of the thinker Ahmad Donish. However, in works that are semi-artistic in form, the thinker poses and tries to solve philosophical questions, in his own way criticizes religious dogmas. So, he asks the question: “If God, creating a person, predetermined the fate of a builder for him in advance, why did he not immediately, from birth, endow the person with the ability to build? Why is it necessary, while fulfilling the predestination of God, to study any other professions?

The article describes the life and spiritual heritage of the great writer Abulkasim Firdausi. His life and work, methodological and ideological origins of the formation of Firdausi as a poet. Ferdowsi is widely regarded as the guardian of the Persian language and pre-Islamic Iranian cultural identity. Of all the peoples conquered by the Arabs in the 7th century, only the Persians can boast of a large literature in the languages of the local peoples before the conquest.
