Analyzing the Possibility of the Building Integrated Photovoltaic with DSC by the Case Studies 通过案例分析DSC建筑一体化光伏的可行性

The various colors and transparency of DSC and operability unrelated with directions greatly expand the use of BIPV, as a multi-functional composite of module. Therefore the possibility of DSC BIPV is examined by the case study and the analysis and then its applicability is examined. Most of the DSC BIPVs, which are found through a total of six case studies and analyzes in Korea and abroad, are mainly implemented with window glass and shading devices. This is related to the DSC transparency property. Improvements are due to the irritation of the eye due to the color of the red module. Therefore, it is important to take into account the color of the BIPV window depending on the use of the building and the room. Meanwhile, some colors of application model may stimulate eyes and such colors should be considered by use of buildings and rooms in the application of BIPV window. A Study on the Effect of School Site Planning Factors Related to School Location on Increase and Decrease of the Number of Students in Korea 韩国学校选址相关的学校场地规划因素对学生人数增减的影响研究

In order to prove the hypothesis that the element of school location planning the density of development, availability of various private institutes, the location of school, the type of school district, the distance to nearby schools, the existence of communal areas, the pedestrian street, the number of road lanes affects the increase and decrease of the number of students in the long term, we examined the tendency of the number of long-term (24 years). The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the development factors such as development density, location of school, type of school district, distance from neighboring schools, separation of pedestrians and cars are clearly related. Second, the planning factors such as location of private school and installation of pedestrian-only street seem to be related to each other. Third, the number of road lanes and element of "communal area" is irrelevant. This study is limited to generalization of five new metropolitan cities in the metropolitan area, and it is necessary to further elaborate the analysis factors and evaluation criteria. 키워드 : 학교입지, 개발밀도, 통학구역, 학생수

The demand analysis of safety-experience-education-facilities for experiential type safety education 体验式安全教育对安全体验教育设施的需求分析

The purpose of this study is to present the number of necessary facilities for the establishment of safety education facility for students through the analysis of situation and demand of safety experience education facilities so as to effectively implement safety education based on 7 standards of school safety education . 7 standards of school safety education and experience programs of the existing safety experience center were analyzed and the experience program was extracted based on the analysis. Based on the derived program, the experience space was set up, and the existing safety experience facility was analyzed accordingly. Based on this, the number of necessary facilities was suggested by using the calculation formula derived to estimate the scale of the facility expansion. This is the result of estimating the required number of facilities based on the 2015 school age population. In the long run, it is necessary to calculate the appropriate ratio by actually comparing the unit construction costs of the facilities and the vehicles.
