In order to improve the performance of feature extraction, this paper proposes a new retrieval model based on coupled feature extraction. In this paper, we preprocess the big data, process the big data by distributed fusion, analyze the characteristics of the big data, extract its statistical features, and construct the big data distribution structure model. By extracting the power user coupling feature, the multi-space memory distribution of user variable relation big data features extraction and retrieval is obtained, and the analysis model is optimized. Experimental results show that the retrieval model based on this method can improve the capability of retrieval and information access, which is helpful to improve the retrieval ability to a certain extent.

In view of the serious impact of the marine oil spill accident on the marine environment and the relatively lagging emergency response to the accident after the accident. The diffusion of oil spill after an oil spill accident is simulated numerically and in three dimensions using the theory of cellular automata. Initialization of offshore oil spill distribution with initial model input parameters takes into account the airflow factor based on the oil spill spreading toward the surrounding area due to its own gravity at sea. Considering evaporation, attachment, emulsification, dissolution and, shoreline attachment during oil spill dispersion, the oil spill quality of each grid is calculated in discrete time series, and the oil spill quality of different grids is color stratified by edge detection. Finally, the algorithm is integrated into the navigation simulator to simulate the process of oil spill diffusion from the initial state to the influence of the above factors. By continuously observing the simulation results, the algorithm can better simulate the whole process of oil spill diffusion under the influence of the above factors, and integrate it into the navigation simulator to simulate the whole process of oil spill accident occurrence, oil spill dispersion, and emergency treatment. It can realize the Omnidirectional simulation training for oil spill emergency handling agencies and personnel.

Based on the vent mast of LNG ship type, this paper simulates the concentration distribution of ammonia when it is discharged through the vent mast with the maximum discharge in three cases: windless weather, bulk carrier and container ship, and explores the optimal safety range of the vent mast and whether it can meet the relevant requirements of Classification Society. The results show that when there is no wind, when the ship is docked or bunkered, the safe distance radius of the vent mast is at least 30m. On the premise that the distance from the ventilating mast to the stern is 150m, the bulk carrier sails at a speed of 25km/h, and the dangerous space should be above the range of 40m×20m×150m (width×height×length). Large container ships sail at a speed of 45km/h, and the dangerous space should be more than 30m×20m×150m (width×height×length). In the event of large-scale leakage or discharge of ammonia gas, crew members need to wear protective equipment when entering this area.

Information aggregation applications obtain massive amounts of data from the Internet as data support, most of which come from several different websites and need to rely on crawlers to collect from web pages. However, in the process of constructing a crawler system, it is often necessary to manually analyze and locate the web page structure of the target website in order to obtain the most relevant links and traverse the website effectively. In order to improve the automation of the crawler system and reduce manual involvement in the information collection, this paper studies the most common "list page"-"detail page" structure of content display websites, proposes an intelligent positioning method of paging buttons based on machine learning, and conducts experiments on the effectiveness of the method. The experimental results show that the proposed method can intelligently locate the paging buttons in the list page and get the most relevant links, which can improve the automation of the crawler system.

In order to solve the problem that traditional text representation learning methods ignore the structure information of the text itself and the key information with high correlation degree not mentioned in the text, a text graph representation learning method based on knowledge enhancement is proposed. Firstly, Bert, bidirectional long short-term memory network and conditional random field are fused to extract entities from financial texts, and then mapped to external large-scale financial maps for knowledge enhancement to obtain the external entity set associated with texts. The external entity set is added to the keyword generation model to realize the node construction of text representation graph. The concept fusion between nodes is realized by the community detection algorithm. According to the co-occurrence relationship of concepts in the text and the correlation relationship between concepts and sentences, the edge is built and the weight is given, so as to realize the construction of text graph representation. Experimental results show that the proposed text graph representation method performs well in the task of text similarity calculation, and performs well on CNSE and CNSS with F1 reaching 82.05 and 88.96 respectively.

One Envisat ASAR image acquired on 22 July, 2011 is analyzed to study the relationship between amplitude, energy of internal waves and the tidal current in Luzon Strait. Firstly, the amplitude is extracted by a retrieval algorithm based on Euler numerical model. Secondly, internal wave energy is calculated with the amplitude. Thirdly, the generation time in the Luzon Strait is found by tracing the souce of IWs. Finally, the amplitudes of IWs can be determined by analyzing the IW energy and the corresponding tidal current difference. The chosen amplitudes are consistent in the results given by the amplitude retrieval algorithm.

Aiming at the problems of poor environmental adaptability and low efficiency of the ammeter sorting robot under the traditional control method. At first, constructs a digital twins simulation environment for the ammeter sorting robot, trains the robot in the twin system by using deep reinforcement learning. After setting the observation state variable and reward function mechanism, trains the virtual agent by using the SAC (Soft Agent Critical) reinforcement learning algorithm and MLAgent plug-in in the unity engine. After that, analyzes the final training results and the convergence of the average reward value. Finally, realizes effective obstacle avoidance at the end of the robot execution and quickly grab the meter, completes the autonomous planning control of the twins, and reverses control the intelligent meter robot system.

The location of crowd pick-up sites is of great practical significance in the regional evacuation planning. Most of the previous studies were from a single point of view of managers or evacuees, and there is a lack of comprehensive studies. Considering evacuation demand and the convenience of evacuees, a two-objective optimizing model is constructed to optimize the selection of evacuation pick-up sites from the set of alternative ones, in which the goal is to maximum the coverage of evacuation demand and to minimize the total walking time of evacuees. Based on the characteristics of the model, an improved algorithm based on heritage algorithm is designed, and a numerical example is given. The results show that a more feasible site selection scheme can be obtained by combining the two aspects.

BeiDou-3 (BD3) navigation satellite system converged smart grid communication can effectively solve the problems of poor network interconnection, limited coverage, and poor flexibility of data access in the current power communication system, and has broad application space in ensuring data transmission reliability, positioning and search, precise timing, and operation inspection. This paper combines the BD3 precise space-time technology with various communication modes in the ground-based communication network of the power system to construct a BD3 smart grid converged networking framework. The framework combines various communication methods with internet of things (IoT) devices in the power system to form a system that can achieve state prediction, fault diagnosis, and location search functions.
