Safety Evaluation Index System for Dangerous Goods Transportation by Water in Weihai City 威海市水路危险货物运输安全评价指标体系

With the development of China's shipping industry, the maritime cargo transportation industry chain is becoming more and more complete, resulting in more and more problems. Among them, the transportation of dangerous goods by waterway is also receiving more and more attention. As an important method of transporting dangerous goods, the safety of waterway transportation is particularly important. In order to ensure the safety of waterway dangerous goods transportation, it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable safety evaluation index system, and conduct a comprehensive and systematic safety evaluation of waterway dangerous goods transportation. Firstly, this paper takes the transportation of dangerous goods by waterway in Weihai City as an example, and selects five primary evaluation indicators, including environment, personnel, ships, goods, and management, as well as their secondary and tertiary evaluation indicators, based on the actual situation; secondly, a safety index system for the transportation of dangerous goods by water in Weihai City has been constructed, and an example analysis has been conducted on it; finally, safety management measures for the transportation of dangerous goods by waterway in Weihai City were proposed.
随着我国航运业的发展,海上货物运输产业链日趋完善,随之而来的问题也越来越多。其中,水路危险品运输也越来越受到重视。作为危险品运输的重要方式,水路运输的安全尤为重要。为了确保水路危险品运输的安全,必须建立科学合理的安全评价指标体系,对水路危险品运输进行全面系统的安全评价。首先,本文以威海市水路危险货物运输为例,结合实际情况,选取了环境、人员、船舶、货物、管理五个一级评价指标及其二级、三级评价指标;其次,构建了威海市水路危险货物运输安全指标体系,并对其进行了实例分析;最后,提出了威海市水路危险货物运输安全管理措施。

Research on the Correction of Soil Pressure Distribution Pattern in Circular Working Wells in Soft Soil Areas 软土地区圆形工作井土压分布模式修正研究

This paper investigates the distribution characteristics of earth pressure on circular caisson foundations in soft soil areas based on practical engineering considerations. Utilizing a three-dimensional numerical analysis model and a displacement-based method for earth pressure calculation, the lateral earth pressure on the retaining structure is examined. Adjustments are made to the distribution pattern of earth pressure on circular caisson foundations in soft soil areas. The study demonstrates that the radius of the caisson significantly influences the spatial distribution of soil pressure. Additionally, empirical formulas for the depth and radius of the reduction in soil pressure around circular caisson foundations are obtained through the research. Comparative analysis reveals that the modified earth pressure planar foundation beam method, which accounts for the arching effect, is simpler, features more mature parameter selection, and is more cost-effective than the three-dimensional finite element method. In comparison to the standard planar elastic foundation beam method for earth pressure, it aligns more closely with the actual direction of displacement.

Multi-objective Vehicle Routing Optimization Model for Emergency Logistics Considering Aftershock Effects 考虑余震影响的应急物流多目标车辆路线优化模型

Earthquake is a kind of common and terrible sudden natural disaster. Frequent earthquake disasters bring inestimable loss of people and property to human society. Based on the earthquake background and considering the impact of aftershocks on emergency rescue activities, this paper constructs a multi-objective vehicle routing optimization model with the objectives of time, risk, fairness of material distribution and minimum cost. Through simulation examples, conclusions are drawn: Decision makers should first consider risk and time, when considering time, focus on considering the time window to meet the fairness of material distribution, and finally consider the cost.

Multiscale Fusion Convolutional Network in Real-time Semantic Segmentation 实时语义分割中的多尺度融合卷积网络

To achieve semantic segmentation tasks in practical applications such as autonomous driving, networks need to efficiently process high-resolution images while maintaining high accuracy. This requires methods to effectively fuse spatial information in high-resolution images with semantic information in low-resolution images. To address this, this paper proposes a Multi-scale Fusion Convolutional Network (MFCNet) based on a single-branch network structure. In order to simultaneously handle information at different scales and assist the network in capturing a wide range of contextual information, separable Multi-Scale Convolution Modules (MSCM) are introduced to enable the network to obtain richer and more comprehensive feature representations. Additionally, considering that shallow-level information is difficult to directly restore resolution, a Dual-Attention Fusion Module (DAFM) is designed, introducing two attention mechanisms to respectively weight feature maps at different resolutions. Experimental results demonstrate that MFCNet achieves outstanding performance in real-time semantic segmentation tasks.

In the face of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in the new era, China's engineering education is facing new requirements and challenges. In order to support the new development strategy of engineering education in China, the "Excellence Plan 2.0" provides an overall idea for actively exploring the engineering education system with Chinese characteristics, building a new talent training model, implementing diversified teaching methods, and building a high-level engineering education teaching team. In order to promote China's engineering education standards to the world and promote the improvement of China's engineering education status in the world, it is urgent to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with engineering practice ability and innovation ability. In view of the current situation and the main problems of the engineering talent training system in China's colleges and universities, this paper makes a preliminary analysis and reflection on the reform and innovation of outstanding engineer training from the aspects of practical teaching, reform and innovation of talent training mode, talent team construction, and school-enterprise cooperation.

Reading is an important part of English teaching. Traditional English teaching has always on the basis of teaching new words, grammar and long and difficult sentences, however, it is necessary for us to carry out the reform and innovation of English teaching in order to change the ineffective way of English teaching. In this paper, three schema forms of schema theory are introduced into high school English reading teaching activities. It is hoped that schema theory can help students overcome difficulties in learning, improve the quality and speed of reading, stimulate their interest in learning, change the way from passive learning to active learning, and find a way in using schema to better help senior high school students improve their reading abilities.

Research on Ternary Composite Flooding Produced Water Treatment Process 三元复合淹没式采出水处理工艺研究

This paper introduces the ternary composite drive technology and the characteristics of the technology. The characteristics of ternary composite flooding produced water were sorted out, and the characteristics of complex organic composition, poor biochemical treatment, high oil content, high suspended solids content, high viscosity and high emulsification degree were sorted out. Three ternary composite flooding produced water treatment processes were introduced. Under the condition of ensuring that the effluent meets the requirements of reinjection water, the advantages and disadvantages of the three processes are compared, and finally the third process flow is determined to be the optimal option. The process can not only effectively improve the treatment effect of ternary composite flooding produced water, but also overcome the shortcomings in the conventional process, improve the feasibility of the process and reduce the cost.

Fatigue Driving Detection Technology: An Overview 疲劳驾驶检测技术:概述

In order to reduce the loss of life and property to the public caused by fatigue driving, the advantages and disadvantages of various fatigue detection methods are comprehensively analyzed based on the subjective evaluation method and objective measurement method of fatigue driving detection technology. At the same time, the future research trends based on detection standards and information fusion are proposed. This review can provide a reference for technicians who are committed to the research of fatigue driving detection.
为了减少疲劳驾驶给公众造成的生命财产损失,基于疲劳驾驶检测技术的主观评价方法和客观测量方法,综合分析了各种疲劳检测方法的优缺点。同时,提出了基于检测标准和信息融合的未来研究趋势。本综述可为致力于疲劳驾驶检测研究的技术人员提供参考。

Effects of Nitrogen Reduction Combined with Organic Fertilizer on Crops 减氮与有机肥结合对作物的影响

By summarizing the methods of nitrogen fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertilizer, this paper discussed and analyzed the effects of nitrogen fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertilizer on soil carbon and nitrogen content and biological activity of crops, mastered the soil carbon and nitrogen retention capacity of orchards, clarified the relationship between fruit trees and soil environment, and established the optimal effect equation between fertilizer application and yield. It is of great scientific significance to provide theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing fertilizer application in orchards and realizing "zero growth" and "double reduction" of nitrogen fertilizer.
本文通过总结氮肥减量与有机肥结合的方法,探讨分析了氮肥减量与有机肥结合对土壤碳氮比含量和作物生物活性的影响,掌握了果园土壤碳氮比保持能力,明确了果树与土壤环境的关系,建立了施肥量与产量的最优效应方程。为优化果园施肥,实现氮肥 "零增长 "和 "双减 "提供了理论依据和技术支撑,具有重要的科学意义。
