This research aims to determine the implementation of penal mediation for violent crimes against the investigation process at the Bojonegoro Police, the effectiveness of the penal media in realizing the principle of restorative justice at the Bojonegoro Police in reducing violent crimes, as well as discussing issues related to the application of penal mediation in violent cases at the Resort Police. Bojonegoro, and the second sub-chapter discusses efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of effective mediation. This type of legal research is empirical. Sources of data obtained in this study using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study can be said that the penal mediation carried out on cases of violence was not successful. The factors that hinder the implementation of mediation are that the party who is the victim of the case remains to be continued because it is harmed, and the victim does not want an attempt to harm the losses obtained from the perpetrator's actions and only wants to continue the case through the litigation stage so that the perpetrator of the punishment is equivalent to the act. . Efforts to overcome these obstacles are through penal mediation accompanied by the Bojonegoro Police as law enforcement officers who act as mediators who are neutral and protect the community, and the need for third party assistance such as experienced mediators, families of litigants, and community leaders who was at the scene of the incident.

: Narcotics are substances or drugs that are natural, synthetic, or semi-synthetic which cause a decrease in consciousness, hallucinations, and excitability, and can cause dependence if misused. The problem is: How is the implementation of the United Nations Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1988 towards eradicating illicit narcotics trafficking in Indonesia? The author uses transformation theory, legal certainty theory, and law enforcement theory in this thesis. The research specification in this thesis is descriptive analytical. The method used in this study is an empirical juridical method which is supported by a normative juridical method. The empirical juridical method is a research method carried out by researching directly into the field, while the normative juridical method is a research conducted by examining secondary materials. The data collection technique used is through interviews, which are supported by literature studies. The result of this study is: Indonesia has implemented the United Nations Convention Against Illicit Traffic In Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1988 by ratifying the convention with Law Number 7 of 1997 as implementing legislation, as well as forming a law on narcotics, namely Law No. 22 of 1997 which was repealed by Law No. 35 of 2009.

In this case, the author is interested in exploring more clearly related to how the cyber crime unit of the East Java Police in carrying out law enforcement for carding crimes. This study uses a normative juridical approach, in order to examine legal protection for victims of carding crime, so that later it produces a descriptive conclusion. The implementation of law enforcement is carried out by means of members of the Cyber Team of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Jatim conducting investigations in the form of cyber patrol activities against perpetrators who previously communicated on social media such as Facebook groups by using wiretapping tools that can find perpetrators quickly through the Cyber system. The efforts that have been made by the Cybercrime Unit of the East Java Regional Police are to create a report hotline number addressed to the public to make it easier to submit complaints. And we also make socialization through social media that never give personal data to others.
