硫酸鉄(Ir)と硫酸クロム(皿:)混合水溶液に水酸化カリウム溶液を加えて生成した水酸化鉄(1[)を空 気酸化して析出する四酸化三鉄を乾燥後,真空(10-5Torr)およびH,一H20混合ガス(H,0/H2 = 2) の雰囲気下,200~500°Cで加熱処理を行ない,粒子径,表面積および細孔構造(分布,細孔径,全細 孔容積)の変化について,X線回折,電子顕微鏡ガス吸着により検討した。その結果,つぎのことが 認められた。 まず,四酸化山桃沈殿を生成するさいは,クロム(皿)を増加すると四酸化三鉄粒子の成長を抑制し, 表面積をいちじるしく増大させた。 沈殿物の加熱処理によって,1)四酸化三内の粒成長は400°C以上の温度でわずかに起こった。2)加 熱にともなって含水量,表面積,細孔構造に変化が起こった。表面積は300。Cまでの温度で加熱脱水に より増加するが,それ以上に加熱するとシソタリソグにより減少した。3)粒子径,表面積,細孔構造 の変化は加熱雰囲気にも:影響された。
在硫酸铁(Ir)和硫酸铬(皿:)混合水溶液中加入氢氧化钾溶液,生成氢氧化铁(1[)。气氧化析出四氧化三铁,干燥后真空(10- 5torr)及H,一H20混合气体(H,0/H2 = 2)的气氛下,在200~500°C进行加热处理,通过X射线衍射和电子显微镜气体吸附,对粒子直径、表面积及细孔结构(分布、细孔径、全细孔容积)的变化进行了研究。结果得出如下结论:首先,在生成四氧化山桃沉淀时,增加铬(盘)就会抑制四氧化三铁粒子的生长,表面积明显增大。通过对沉淀物的加热处理,1)在400°C以上的温度下,四氧化三内的颗粒略微生长2)随着加热,含水量、表面积、细孔结构发生了变化,表面积为300。在C的温度下,因加热脱水而增加,但在超过C的温度下,因二氧化硅而减少。3)粒径、表面积、细孔结构的变化也受到加热气氛的影响。
