The article is devoted to mobile robots. Mobile robots are devices that can move autonomously to accomplish their goals. As the title implies the article describes traffic guidance systems for the mobile robots. A generalized scheme of the mobile robots control systems is shown. It compiles on the basis of the hierarchical principle. Attention is paid to each level of Автоматизація технологічних і бізнес-процесів Volume 9, Issue 3 /2017 www.journal-atbp.com 34 scheme. In addition, the classification of traffic guidance systems for the mobile robots is being compiled. It gives a detailed analysis of each block of the scheme. The main part of heating systems and domestic hot water systems are based on the natural gas boilers. For increasing the overall performance of such heating system the condensation gas boilers was developed and are used. However even such type of boilers don't use all energy which is released from a fuel combustion. The main factors influencing the lowering of overall performance of condensation gas boilers in case of operation in real conditions are considered. The structure of the developed mathematical model allowing estimating the overall performance of condensation gas boilers (CGB) in the conditions of real operation is considered. Performace evaluation computer experiments of such CGB during a heating season for real weather conditions of two regions of Ukraine was made. Graphic dependences of temperature conditions and heating system effectiveness change throughout a heating season are given. It was proved that normal CGB does not completely use all calorific value of fuel, thus, it isn't effective. It was also proved that the efficiency of such boilers significantly changes during a heating season depending on weather conditions and doesn't reach the greatest possible value. The possibility of increasing the efficiency of CGB due to hydraulic division of heating and condensation sections and use of the vapor-compression heat pump for deeper cooling of combustion gases and removing of the highest possible amount of thermal energy from them are considered. The scheme of heat pump connection to the heating system with a convenient gas boiler and the separate condensation economizer allowing to cool combustion gases deeply below a dew point and to warm up the return heat carrier before a boiler input is provided. The technological diagram of the year-round use of the heat pump for hot water heating after the end of heating season, without gas use is offered. The possibility of applying machine learning for the classification of malicious requests to a Web application is considered. This approach excludes the use of deterministic analysis systems (for example, expert systems), and is based on the application of a cascade of neural networks or perceptrons on an approximate model to the real human brain. The main idea of the work is to enable to describe complex attack vectors consisting of feature sets, abstract terms for compiling a training sample, controlling the quality of recognition and classifying each of the layers (networks) participating in the work, with the ability to adjust not the entire network, but only a small part of it, in the training of which a mistake or inaccuracy crept in. The design of the developed network can be described as a cascaded, scalable neural network. When using neural networks to detect attacks on web systems, the issue of vectorization and normalization of features is acute. The most commonly used methods for solving these problems are not designed for the case of deliberate distortion of the signs of an attack. The proposed approach makes it possible to obtain a neural network that has been studied in more detail by small features, and also to eliminate the normalization issues in order to avoid deliberately bypassing the intrusion detection system. By isolating one more group of neurons in the network and teaching it to samples containing various variants of circumvention of the attack classification, the developed intrusion detection system remains able to classify any types of attacks as well as their aggregates, putting forward more stringent measures to counteract attacks. This allows you to follow the life cycle of the attack in more detail: from the starting trial attack to deliberate sophisticated attempts to bypass the system and introduce more decisive measures to actively counteract the attack, eliminating the chances of a false alarm system.

The results of laboratory and industrial researches made it possible to propose efficiency improvement method for sugar plant boiler department work. As a partial work efficiency criterion for each boiler unit, its efficiency factor is considered. Its identification, as for non-linear load function is carried out according to the test results given in regime maps. Maximization for general criterion is reached by optimal loads distribution between parallel operating boiler units, while observing constraints like equality to ensure the required steam amount needed for consumers, and like inequalities formed on the base of boiler units’ characteristics. The result of task solution is presented with formulas to calculate and determine the optimum loads values of each boiler unit included in operation, that made it possible to implement the subsystem in operating SCADA information-control system for CHP plant boiler department. Algorithm and application program have been developed, as well as a main screen form for CHP head automated workplace. The optimum load values of each boiler unit are used as tasks in boiler load stabilization circuit in period among calculations. Research results will be used to modernize the existing control system at the sugar plant and in the educational process.

Developing a proper system architecture is a critical factor for the success of the project. After the analysis phase is complete, system design begins. For an effective solution developing it is very important that it will be flexible and scalable. During the system design, its component composition and development tools are determined. The system design phase is an opportunity to maximize the speed and effectiveness of subsequent development. There are quite a lot of architectural approaches for building systems. Despite their small differences, they have much in common. They all define ways of splitting the application into separate layers. At the same time, in each system, at least, there is a layer containing the business logic of the application, a layer of data interaction and a layer for displaying data. The "Clean Architecture" approach has been analyzed and adapted to the communication application for mechatronics robot laboratory developing. This approach allows to solve all the problems while building the application architecture: it makes the code modular, tested and easily readable, and also positively affects the quality of development. New architectural components which was introduced by Google in 2017 was considered. The analysis showed that the Architecture Components fit well into the concept and will interact with the "Clean Architecture" approach. Dagger 2 framework was applied for a complete abstraction and simplify testing. Also, it is planned to implement the RxJava library.

The article is concerned with the increasing importance of computer technologies and the need to educate an engineer at the level of modern advances in science and technology. The teaching and methodological support of the didactic process of the professional training for the engineering students is presented and characterized: the motivation tasks for laboratory training and for calculating-and-graphic assignments, the individual card for the organization of the student's work, the methodical guidances. Examples of motivational tasks used for laboratory training are provided: the solution of the search tasks of linear programming, the simulation modeling of the optimal tax rates. The most effective ways to organize learning process using computer technologies for the vocational training of engineering students are indicated.
