Purpose: Frequent damage to the mill roll machine at the mill station and the absence of special attention to scheduling repairs, this research is expected to make scheduled maintenance intervals and maintenance strategies for mill roll machines at the mill station to reduce downtime and anticipate sudden downtime on the machine. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method approach to create the most efficient maintenance program by eliminating unnecessary maintenance activities, reducing overhaul frequency, minimizing downtime, minimizing the risk of sudden failure, focusing maintenance on critical components, and improving component reliability. Findings: The results of this study show that there are two strategies used in mill roll machine maintenance, namely preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. Research limitations/implications: This study focuses on critical components that often experience damage to the mill roll machine, namely standard milk check, feeder roll, scrapper, and chute components, and does not consider the cost aspect. Practical implications: The results of this study provide input to the company's interval time scheduling and machine maintenance strategy. Originality/value: This research was conducted in the production department of the milling station at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Camming Sugar Factory in Bone Regency, where the production results include white crystal sugar, blotong, and molasses. Research to analyze machine reliability, minimize downtime and propose maintenance schedules and SOPs for maintaining production machinery at Camming Sugar Factory.

Purpose: This study aimed to measure the mental workload experienced by employees in the finance department and to analyze the effect of mental workload on employee performance. Design/methodology/approach: This study used the Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) method to measure the mental workload faced by employees who must perform various activities in their work. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the time load factor (T) is the dominant factor affecting employee workload because employees are required in terms of time to perform each activity included in the work process quickly, precisely, and in large quantities every day. Mental workload has a direct and significant positive effect on employee performance. Research limitations/implications: Data collection was only conducted on employees of the Finance Department of PT Bumi Jasa Utama. Practical implications: Based on the results of this study, the company is expected to increase the number of employees in the finance department to streamline time and minimize the workload of each employee in the finance department. The company is also expected to improve service and service quality by considering employee comfort and performance. Originality/value: The condition of employees who are given a high workload and ongoing causes stress and anxiety, so it is necessary to measure mental workload and the effect of mental workload on employee performance.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out what attributes are the needs of consumers in the development of coffee product packaging. Attributes are the needs of consumers in the development of coffee product packaging. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to analyse the Development of Budi's MSME Coffee Packaging Products in Luwu Regency Based on Consumer Preferences. Findings: The result of this study is the attributes that are the needs of consumers in the development of coffee product packaging, namely there are 12 attributes, which must be fulfilled in producing quality coffee product packaging, the resulting packaging product is a standing pouch-shaped packaging that uses a combination of cream and brown colours, packaging label design in the form of stickers and packaging sizes vary. The brand position and logo are placed on the front of the packaging and product information on the back of the packaging. Research limitations/implications: Respondents in this study were consumers who consumed coffee products. The implementation stage of QFD only reached product packaging planning (house of quality), packaging costs were not discussed in this study and did not involve costs in this study. Originality/value: Coffee is one of the plantation crops that has long been cultivated in Indonesia and holds an important part for the national economy as one of the export commodities. So packaging becomes very important because it becomes an interagency with consumers, therefore the packaging must be able to provide a spontaneous impression that affects the positive actions of consumers at the point of sale. The packaging used in UMKM Budi still uses ordinary plastics that are still not in demand by consumers and coffee product packaging does not have clear information about products so it is less marketable and difficult to compete in the market.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the level of patient satisfaction with service quality at the Minasa Upa Health Center. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to measure community satisfaction with service quality. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. Five dimensions are measured: tangible variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the quality of service at the Minasa Upa Public Health Center in terms of five dimensions results in a perception value below the expected value. These results suggest that patient satisfaction with services at the Minasa Upa Health Center in Makassar city still needs to be fulfilled. Research limitations/implications: This research was fieldwork at the Minasa Upa Public Health Center. The respondents in this study were people who had visited or received treatment at the Minasa Upa Public Health Center, as many as 100. Originality/value: Public Health Center describes a public service engaged in health services that has an essential role in the National Health System. Public Health Center is a health service provider organization that exists in all regions. The quality of service at the Minasa Upa Public Health Center is still not good, as evidenced by the perceived value, which is still below the expected value and has led to decreased public confidence in seeking treatment at the health center. So, this can affect the decline in health levels in the community. In addition to this, facilities and infrastructure factors still do not satisfy service users.

Application simulation for determining study programs based on online and implementing simulations to assist prospective students in choosing study programs at STMIK AKBA Makassar. The tests in this thesis include the DAT (Differential Attitude Test) test. Making this simulation using the PHP programming language and using the Bootstrap Framework where the database uses the MySql database. System testing has been carried out using the Black Box testing method. The results of this study indicate that this application can run well. This simulation does not precisely provide a decision on the problems faced by prospective students in determining the study program but only complements information before making a decision.
