As an important method of transporting dangerous goods, the safety of waterway transportation is particularly important. In order to ensure the safety of waterway dangerous goods transportation, it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable safety evaluation index system, and conduct a comprehensive and systematic safety evaluation of waterway dangerous goods transportation. This paper investigates the distribution characteristics of earth pressure on circular caisson foundations in soft soil areas based on practical engineering considerations. Utilizing a three-dimensional numerical analysis model and a displacement-based method for earth pressure calculation, the lateral earth pressure on the retaining structure is examined. Adjustments are made to the distribution pattern of earth pressure on circular caisson foundations in soft soil areas. The study demonstrates that the radius of the caisson significantly influences the spatial distribution of soil pressure. Additionally, empirical formulas for the depth and radius of the reduction in soil pressure around circular caisson foundations are obtained through the research. Comparative analysis reveals that the modified earth pressure planar foundation beam method, which accounts for the arching effect, is simpler, features more mature parameter selection, and is more cost-effective than the three-dimensional finite element method. In comparison to the standard planar elastic foundation beam method for earth pressure, it aligns more closely with the actual direction of displacement.

To achieve semantic segmentation tasks in practical applications such as autonomous driving, networks need to efficiently process high-resolution images while maintaining high accuracy. This requires methods to effectively fuse spatial information in high-resolution images with semantic information in low-resolution images. To address this, this paper proposes a Multi-scale Fusion Convolutional Network (MFCNet) based on a single-branch network structure. In order to simultaneously handle information at different scales and assist the network in capturing a wide range of contextual information, separable Multi-Scale Convolution Modules (MSCM) are introduced to enable the network to obtain richer and more comprehensive feature representations. Additionally, considering that shallow-level information is difficult to directly restore resolution, a Dual-Attention Fusion Module (DAFM) is designed, introducing two attention mechanisms to respectively weight feature maps at different resolutions. This paper introduces the ternary composite drive technology and the characteristics of the technology. The characteristics of ternary composite flooding produced water were sorted out, and the characteristics of complex organic composition, poor biochemical treatment, high oil content, high suspended solids content, high viscosity and high emulsification degree were sorted out. Three ternary composite flooding produced water treatment processes were introduced. Under the condition of ensuring that the effluent meets the requirements of reinjection water, the advantages and disadvantages of the three processes are compared, and finally the third process flow is determined to be the optimal option.
