WILLOW TRIANDRA (SALIX TRIANDRA L.): PROSPECTS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR USE IN MEDICINE AND PHARMACY 杨柳(salix triandra l .):在医学和药学上的应用前景和机遇

One of the most promising plants for expanding the range of medicines having astringent and anti-inflammatory effects are various species of willow, which have been used in folk medicine for a long time and now arewidely appliedin the composition of various biologically active additives to food both abroad and in Russia. Currently, in medical practice, white willow (Salix alba L.) is mainly used. Numerous species of willow that grow and are widely cultivated in the Russian Federation have not yet been widely used in medicine.The aim of the studyis to summarize the literary data about the expansion habitat, the content of biologically active substances and the possibility of harvesting raw materials of willow triandra (Salix triandra L.) and its use in medicine and pharmacy.Materials and methods.The object of the study is willow triandra (S. triandra L.) widespread in the Russian Federation. The study was conducted using search and information and library databases (eLibrary, PubMed, CyberLeninka, ResearchGate).Results and discussion.Willow triandra (Salix triandra L.) is a perennial dioecious plant, belonging to the Salicaceae family (Willow), Amygdalinae section. The natural habitat of willow triandra is predominantly forest and forest-steppe zones of the European and Asian continents. Eastern Europe is the geographical center of the growth of willow triandra, where it occurs throughout the territory. In Russia, willow triandra occupies almost the whole of its European part, in the North extends as far as the Petrozavodsk-Vologda-Kirov line, and the North Caucasus, it can be found on the territory of Western and Central Siberia. This suggests the idea that plant resources of willow triandra are significant. The possibility of cultivation of willow triandra in various edaphic-phytocenotic conditions is noted, since it is most easily subjected to vegetative propagation. It has been pointed out that willow triandra, like other willow species, contains a rich complex of polyphenolic compounds, which causes its anti-inflammatory effect. It has been revealed that in efficiency, the branches are not inferior to the bark of the species under study, which makes it possible to use branches of various willow speciesas a medicinal plant material.Conclusion.The prospect of research of branches of various willow species, including willow triandra, as a medicinal plant raw material showing anti-inflammatory properties, is confirmed.

Разработка методики моделирования взаимодействия биологически активных веществ с активным центром ангиотензин-превращающего фермента 开发生物活性物质与活性转化酶中心相互作用模拟技术

Nowadays cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of death among the population around the word. The development of new drugs, giving a possibility to normalize blood pressure, is a promising direction in the field of pharmacy and medicine. Now inhibitors of angiotensinconverting enzyme (ACE) are widely adopted for the treatment of hypertension and chronic heart failure. The principle of action of ACE inhibitors is based on blocking the conversion of angiotensin I into angiotensin II, which mediates vasodilation. The aim of the work is a selection of methods of lisinopril interaction with the active center of angiotensin-converting enzyme by molecular dynamics methods. Materials and methods . Lisinopril molecule was used as a ligand; the charges of that ligand were calculated with the density functional theory (DFT) and ub3lyp method with the basis sets 6-31G* and 6-311G**. Simulation of 75 ns of molecular dynamics of lisinopril interaction with the active center of ACE was carried out in the Bioevrica program. As a result of molecular dynamics simulation, the trajectory of the “lisinopril-ACE” system was obtained. After that a comparison of ligand conformations at different points in simulation time with the experimental conformation of the value of standard deviation of coordinates of atoms was made. Results and discussion. The results of simulation have showed that lisinopril with the charges corresponding to basis set 6-311G** behaves consistent with the x-ray data in the active center of the ACE, in contrast to lisinopril with the charges calculated by basis set 6-31G*. Conclusion. The methods of lisinopril interaction modeling with the active center of angiotensin-converting enzyme has been selected. The obtained technique can be used for studying the interaction of substances, similar in structure to lisinopril with the active center of the enzyme (ACE).

The experience of the medical evacuation activities in armed conflicts shows that the Arctic special medical and geographical conditions have expressed mainly negative impact on the methods of conducting military operations and medical care of the wounded and sick, including the Russian Federation Military Forces operational and combat units` medical logistics. The aim of the study was to identify the ways to improve the equipment of medical units of interspecific group of troops (forces) in the Russian Federation Arctic zone. Materials and methods . The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the works of Russian scientists in the field of improving the order of rendering medical assistance and performing other medical measures in conditions of low ambient temperature. The study used such methods as retrospective; logical; structural and functional analyses and others. Results and discussion . In the course of the study special medical and geographic factors of the Arctic were identified, and their influence on the operational and combat units’ medical logistics was established. The measures to preserve the quality of medicines and medical products in the Arctic are considered, the order of their use is determined, and the requirements for their transportation are established. Prospective means of deploying medical units in the Arctic have been identified. The impact analysis results of the Russian Federation Arctic zone conditions on the need of Military Forces operational and combat units in medical property are given. Conclusion. Based on the results of the study, the most relevant areas for the development and improvement of the organization of Russian Federation Military Forces operational and combat units` medical logistics in the Arctic Zone have been established.

A serious threat to the health of the population is falsified medicines. In a number of cases, they are identified in the process of incoming quality control for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents for indicators “Description”, “Packaging”, “Marking”. However, in order to identify sophisticated counterfeits, only a visual assessment of the drug is not enough. Purpose screening evaluation of potentially counterfeited or poor-quality drugs using the IR spectrometry along the total spectrum. Materials and methods. The objects of research were available in freely available commercially available tablets produced by domestic and foreign manufacturers “Paracetamol Extratab”, “Solpadein fast”, “Citrapac”, “Citramon P”, “Ascofen-P”,  corresponding to the requirements of the current regulatory documents. The studies were carried out on a Fourier-Spectrophotometer infrared “FSM 1201”. Results and discussion. On the example of the tablets “Citramon P”, “Ascophen-P”, “Citrapac”, “Paracetamol Extratab”, “Solpadein Fast” the possibility of using the total IR spectra as a primary screening index of authenticity is shown. It was established that the total IR spectra of medicines of similar composition reflect the similarity of serial samples of the products of one manufacturer and the difference in serial samples of products of different manufacturers.

The review systematizes data about chemical composition of bark, leaves, inflorescences, and sprouts of different species of Salix L. The closest attention is payed to investigations of Salix, which has been recently carried out in our country and abroad. For every group of biologically active substances described in Salix there are data about suppressed types of pharmacological activity.

Strategy of pharmaceutical goods (PG) promotion is a working out of methods of goods realization stimulation. To make PG promotion maximum effective, and to receive a sufficient result for pharmaceutical organization (PO) it is necessary to conduct marketing studies (MS), to work out a marketing plan for PG promotion and to offer marketing strategies for goods promotion. To resolve these problems we have formed a concept of marketing promotion of PG system for one of big retail PO of Kursk and Kursk oblast (code name “A”). With this purpose we have identified a problem of PG promotion organization, studied an influence of external and internal environment on the PO “A” activity, determined strong and weak sides of PO activity. We have systematized the results in SWOT-analysis, and formed the strategies of PO for the improvement of work efficiency on the market. On the basis of the results received we have worked out the recommendations for the marketing strategies of PG promotion for the certain PO.

24 Время растворения суппозиториев, приготовленных на основе ПЭГ400:ПЭГ1500:ПЭГ 4000 (10:70:20), превысило допустимые нормы (табл. 1). На основании предварительных фармакотехнологических и биофармацевтических исследований, при изготовлении суппозиториев, содержащих масляный экстракт рябины обыкновенной и экстракт каштана конского жидкий, разработан состав двухслойных суппозиториев, содержащих данные растительные объекты. Внешний слой таких суппозиториев (оболочка) приготавливается методом выливания массы в охлажденную форму и последующим погружением в каждую форму металлических стержней для образования полости. После охлаждения в полости заливали суппозиторную массу для формования внутреннего слоя (ядра). В качестве внешнего слоя (оболочки) использована следующая суппозиторная композиция: 1. Масляный экстракт рябины обыкновенной 0,5г. 2. Основа: твёрдый жир тип А (Т.плавления = 33,11±1,17%) достаточное количество для получения суппозиториев массой 2,0г. В качестве внутреннего слоя (ядра) была использована суппозиторная композиция, следующего состава: 1. Экстракт каштана конского жидкий 0,5. 2. Основа: твёрдый жир кондитерский тип В (Т.плавления = 36,41±0,3%), достаточное количество для получения суппозиториев массой 2,0. Для изготовления суппозиториев по предлагаемой прописи предварительно охлажденные компоненты основы измельчали, отвешивали на весах, отвешивали масляный экстракт рябины обыкновенной, экстракт каштана конского жидкий отмеривали с помощью пипетки.

Cosmetics with the ability to neutralize harmful influence of ultraviolet rays on skin are quite in demand. UV filters in creams composition are divided into two groups: physical and chemical. Antioxidants are used as chemical UV filters. The article presents the results of ferulic acid testing as UV filter in ointment bases with lipophile, hydrophile and lipophilic and hydrophilic properties. The dependence of ferulic acid efficiency from the base type where it was applied was established. The results received are correlated with data about release rate of ferulic acid received in vitro. Ointment bases with such emulsifiers as cetyl alcohol, base emulsifier and Olivem 1000 have the most signified UV protective effect of ferulic acid.

Stability of microparticles of alprazolam in natural conditions was studied by the method of "accelerated aging". It was established that microparticles of alprazolam were not exposed to disruption and their appearance was not altered during the research. Expiration dates of alprazolam microparticles determination was calculated using the formula of J.H. van't Hoff. The expiration date made 2 years.
采用“加速老化”法研究了阿普唑仑微颗粒在自然条件下的稳定性。结果表明,在研究过程中,阿普唑仑的微粒没有受到破坏,其外观也没有改变。采用范霍夫公式计算了阿普唑仑微粒测定的有效期。有效期定为2年。
