Simulation based reliability analysis of phased-mission system considering maintenance in system-level 考虑系统级维护的分阶段任务系统可靠性仿真分析

In this paper, we presented a simulation based model to analysis the reliability of phased-mission system (PMS) with repairable components. Many researches on the repairable PMS supposed that failed components would be repairable only when the system is in a good state. It is different here that failed components can be repaired no matter what state is the system in. The mission successes if and only if the sum of Phase Work Time and Phase Maintenance Time is less than the limited time. The simulation model is an efficient method when the system becomes more and more complex. It can also solve the problem when the components' life and maintenance time have different distributions from exponential.

Cooling fan bearing diagnosis based on AR& MED 基于ar和MED的冷却风扇轴承诊断

To monitor the initial failure of cooling fan's rolling bearing, this paper reviews the theory of autoregressive (AR) model and the minimum entropy deconvolution (MED) filtering technique. The AR method can remove the deterministic components of the original signal, and the MED filter could reduce the effect of the transmission path. These two filtering techniques were combined in this paper to pre-process the rolling bearing's vibration signal, and then the envelope spectrum of the residual signal was analyzed. The method leads to efficient filtering result.

Study on fault evaluation in Software-intensive equipment 软件密集型设备故障评估研究

Fault pattern and mechanism of Software-intensive equipment are discussed and thought of application on fault diagnosis in Software-intensive equipment by HMM is presented. Based on the HMM theory, the algorithm of which is modified by multi-state reliability analysis to evaluate the state of Software-intensive equipment fault pattern. The result shows that the method presented can succeed in recognizing fault pattern of Software-intensive equipment and evaluating the state of system.

Modeling and algorithm to mission reliability allocation of spaceflight TT&C system based on radial basis function neural network 基于径向基函数神经网络的航天测控系统任务可靠性分配建模与算法

To study mission reliability allocation of the tracking, telemetry and command (TT&C) system, which is difficult to describe with a precise mathematical model and time-consumed to compute, a radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) modeling method with adaptive hybrid learning algorithm (AHL) is proposed. Principal component analysis (PCA) is used to determine the initial number of hidden units. Advanced gradient learning algorithm (AGL) to compute gradient information of network parameters is improved to accelerate convergence. Finally, realization details are provided, and simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Reliability of the supply and demand distribution in spare parts inventory network 备件库存网络中供需分布的可靠性

This research takes the safety inventory and the uncertainty of supply and demand in inventory distribution network into consideration, establish the reliability model and supply-demand distribution model, and demonstrates the feasibility and practicability of the model which is used to solve problems of reliability of supply-demand distribution in spare parts inventory distribution network.

Mission maintainability assessment of complex system based on state evaluation 基于状态评估的复杂系统任务可维护性评估

Based on the foundation of mission successfulness, we put forward the concept of mission maintainability assessment. Analyzing the general process of mission maintainability assessment of complex system and studying the basic method of mission maintainability assessment. Based on the state evaluation of related functional unit, we put forward the thoughts that parallel part as a whole which contain repairable function units and by solving repairable function units mission probability of success for the maintainability assessment. Finally, the application of the example shows that the method is effective and practical.

Fuzzy fault tree analysis of mask stage 掩模阶段模糊故障树分析

Fault tree analysis (FTA) is a top-down approach for failure analysis, starting with a potential undesirable event called a TOP event, and then determining all the ways it can happen. FTA is the most commonly used technique for causal analysis in risk and reliability studies. Mask stage an important part of lithography. In this paper, Fault Tree of the mask stage is built with “Mask stage doesn't work” as the top event. Quantitative assessment and qualitative analysis based on Fuzzy Logic are carried out. And the importance of bottom events is calculated.

Design and reliability evaluation of simulation system for fire control radar network 火控雷达网络仿真系统设计与可靠性评估

Starting from the demand for antagonizing anti-radiation weapons of fire control radar, the principle of intermittent target tracking of fire control radar network is introduced, and the fire control radar network simulation system based on high level architecture is designed, the functional structure of the simulation federation and the simulation process of federal members is analyzed. In order to improve the quality of the simulation software, the process of reliability data collection during software testing is introduced, and the reliability of the system is evaluated using Bayesian method.

Combined hardware-software system usage profile 综合硬件-软件系统使用概况

System reliability becomes an increasing concern. The separate generation of hardware and software reliability test data cannot satisfy the demands of system reliability study. This paper introduces an approach to develop the system usage profile, which describes the system how to be used from the analysis of both hardware and software. By establishing the different scenarios of hardware and software, the system scenarios can be obtained. The development of system usage profile is illustrated with an example of air-conditioner.

Evaluating probabilistic constraints plays a very important role in the reliability-based design optimization (RBDO). Traditional Monte Carlo simulation-based approach can provide a high accuracy but with low efficiency. In this paper, a subset simulation-based reliability analysis approach is provided to address the efficiency problem. The method is also compared with the typical MPP-based method.
