Artificial Intelligence in Project Management: A Study of The Role of Ai-Powered Chatbots in Project Stakeholder Engagement 项目管理中的人工智能:人工智能聊天机器人在项目利益相关者参与中的作用研究

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming a cornerstone in the evolution of project management. Its capabilities extend beyond simple automation, fostering improved decision-making processes and enhancing collaborative efforts. Among the various AI tools available, chatbots stand out as particularly transformative for project management. This study delves into the role of AI-powered chatbots in project stakeholder engagement, a critical aspect of successful project management. Chatbots, powered by sophisticated AI algorithms, can provide continuous support and interaction with project stakeholders. This is particularly vital in managing complex projects where continuous communication and prompt responses can significantly influence project success. The study examines how these AI-driven chatbots facilitate stakeholder engagement, focusing on key benefits such as improved communication, increased stakeholder satisfaction, and better overall project outcomes. Through a detailed analysis, we have identified that chatbots enhance communication by offering stakeholders immediate, personalized responses, thereby reducing response times and improving the efficiency of information exchange. This immediacy and personalization contribute to heightened stakeholder satisfaction, as stakeholders feel their concerns and queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Furthermore, our findings suggest that these improvements in stakeholder engagement directly correlate with enhanced project outcomes, including better adherence to timelines, improved project quality, and increased likelihood of meeting project objectives. However, the deployment of chatbots in project management is not without its challenges. One significant hurdle is the need for advanced natural language processing (NLP) capabilities. Effective chatbots must understand and process complex human language nuances to interact effectively with stakeholders. Another challenge observed is the potential for chatbots to become disruptive or annoying. This can occur when chatbots fail to provide relevant or accurate information, or when their interaction style does not align with stakeholder expectations. In conclusion, AI-powered chatbots hold substantial promise for revolutionizing stakeholder engagement in project management. While they present remarkable benefits in improving communication, stakeholder satisfaction, and project outcomes, there are challenges that need to be addressed. These include enhancing NLP capabilities and fine-tuning the interaction style of chatbots to suit diverse stakeholder groups. With these improvements, AI-powered chatbots could significantly contribute to the success of various projects, marking a new era in project management where AI plays a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement and overall project success.

We have selected the study of software development life cycle- waterfall model, herein after is referred to as SDLC for brevity purpose. We have been allowed to study in the software firm - Aviation Management Consultants. The researchers studied the software named –“Routonomics” developed by the firm. The software enables the airlines to prepare the business plan with 5 years perspective. The purpose of selection of this subject is that SDLC- Waterfall Model is the reference model of any software related work. Many SDLC models evolved from this basic concept. Further, the firm introduced a small change in one of the reports to enable us to understand the practical perception of the SDLC. The researchers were involved in the simulated development of small change in the report.

Software interoperability is crucial for organizations that rely on multiple software systems to perform their operations. However, due to the complexity and variety of software systems, ensuring interoperability can be difficult. Measuring software complexity metrics can be used to identify potential problems and assess how well different interoperability strategies work. In this study, we investigated and compared the effectiveness of different software complexity metrics in measuring software interoperability. We used statistical methods to analyze data collected from a sample of software systems. The results of our study show that certain metrics, such as coupling and cohesion, are more effective than others in measuring software interoperability. By selecting appropriate metrics, developers can ensure better productivity, lower costs, and more adaptable use of software systems. The findings of this study have implications for the creation of software and can guide businesses in choosing the right criteria to achieve software interoperability.

Battery Thermal Management System for Electric Vehicles 电动汽车电池热管理系统

Electrical vehicles (EVs) as a result of their rapid evolution and growing popularity, zero-emission, and high tank-to-wheel efficiency. Though, some features, particularly those relating to battery performance, cost, lifetime, and protection, restrict the development of the electrical car. In order to operate at peak efficiency under various circumstances, battery management is therefore required. The BTMS is essential for controlling the thermal performance of the battery. The BTMS technologies include heating, air conditioning, liquid cooling, direct refrigerant cooling, phase change material (PCM) cooling, and thermoelectric cooling. Performance, weight, size, cost, dependability, safety, and energy consumption are trade-offs analyzed for these systems. According tothe analysis the system is made up of two coolant loops, one refrigeration loop, and one cabin HVAC loop. The batteries, drivetrain, and cabin all contribute to the thermal burden. The model of these system is been built in the software MATLAB/SIMULINK. Based on the outcomes of the simulation, BTMS is crucial for regulating battery thermal behavior. Through the integration of thesimulation model with battery thermal and ML models, next research might be more thorough and precise.

We witness many people who face disabilities like being deaf, dumb, blind etc. They face a lot of challenges and difficulties trying to interact and communicate with others. This paper presents a new technique by providing a virtual solution without making use of any sensors. Histogram Oriented Gradient (HOG) along with Artificial Neural Network (ANN) have been implemented. The user makes use of web camera, which takes input from the user and processes the image of different gestures. The algorithm recognizes the image and identifies the pending voice input. This paper explains two way means of communication between impaired and normal people which implies that the proposed ideology can convert sign language to text and voice.

A prototype of an automated decision support systemfor creative universities has been developed, which will allowassessing the achievements particularly talented students andidentifying the needs in the learning process in order to helporganize the educational process in accordance with identifiedcapabilities. Use of a decision support system based on theBayesian classifier is suggested which will allow to evaluatefactors contributing to the progress in teaching studentsparticular techniques, and in perspective to assess the possibleresources that will be required to make changes to the learning.The list of specific performance indicators is given. The systemshould contribute to the formation of the learning plan, takinginto account the capabilities of both a group art workshop as awhole, and special needs of an individual to develop, if necessaryan individual approach.

Pre and Post Effects on Schooling Due to Covid-19 新冠肺炎疫情对学校教育的前后影响

This project will show that how activities that done by the school is important for the new learners. This stored all the activities of school that enhance the development of each child towards their career after Covid impact. Involvement in cocurricular Activities helps student become tougher and avoid mental health issues. There is a lack of such activities which will enhance the knowledge of child with Covid precautions and if parents want to develop their child’s knowledge in technology and also for online activities, So there is not such platform where they can do all this without misusing the technology in unawareness also if parents wants to polish their interest, so that, they can think to make a career in it. So, how can they analyse that whatever the school will be able to do it or not, without visiting each school due to Covid 19. we will mention the facilities, activities, skills and international activities, events, to do using technology, etc. in the project. This project will have own interface/platform for online activities for students so that they could not misuse the technology. There is some online activities (Activities From Home) in Project that can be done while making some social - distance because of Covid. This project can increase efficiency of skill development and career opportunities from their interest in respective activity or skill. Managing the impact of COVID-19 on education systems without losing required knowledge for students via Incredible school activity as well.

Increase in population increases the demand fordwelling with a greater comfortness with all amenities.Nowadays people require residential building with fitness center,balconies, laundry room, swimming pool, childcare center,playground, and community room. The demand of peopleinitiated to construct a apartment buildings in major cities. Theprocess of planning and schedule of the activities in theconstruction of apartment building should be in a logical andsystematic manner which is done using Autocad and PrimaveraP6 software. Finally the web integration is done for schedulingthe major resources in the construction work which in handmanage the time period effectively.

A Study on an Effective Model for Predicting Flight Delay 航班延误预测的有效模型研究

Amongst the most significant business concerns that airline companies face is the considerable expenses related to airlines being delays caused due to natural events and operations and maintenance flaws, which is an additional expense for the airlines, having caused scheduling and operations problems for end-users, likely to result in a negative revenue and customer displeasure. We used supervised machine learning approaches in this study to develop a two-stage prediction models for forecasting flight on-time performance. This model's initial stage uses binary classification to predict flight delays, while the second phase uses regression to estimate the delay's duration in minutes. The proposed research compares the effectiveness of decision tree classifier to logistic regression. Based on the created model, the outcomes of this simulation disclose projected congestion in airports, considering hour, day, climate, and so on. As a result, there will be less time spent waiting.
