Polarization of wave formed by impedance wire dipole with screen depending on screen sizes 阻抗线偶极子与屏幕形成的波的极化取决于屏幕尺寸

For a resonant impedance wire dipole that is inclined at the angle over a square perfectly conducting screen the conditions guaranteeing formation of a circularly polarized wave with extremely achievable field amplitude in the set directions of the main observation planes depending on the screen sizes are investigated. The asymptotic solution of the 3D diffraction problem of the field of an arbitrarily oriented impedance wire dipole on the rectangular screen, obtained by the uniform geometric diffraction theory method was used. The detailed analysis of the dipole's slope angles, the dipole's removal from the screen, at which a circular polarized wave is formed with extremely achievable field amplitude depending on the screen sizes are given. It is shown that with increasing the screen sizes the interval of angles in the main observation planes at which can be formed the circular polarization considerably increases.

Propagation of transient field radiated from plane disk in nonlinear medium 平面圆盘辐射瞬态场在非线性介质中的传播

The evolutionary approach is applied to the problem of radiation of impulse transient electromagnetic field from plane disk with homogeneous distribution of given electrical current. The set of evolutionary equations on time and longitudinal coordinate was received from Maxwell equations. The analytical solution of linear problem of plane disk radiation is obtained by Riemann function method in time domain. It is shown the accounting of a weak nonlinearity of a medium by method of successive approximations.

RF Oscillations in a coaxial transmission line with a saturated ferrite: 2-D simulation and experiment 饱和铁氧体同轴传输线的射频振荡:二维仿真与实验

Electric current pulses of nanosecond length and amplitude up to 300 kV traveling through a transmission line partially filled with a magnetically saturated ferrite demonstrate excitation of quasi-monochromatic oscillations at 0.7-2.5 GHz. The amplitude efficiency of this DC-to-RF conversion can reach 50%. The two-dimensional model used for numerical analysis of the non-linear electromagnetic effects in the structure shows good agreement of the calculated and measured results.

In paper Body of Revolution Finite Difference in Time Domain (BOR FDTD) method is used for calculation of the diffraction of modes of a hollow dielectric waveguide on axially symmetric grating with many periods. The effective absorbing boundary conditions for this method in form of Perfectly Matched Layer (PML) are presented. Reflection and transmission coefficients and field distributions for different modes are obtained.

Spectral method for the spatio-spectral sensitivity domain filling in aperture synthesis system 孔径合成系统中空间-光谱敏感域填充的光谱方法

The methods of filling the domain of spatio-spectral sensitivity (SSS) are considered. The spectral method for filling the SSS domain in aperture synthesis systems is proposed. It is shown that instead of filling the SSS domain of the serial synthesis using one radio-interferometer with variable base expedient to use fixed antennas and ultra-wideband (UWB) signals processing. The criterion for the uniqueness of the main lobe of the ambiguity function of the two-antenna array using UWB signals processing is obtained.

The article offers a new option to create a Thunderstorm Warning System for the population. The main element of the system is a device that monitors the electric field strength in the atmosphere. Inverse problems and UWB signals in biomedical engineering and remote sensing 逆问题和超宽带信号在生物医学工程和遥感中的应用

A method for formulating and solving the inverse scattering problem is proposed. The method is based on the well-known algorithms for pulse signal processing, which are reflected by a plane layered structures. A key feature of the method is to combine the features and benefits of different ways of processing and interpretation of experimental data sets. Used software allowed not only to establish the possibility of solving the problems, but also to optimize the parameters setting process. The results can be used for nondestructive testing and in biomedical research.

Implementation of the extinction theorem in a problem of Airy pulse scattering by a dielectric layer 消光定理在电介质层艾里脉冲散射问题中的实现

A problem of Airy pulse transformation by a plane-parallel layer is considered. Solving of this problem is made by the Volterra integral equation method in two stages. Finding of an electrical field inside a layer is implemented on the first stage. The fields of reflected as well as transmitted pulses are calculated on the second stage. The virtual structure of the pulse field inside the layer consists of some terms one of which extinctions the initial pulse according to the Ewald-Oseen extinction theorem.

With the creation and international standardization HDTV and UHDTV systems becomes an actual task of specification test signals to be used in the construction and maintenance video path and equipment of this systems. In this paper suggestions are made on the characteristics and parameters of test signals, that can be referred to basic: universal color bar signal used for evaluating quality of color rendering and transient responses and another parameters and test signal for evaluating spatial two-dimensional frequency modulation transfer function of through light-to-light video path. The proposals can be considered as the initial to new step of progress of metrological provision technical implementation HDTV and UHDTV systems.

The proposed mathematical model allows to investigate the properties of nonlinear layered and periodic objects in a unified way. Numerical results are presented which demonstrate the conversion effect of the oscillation energy at the scattered frequency into oscillation energy at the generated frequency.
