--This study aims to analyze the model of service quality, organizational commitment, and education leadership based on total quality management in organizational development. The benefits of the study were able to enrich the treasures of education management theory related to organizational development in educational institutions, especially junior high schools (SMP) in Pekalongan. The research design uses a quantitative positivistic approach with a structural equation (Structural Equation Model), with the model Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The research population of SMP teachers, while the sampling techniques are using proportionate stratified random sampling. The results of the study show that the development of school organizations is influenced significantly by the factors of service quality, organizational commitment, and education leadership based on Total Quality Management (TQM). This TQM is evidenced by the significance of the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable.

The use of ICT-based learning media in the education field is now being echoed in the education unit level. The use of technology in learning process is very effective and efficient to improve students' abilities. The purpose of this study was to design a hypothetical model of systematical ICT-based dance learning that can be used by teachers and students in creating appropriate learning activities as the orientation of 21 century skills. Before designing the strategy, we needed teacher surveys in Lampung to configure teachers' perceptions of instructional media tas a starting point for designing strategies to follow up the 21 century learning framework. We carried out a nonexperimental cross-sectional descriptive survey approach using a questionnaire to 10 cultural arts teachers in Lampung. Based on data analysis, it showed that all teachers were aware that in the dance learning process the impotance of digital media use. It requires applications that can help in the learning process and they must take part to overcome the challenges of the 21 century.

Whistleblowing is an act of disclosure of fraud or abuse of authority. Whistleblowing is an appropriate way to minimize fraud action in institutions. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence whistleblowing intentions by applying moderating variable of organizational support perception. This study uses a sample of all members of the internal supervisory unit at universities in Central Java with a total of 84 people. By applying convenience sampling technique, 51 questionnaires were returned and met the criteria to be analyzed. Data analysis uses the PLS program. The results show attitudes did not affect the whistleblowing intention, while subjective norm has a significant positive influence on whistleblowing intention. Furthermore, the perception of organizational support is not able to strengthen the influence of attitudes on whistleblowing intention. Meanwhile, organizational support perception is able to strengthen the influence of subjective norms on whistleblowing intention. Hence, members of the internal supervisory unit should develop appropriate whistleblowing system. This research gives huge contribution for implementation of theory of planned behaviour on higher education especially for enhance organization performance. Keyboards: Whistleblowing Intentions, Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Perceptions of Organizational Support

The purpose of this study is to describe schemata and students creativity in solving mathematical problem about a Geometry. This study is qualitative research. The data of this research were collected by the method of think out loud and task analysis, by giving test questions and conducting interview according to students' responses. Miles and Huberman's analysis technique are used to analyze the data. The result showed that there is variety of student's schemata based on their creativity in solving mathematical problems. Students with high creative thinking skills had complete and systematic schemata structures, while students with less creative category had incomplete schemata. The process of students with high creative thinking skills was arranged in coherent and systematic ways and diverse answers. The incomplete schemata made them not be able to find the relationship between concepts. Students with less creative category have unfavorable schemata and cannot provide a solution to the problem.

This study aims to describe the use of project-based learning model to improve students’ cognitive skills after participating in the project-based learning process. This study employed a quantitative approach using experimental method. The design used in this study was non-equivalent control group design. This study was conducted at SD A, SD B, and SD C Cirebon with 105 fourth graders as the research subjects. The subjects, consisting of 72 students in the experiment group and 33 students in the control group, were selected using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was test in the form of pretest and posttest. Students' cognitive skills were measured based on the improvement in students’ learning outcomes by comparing the result of pretest and posttest. From the result, it can be concluded that project-based learning can improve students’ cognitive skills of four graders for animal life cycle lesson. The average learning outcomes increase from sufficient to good category. Classical learning mastery increases from less good to excellent category.

The implementation of attitude assessments in the 2013 curriculum still faces problems. The large number of indicators and assessments carried out separately for each attitude during the learning process are not proportional to the time available so that attitude assessment is difficult to carry out optimally. This study aims to help English teachers overcome difficulties in assessing attitudes. This is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written words in the simplifying attitude assessment indicators in the 2013 curriculum. This uses explanatory research. Data collection uses techniques, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of this study are expected to help Junior High School English teachers in assessing attitudes easily and correctly.

---Early childhood is the period of children’s growth, physically and mentally. The early building of character is very important in the early childhood period. The effective and efficient process of character building can be done through the education of performing and fine arts. This research aims to review the building of character in Early Childhood Education through the teaching of performing and fine arts. This research employs observation and documentation to collect the data. The data validation used source validation. The analysis of the research used through data reduction, verification, and presentation. The result shows that the character-building triggers children's creativity, rationality, systematicity, critical thinking, and orderliness. The children project the behaviour of honesty, acceptance, tolerance, and responsible. Learning and teaching performing and fine arts potentially develops children’s humanist character through the appreciative, expressive, and creative activities, which is implanted in constructive, interactive, and reflective perspective and action. The implication from the research is to show the learning is a way to build character. The character of the children will be better from the teaching of it.
