Enquadradamento: Pesquisas evidenciam sintomas depressivos e de ansiedade entre academicos de enfermagem, que mediante expectativas, desafios e incertezas ao longo do curso, ainda convivem condicao estressante relacionadas ao paciente. Mediante este contexto ocorre a busca por ajuda, sendo frequente nesse momento o inicio do uso de psicofarmacos. Objetivo: Avaliar o perfil sociodemografico e uso de antidepressivos e ansioliticos por academicos do curso de Enfermagem. Metodologia: Pesquisa quantitativa, exploratoria e descritiva. Utilizou-se como instrumento um questionario contendo perguntas sobre o perfil sociodemografico e uso de antidepressivos e ansioliticos. Resultados: Foram entrevistados 79 alunos e destes, 13 (16,4%) afirmaram fazer uso de antidepressivos e/ou ansioliticos. Conclusao: Verificou-se a necessidade de acoes voltadas para o acolhimento e escuta dos academicos da area de enfermagem em relacao aos transtornos depressivos e de ansiedade, e quanto ao uso racional e seguro dos psicofarmacos, minimizando o sofrimento mental e as consequencias do uso indevido dos farmacos.

The study aimed to evaluate the quality of the menus planned by the Food and Nutrition Unit of a University Restaurant. For this purpose, the evaluation of the quality of the menus was conducted using the Qualitative Assessment method of the Menu Preparations, together with the verification of the frequency of the preparations and the Chi-square test, at the level of 5%. The evaluation was conducted by 16 observers, who, after training, were divided into two groups, one of which evaluated the lunch menus (main course and option) and the other, the dinner menus (main course and option). The analyses were based on the presence of positive indicators (fruits and leafy vegetables) and negative indicators (fatty meats, sweets, fried foods, sweets plus fried foods, equal colors, carbohydrates (floury) and rich in sulfur). A fadiga muscular é definida como a incapacidade de manter a contração muscular e é ocasionada por alterações bioquímicas que modificam a mecânica da contração muscular, resultando em redução da performance atlética. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o comportamento mioelétrico e a força de indivíduos hígidos durante a fadiga do músculo bíceps braquial. O estudo foi composto por 13 voluntários do sexo masculino com idade entre 20 e 30 anos (25±3,7). Para a indução da fadiga muscular foram realizadas três Contrações Isométricas Voluntárias Máximas (CIVM) com duração de 50 segundos e intervalo de 50 segundos, utilizando um dinamômetro computadorizado acoplado ao eletromiógrafo de superfície. Durante a CIVM foi avaliado o sinal eletromiográfico e a força. Foi possível observar nos resultados uma queda da força muscular e dos parâmetros avaliados por meio da eletromiografia durante a fadiga muscular. A partir da regressão linear dos dados obtidos por meio da eletromiografia e dinamometria foi possível obter o coeficiente angular da reta para cada teste (Teste 1, Teste 2 e Teste 3), nota-se que houve queda de todos os parâmetros avaliados por meio da eletromiografia de superfície e da força muscular, entretanto não houve diferença estatística entre os testes, demonstrando similaridade do comportamento do sinal entre os testes. Conclui-se, portanto, que os parâmetros eletromiográficos analisados (frequência média, frequência mediana e RMS) e a força apresentam um decréscimo durante a fadiga muscular induzida por meio da CIVM.

This paper discusses legal aspects and jurisprudence on the unilateral termination by the buyer of contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate under fiduciary alienation, based on a theoretical provision. Considering that it is a relationship of consumption, the proposals of article 53 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) are also presented and discussed, which states that the clauses establishing the total loss of the installments paid by the promising buyer are null and void, in case of default and contract termination. The present theme still generates controversy in the legal environment. Nevertheless, the issue is pacified by Precedent 543 of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), which, as a precaution, established the total or partial refund of the installments paid, in a reciprocal manner a promising buyer a promising seller / builder, in the hypothesis of contractual resolution. Systemic Arterial Hypertension is a chronic disease that can lead to the appearance of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and renal alterations, making it a relevant public-health problem. By computational tools exclusively developed for the extraction and analysis of solar data obtained by spectrometers from the e-Callisto network, the analysis of a solar radio-emission recorded in metric wavelengths (200 800 MHz) on August 9th, 2011 (~ 08: 32 UT), was performed. The generated dynamic spectrum of the solar emission clearly demonstrates the presence of a slow frequency drift rate, an indication of a front of upward expansion of heated plasma, which characterizes the chromospheric evaporation phenomenon. From the spectral data, an adjustment function for the relationship between frequency and time was obtained by linear regression and a drift rate at the frequency of 1.14 MHz / s was determined. Thus, the speed of the heated plasma expansion front was estimated at 99.1 km/s (for the lower corona) and 369.6 km/s (for the upper corona), adopting an electronic density model for the region of emission in the solar corona. These values are comparable with results obtained in the literature, confirming that the radio emission represents a signature in metric waves of the phenomenon of chromospheric evaporation. The sample of this randomized controlled clinical trial consisted of 12 volunteers with a clinical diagnosis of chronic stroke, of both genders, in the age group between 40 and 80 years, with spastic hemiparesis of the upper limb, randomly divided into: Group A (GA n = 6), submitted to kinesiotherapy and Group B (GB n = 6), submitted to cryotherapy and kinesiotherapy. Active wrist flexion and extension of the paretic upper limb were assessed by manual goniometry. For data analysis, the Shapiro-Wilk and Student's “t” tests were used, with a significance level of p≤ 0.05. There was an increase in wrist flexion and extension ROM in both groups, maintained for one month after the end of the treatment, with the exception of Group A, which presented a reduction in wrist flexion ROM one month after the end of the proposed treatment. Comparing the groups, it was observed that there was no difference between them. The proposed treatments were able to increase wrist ROM in the studied population, with no difference between the groups.

O ritmo de trabalho e o estilo de vida moderna influenciam em baixos níveis de atividade física, o que pode ser observado nos professores universitários. Essa situação pode comprometer a saúde desses indivíduos, aumentando o risco para inúmeras doenças. Desse modo, objetivou-se com esse estudo avaliar o nível de atividade física e fatores associados em docentes da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Rio Verde. A pesquisa foi realizada através dos seguintes instrumentos: Questionário Internacional de Atividade Física (versão curta), questionário para coleta do índice de massa corpórea autorreferido e de informações sociodemográficas, profissionais e de saúde e aferição da circunferência abdominal com fita métrica. Com isso, os resultados foram positivos para a correlação entre sexo e nível de atividade física, sendo que mulheres apresentam menores níveis do que os homens. Já as outras variáveis não mostraram significância estatística nessa amostra. Também, foram detectados que mais de 50% dos docentes possuem níveis insuficientes de atividade física, medidas elevadas de circunferência abdominal e índice de massa corpórea concernente com excesso de peso. Portanto, conclui-se que grande parte dos docentes apresentou um nível de atividade física insuficiente e dentre os fatores analisados, o sexo foi o único que demonstrou correlação significativa com a inatividade física.

The presence of ants in health environments can pose risks to humans, considering they can act as a vehicle for the dissemination of several potentially pathogenic microorganisms. In this context, the study aimed to isolate and identify microorganisms carried by ants present in health-related environments. It is an exploratory research, of applied nature, using a quantitative approach. Ants were collected in the ward of an Emergency Care Unit and a long-term care institution for the elderly located in a municipality in the southern region of Mato Grosso. In recent decades, Brazil has shown an increase in the elderly population and the incidence of chronic non-communicable diseases, such as rheumatic diseases, which compromise the functional capacity of the elderly. The aim of the study was to outline the sociobiodemographic profile and, based on this knowledge, develop a physical exercise program to relieve the symptoms presented by the elderly with rheumatic diseases registered in an extension project. Quantitative, exploratory, descriptive and interventional study performed with 40 elderly people registered at an Extension Center at the State University of Southwest Bahia (UESB), Jequié-BA. A sociobiodemographic questionnaire developed by the researchers and an interventionist approach with a functional physical exercise program were used. The data were analyzed using the Software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS)® version 20.0. The results were 100% women, 70% between 60-70 years old, 75% brown, 65% housewives, 25% incomplete elementary school I, 95% income from 1 to 3 minimum wages, 100% with osteoarthritis, 75% had SAH, 20% scored 8 and 20% scored 5 for pain, 70% affected in the lumbar spine. The scientific literature indicates the practice of physical exercise as one of the most effective approaches in the treatment of rheumatic diseases. It was concluded that the knowledge of the profile of the elderly made it possible to characterize rheumatic diseases and the symptoms that affected the elderly registered in the extension project, as well as the elaboration of a physical exercise program aimed at improving the symptoms of rheumatic diseases in this group of senior people.
