The Japanese architectural standard specification for precast reinforced concrete work (JASS 10) was revised by the Architectural Institute of Japan for the first time in ten years since its 2003 revision. This latest edition is a complete revision to reflect: (1) the increasing need for precast reinforced concrete members of design strength of 60 N/mm² or higher for reinforced concrete high-rise buildings;( 2) the wish to have this document concord with the revisions of various related regulations and Japanese Industrial Standards revisions; and (3) the fact that precast members made outside Japan are increasingly being imported to Japan for use at domestic construction sites, something that rarely occurred before. This paper summarizes the major points of these revisions.日本建築学会「建築工事標準仕様書・同解説JASS 10 プレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート工事」が,2003年改定以来10年ぶりに改定された。今回は,①鉄筋コンクリート造高層建築物に対して設計基準強度が60 N/mm²を超えるプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート部材(プレキャスト部材)のニーズが高まっていること,②関連各種規定の改定・日本工業規格の改正との整合を図ること,③国外の工場で製造されたプレキャスト部材が国内に輸送され国内の建設現場で使用されるなど,かつては稀であった例が最近では増加していること,といった現状を受けての全面的見直しである。本稿では,改定内容のうち主要な点を概説する。
