This study aims to find out how the Regional Government plays a role in increasing the Human Development Index in Central Java Province, in achieving this goal analysis is carried out using panel data analysis on government interventions in the education, nature, and consumption sectors of Central Java in the last five years. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the website. For data related to the APBD, it is obtained through the publication of the Ministry of Finance's DJPK. For the Human Development Index data and the total of education personnel, nature is obtainable from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency. Based on the results of the examination, it is savvy that the fixed effect model is the best in explaining the determinants between the human development index and the explanatory variables. In the analysis, it is also known that the variable number of educators and the variable number of nature workers have a significant effect on the growth of the Human Development Index, while the social assistance variable that reflects the level of consumption of the population of Central Java does not affect the Human Development Index. Thus, it can be concluded that the Human Development Index in Central Java is more influenced by interventions in the education sector and the health sector so that in achieving Central Java's human development targets, both sectors should receive special attention from the local governments as the policy-making authority.

This study investigates the impact of customer engagement on the characteristics of Online Brand Community (information quality and system quality) on brand loyalty. The respondents of this study were the general public in the Solo Raya area who had interacted with the Smartfren Community. 196 respondents met the research criteria. Data processing was conducted by employing the PLS-SEM analysis tool to test the model developed using the application of the stimulus-organism-response model. Each Online Brand Community (OBC) characteristic shows a significant positive effect on customer engagement. Customer engagement has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Customer engagement effectively mediates the relationship between information quality and system quality on brand loyalty. The hypothesized model of the stimulus-organism-response framework was validated among a sample of emerging markets, with a focus on customer engagement on OBC characteristics of brand loyalty .

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and firm size on firm value. The population included in the study are companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2015-2020 period. The sample in this study were 13 companies and analyzed using purposive sampling method and produced 78 research data. The research uses quantitative research because it uses more numbers so that the research is more detailed and clearer. The data analysis used in this research is determining the accuracy of the panel data estimation model, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Research data processing using analysis tool, Eviews version 10. The results showed that the profitability and firm size variables partially had no effect on firm value, while the leverage variable partially had a significant positive effect on firm value. But the variables of profitability, leverage, and firm size together or simultaneously affect the firm value.

An increase in health spending in Indonesia does not simultaneously increase general hospital revenues. To overcome this phenomenon, state-owned hospitals as public health service organizations need to reduce costs and increase revenues without reducing their quality to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. For these two main purposes, lean service is used by hospitals to eliminate activities that do not have added value. In this context, this study analyzes the value stream of the brachytherapy income cycle, creates a hierarchy of activities, and eliminates activities that do not have value-added. The research findings are based on service activities provided at Installation Y Hospital X in 2019 and 2020. The findings show that 77% of activities are activities that have value-added and are essential (Column A), but there are two activities that fall to column B (value-added activity but not essential). Six other activities are included in column C, those are activities that do not have value-added but are essential activities. Elimination and time reduction of 2 activities in the scheduling phase by implementing a computerized scheduling system can reduce costs by ±92 million rupiahs a year. Activities in column C or the patient transfer phase can be improved by implementing monitoring and evaluation for time efficiency. The findings of the current study are based on Department Y of X Hospital's service activity to its patients from 2019 to 2021.

Leadership is a mechanism to support or motivate a group of people to work towards a common goal, which can direct employees and workers with strategies to achieve a vision. In a company, in addition to having a leader, of course there are also employees. Employee performance is one indicator that keeps the company productive in running its business. Incremental innovation is also very important for the development of components in a company because with the development of the times there must also be a desire to develop products by adding each new innovation. Someone in work must also have motivation. Internal motivation or internal motivation is something that must be owned by individuals in the company. Internal motivation is an urge that comes from within a person to do something. Leaders must also have ethics because leaders must be role models for their subordinates. This study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership on employee performance and incremental innovation with internal motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Small and Medium Industry (IKM) in Klaten Regency with a sample of 192 respondents. This study examined several factors affecting Regional Original Revenue with several macroeconomic variables as independent variables, covering inflation, population density, number of hotels, and number of tourists visiting the regencies/cities. This research utilized secondary data from five regencies/cities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) for the period 2016-2020 and panel data regression with the Pooled Least Square (PLS), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM) as the analytical methods. The estimation steps employed the Chow and the Hausman tests. The study results unveiled that inflation and the number of hotels had a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Revenue in DIY. Meanwhile, population density and the number of tourists had no significant effect on Regional Original Revenue in DIY. This research is the first study to examine the effect of Regional Original Revenue in 2016-2020 at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta .

This research examined several determining factors that affected the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. Several macroeconomic variables as independent variables in this research consisted of Inflation, Exchange Rate, Money Supply, BI Rate, World Crude Oil Price, and World Gold Price. This research method used multiple linear regression analysis using the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach to analyze time-series data from May 2013 until April 2021. The research results indicated that in the short term, the Inflation, Exchange Rate, and BI Rate variables had significant effects on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. In contrast, the Money Supply, World Crude Oil Prices, and World Gold Prices variables did not significantly affect the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). In the long term, the Inflation, Exchange Rate, BI Rate, World Crude Oil Prices, and World Gold Prices variables had significant effects on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). In contrast, the Money Supply variable did not significantly affect the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). This research was the first research that examined the effects of inflation, exchange rate, money supply, BI Rate, world crude oil prices, and world gold prices on the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) from May 2013 to April 2021.

This study aims to examine several factors that influence inflation, interest rates, currency exchange rates, and national income on financial deepening in Indonesia for the period 2000-2020. This research was conducted using time-series data in the form of quarters from 2000 to 2020.
