Gender based discrimination is still common and one of the biggest issues in Pakistan. Transgender are ignored in almost every lifestyle. They face biasedness while finding for a job and are forced to earn money using unrespectable ways such as begging and dancing. Although, Pakistani law declares them equal citizen and many government as well as private organizations offer them jobs. Most of the transgender people remain unaware of these job offers due to the lack of an existing information propagation channel. This paper has proposed Transparity; which a dedicated online job portal for transgender. Transparity is also equipped with supportive features such as CV creation, online courses and motivational profiles to make it effective and helpful. Our study reveals that no such dedicated portal exists in Pakistan. This study focuses on the improvement of employment issues of transgender through.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has revolutionized the education sector in terms of conducting classes. Especially during Covid-19 which affected significantly the education community resulting in the shift towards online learning rather than conventional classroom teaching. This study involves experiential learning during Covid-19 lockdown situation in the field of education, learning and teaching. It discusses how education practitioners can deal with Covid19 pandemic using the benefits of AI. AI innovation in education sector has contributed not only in education but also on human development. This research aims to identify the current situation of online classes and to propose a hybrid model of Education Management System (EMS) and Machine Learning (ML).

Millimeter Wave (mm-wave) has been considered as significant importance in various communication systems. It has achieved a greater attention to meet the capacity requirement of the future 5G network. Since mm-wave has a high frequency (30 to 300 GHz) using orthodox technologies for mm wave is more challenging. Thus advanced technology i.e. Deep Learning (DL) is a pragmatic approach to analyze a massive amount of data. Firstly, to find out how DL has beaten traditional approaches, this review briefly explores, the different methods of DL for mm wave are. Secondly, the review of the multiple applications in mm wave such as beam and blockages prediction, beam spacing, beamforming for mm wave OFDM system, precoding for mm-wave, channel estimation for mm-wave, sparse channel estimation, and hybrid precoding and fingerprinting-based indoor localization with mm wave is concisely explained. Last but not least, several studies have proved that DL has superior efficiency for mm wave than conventional approaches.

In any production and service industry, the safety of their workers/labors is very critical. The workers directly related with production are generally more prone to the threats because of their exposure to electro-mechanical, chemical, thermal, environmental, civil and other hazards. The coal mining industry in one of the most risky industries in terms of workers’ lives hazards. In the under-developed countries, any potential disaster in the underground mining turns into huge catastrophic losses of both the human lives and equipment. This paper presents some statistical data of mining disasters worldwide and propose an architecture for a smart helmet to be used by miners for their safe working inside the coalmines.

According to findings made during a survey performed at malls, consumers have difficulty determining their best preferences and requirements while shopping. Local marketers confront several obstacles. They don't have access to a platform that may aid in the expansion and growth of their sales and business. Following this statistic, Shopick was created, which would be beneficial to both customers and suppliers.

Pakistan is in the period of upgrading communication infrastructure. Therefore many communication techniques are taking birth day by day and building the effective way of communication and one of many is IP Telephony system. In Pakistan the adoption of IP telephony is slow because of variety of reasons, but the main factor is the reliability of legacy phone systems. With a weak economy in Pakistan, the management team of organizations is happy to get as much mileage as possible out of their existing infrastructure, and if the legacy phones are working fine, IT team will need a really strong reason to change it to IP telephony. The purpose of this independent study is to drive the correct adoption of new IT & communications technologies in Pakistan to enable increased productivity and added value for businesses. This paper investigates the issues of service quality and cost lie in Pakistan and on the basis of this issues what steps we need to consider while deciding to implement VoIP. After implementation of VoIP in two different organizations and we then analysis their comparative results with legacy phone systems.

Document clustering recently became a very vital approach as numbers of documents on web and on proprietary repositories are increased in unprecedented manner. The documents that are written in human language generally contain some context and usage of words mainly depends upon the same context, recently researchers have tried to enrich document representation via some external knowledge base. This can facilitate the contextual information in the clustering process. We proposed an enrichment process with explicit content analysis using Wikipedia as knowledge base. Our approach is distinct in the sense we only uses the conceptual words from a document and their frequency to embed the contextual information. Hence, our approach does not over enrich the documents. A vector based representation, with cosine similarity and agglomerative hierarchical clustering is used to perform actual document clustering. We compare our proposed method with existing relevant approaches on NEWS20 dataset, with evaluation measure for clustering like: F-Score, Entropy and Purity.

In image processing, image registration develops a relationship between two images using optimal transformation where the images could have been taken at various times, sources or devices, or from different perspectives. It aligns the reference and moving image using geometric transformations. This research study evaluates the performance of multimodal(images acquired from different sources)image registration technique using Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT).The reference and the target images are decomposed into their respective DWT coefficients and then are processed for image registration. After registration, the resultant DWT coefficients are transformed back using Inverse DWT into their spatial coordinates in order to retrieve the registered image. The similarity of the two input images for image registration is calculated and investigated using a similarity metric known as Mutual Information (MI) which is maximized. The quality of registration is measured using cross-correlation coefficient (CCC) of the registered image with respect to the reference image. Finally the time taken for image registration in wavelet domain is analyzed and compared with the image registration taking place in spatial domain.

Document clustering is an unsupervised machine learning technique that organizes a large collection of documents into smaller, topic homogenous, meaningful sub-collections (clusters). Traditional document clustering approaches use extracted features like: word (term), phrases, sequences and topics from the documents as descriptors for clustering process. These features do not consider the relationship among different words that are used to convey the contextual information within the document. Recently, Graph-of-Word approach is introduced in information research; this approach addresses the problem of independence assumption by building a graph of word from the words that appeared in a document. Hence, the relationships among words are captured in the representation. It is an un[1]weighted directed graph whose vertices represent unique terms and whose edges represent co-occurrences between the terms. The representation is simplified by using a sliding window of size = 3 with the text of the document. This paper uses a sequence based-representation of document that is extracted from graph[1]of-word of the document. A similarity measure is defined over the common sequences between two documents. The proposed approach is implemented and tested on standard text mining datasets. A series of experiments reveal that the proposed approach outperforms the traditional approaches on clustering measures like: Purity, Entropy and F-Score.
