Therefore, they will be forced to create barriers for blockchain technology to overtake their industries. Conclusion. To sum up, blockchain technology is about much more than technology — it is about building a more transparent, decentralized, and democratic ecosystem. It involves a tremendous systemic change across many sectors of economy, politics, and law, which may not be easily accepted by the wealthiest interested parties. Blockchain technology integration may be significantly slowed down and restricted by efforts of intermediary industry’s representatives, shadow economy representatives, and many others who risk losing their money-making or money-laundering opportunities. And developing countries are especially exposed to such processes. But we can assume that not all the areas will be affected by this tendency. Many successful blockchain-based projects already exist, such as Walmart's supply chain management project, Estonian blockchain-based public record data center, etc. Blockchain the same as other technologies provide us solutions to many global issues and we must avail ourselves of this possibility to make the world we live in better. Dealing with new technologies we must pay attention to the global social interests and protect technical revolution from going the wrong way.

applicability for the solution of predictive problems in the exploration of hydrocarbons is given. The application of these methods allowed reducing the dimension of the original attribute space without losing information. The obtained results of the parameter prediction using these statistical methods are quite stable, which is confirmed by the results of the correlation dependencies and the cross-validation method. After examining the results, of the statistical analysis of the control data set, it was found that the methods of the principal components and factor analysis were similar in terms of the results obtained. On the one hand, this may indicate that it is sufficient to use one of these methods when processing an input file with geological and geophysical information, but on the other hand, new data sets may have special functional dependencies (new types of traps, reservoir fields, etc.) ). Therefore, the hybrid use will give the most insight into the seismic attributes under study in a particular reservoir data set. In addition, it is considered relevant to investigate the effectiveness of the neural network approach to solve the above mentioned problem.

In the long-term follow-up period, after 12 months, patients of the main group continued to maintain a "satisfactory" hygienic condition of the tongue with a digital index value of 3.0 ± 0.14 points. Instead, the control group showed a very low level of hygiene (4.5 ± 0.19 points). Thus, the effectiveness of treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus of the main group who use complete removable plate prosthesis, a developed scheme that included general appointments and local measures, confirmed by index estimates in both short-term and long-term follow-up. In patients with diabetes mellitus with complete removable plate prostheses, who were treated by traditional methods, the dynamics of the HCT index was positive only in the near future, in the long term there was a significant increase in index scores, indicating deterioration of oral hygiene.
