PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN DAN PRODUKTIVITAS UKM PADA KELOMPOK PEMBATIK DESA PLANA DAN SOKAWERA KECAMATAN SOMAGEDE KABUPATEN BANYUMAS 在PLANA村和SOKAWERA省BANYUMAS区的UKM村伐木和生产力提高

The target audience of the IbM PPM batik is batik artisans belonging to Group Batik Sekar Geang which 11 members and Group Batik Capit Urang which had 15 members. The emergence of this group is driven by huge demand for batik products in District Somagede and in Banyumas generally unserved as many as 6457 people from school children, teachers and officials in the District Somagede environment. The high school student, a teacher, an employee in the District Somagede in particular and Banyumas generally required to wear batik clothes 2-3 days a week. The size of the potential market is still coupled with the program to realize the integrated tourism in the District Somagede thus requiring a superior product to be used as a souvenir. The main problem is the absence of partners the division of tasks within the group. All members of the group working on production activities, there is no division of labor within the group, no member whose job is to market their products, partners do not perform registration activities group administration in an orderly manner, there has been no attempt of a group to promote their products to the public, are not familiar with marketing on -line for batik products, lack of capital and production equipment to run its business, does not have the skills and equipment to produce batik printing highly prospective for serving uniform school children, teachers and staff in the District Somagede, Design batik motif both partners is still limited and yet varied, packaging and label design is still very modest, small business management capabilities are limited and not yet standardized bookkeeping. PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK MUSTIKA LANGGENG JAYA MELALUI PENERAPAN CARA PRODUKSI PANGAN YANG BAIK 通过使用良好的粮食生产方法,将长期繁荣的木斯提卡集团授权

Pemberdayaan UMKM bidang pangan dimulai dengan menguatkan konstruksi keamanan pangan produk yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu, pemberdayaan UMKM di bidang pangan melalui sistem keamanan pangan menjadi upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pendapatan masyarakat. Upaya yang dapat ditempuh untuk penguatan konstruksi keamanan pangan yaitu dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip higiene dan sanitasi produksi pangan serta praktik-praktik baik dalam pengelolaan penjaminan mutu dan keamanan pangan seperti yang tertuang dalam Cara Produksi Pangan yang Baik (CPPB) atau Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei terhadap kondisi CPPB UMKM mitra dan pendampingan implementasi prinsip-prinsip CPPB. Mitra sasaran kegiatan yaitu UMKM Mustika Langgeng Jaya, Desa Binangun, Kecamatan Banyumas, Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil evaluasi terhadap kondisi sarana produksi UMKM Mustika Langgeng Jaya menunjukkan jumlah ketidaksesuaian kritis sebanyak 7 temuan, ketidaksesuaian serius sebanyak 9 temuan, ketidaksesuaian mayor sebanyak 2 temuan, ketidaksesuaian minor sebanyak 1 temuan. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan kondisi sarana produksi UMKM Mustika Langgeng Jaya berada pada level IV. Tindakan korektif yang dilakukan sebagai implementasi CPPB yaitu perbaikan sarana produksi pangan, sosialisasi dan pendampingan implementasi CPPB, pembuatan label kemasan pangan sesuai dengan syarat CPPB, dan pembuatan dokumen mutu.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA UNTUK GURU SEKOLAH DASAR 小学教师语言学习方法的实施

ABSTRAK Pemilihan model pembelajaran merupakan faktor penting saat proses pembelajaran. Peserta didik akan dituntut kemandirian dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai insan  cendekia. Oleh  karena  itu, guru  hendaknya dalam pembelajaran  menggunakan model/strategi yang relevan. Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang tepat akan membuat siswa merasa nyaman dan dekat dengan pendidik, sehingga akan terjalin pembelajaran yang kondusif. Tujuan kegiatan ini secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memilih dan menerapkan model-model pembelajaran, yakni dalam mengimplementasikan model/strategi yang tepat dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di sekolah masing-masing. Metode kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan kepada para guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di UPK Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Kabupaten Banyumas. Langkah-langkah pelatihan antara lain (1) Penyemaian  informasi; (2) Pemberian model pembelajaran  bahasa; (3) Praktik  membuat  RPP; (4) Praktik/Implementasi menyelenggarakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pembelajaran bahasa yang telah didesain. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini bahwa keterampilan guru setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini terjadi kenaikan signifikan terhadap nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 78 dengan nilai paling rendah guru adalah 60 sedangkan paling tinggi adalah  90. Setelah posttest tulis dilakukan, hasil nilai praktik  pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Circ, Jigsaw, dan STAD juga menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan, hal ini tampak dari meningkatnya percaya diri guru ketika berbicara dalam bahasa Indonesia, interaksi yang terjadi antara guru dan siswa juga mulai bagus. The students are expected to become independent and responsible as the scholars. Therefore, teachers should implement relevant learning models or strategies. The properly implemented learning models may comfort and make the students close to their teachers that condusive teaching-learning situations may be created. The purpose of this activity is generally to improve the teachers' capacity in selecting and implement various learning models including implementing proper models or stategies in preparing the Lesson Plans at school. This activity employs training methods for the elementary school teachers available in The activity implementing unit ( Unit Pelaksana Kegiatan known as UPK) of Kedungbanteng district, Banyumas Regency. The training stages are (1) information dissemination; (2) explaining various language learning models; (3) Lesson Plan Making Practices; (4) implementing those designed lesson plans into practices using the particularly selected language learning models. The result of this community service activity showed that the teachers' skills significatly improved
