Forcing total outer connected monophonic number of a graph 强迫图的全外连通单音数

. For a connected graph 𝐺 = ( 𝑉, 𝐸 ) of order at least two, a subset 𝑇 of a minimum total outer connected monophonic set 𝑆 of 𝐺 is a forcing total outer connected monophonic subset for 𝑆 if 𝑆 is the unique minimum total outer connected monophonic set containing 𝑇 . A forcing total outer connected monophonic subset for 𝑆 of minimum cardinality is a minimum forcing total outer connected monophonic subset of 𝑆 . The forcing total outer connected monophonic number 𝑓 𝑡𝑜𝑚 ( 𝑆 ) in 𝐺 is the cardinality of a minimum forcing total outer connected monophonic subset of 𝑆 . The forcing total outer connected monophonic number of 𝐺 is 𝑓 𝑡𝑜𝑚 ( 𝐺 ) = min { 𝑓 𝑡𝑜𝑚 ( 𝑆 ) } , where the minimum is taken over all minimum total outer connected monophonic sets 𝑆 in 𝐺 . We determine bounds for it and find the forcing total outer connected monophonic number of a certain class of graphs. It is shown that for every pair 𝑎, 𝑏 of positive integers with 0 (cid:54) 𝑎 < 𝑏 and 𝑏 (cid:62) 𝑎 + 4 , there exists a connected graph 𝐺 such that 𝑓 𝑡𝑜𝑚 ( 𝐺 ) = 𝑎 and 𝑐𝑚 𝑡𝑜 ( 𝐺 ) = 𝑏 , where 𝑐𝑚 𝑡𝑜 ( 𝐺 ) is the total outer connected monophonic number of a graph.

Cognitive analysis of the structural stability for the knowledge-intensive sectors of the regional economy 区域经济知识密集型产业结构稳定性的认知分析

. The paper demonstrates the application of cognitive modeling methods to study the functioning problems of semi-structured complex economic systems. The aim of the research is to study the structural stability of the relationship between knowledge-intensive sectors and regional economy using cognitive analysis. The concepts and factors influencing the studied systems are determined, cognitive maps of the relationship between knowledge-intensive sectors and regional economy are created, a qualitative analysis of the properties and cycles has been carried out. Impulse and scenario modeling made it possible to draw a conclusion about structural stability of the developed cognitive model. Various scenarios of the system’s behavior under the influence of impulse modeling are visualized. The research results can be used to support decision-making process due to developing strategies and policies for the balanced development of knowledge-intensive markets and socio-economic systems.

. This paper considers a Carleman type boundary value problem for quasiharmonic functions. The boundary value problem is an informal model of a Carleman type differential problem for analytic functions of a complex variable.This paper presented a complex-analytical method for solving the problem under consideration in circular domains, which makes it possible to establish the instability of its solutions concerning small contour changes.
