Solutions for the Grand Challenges of Information Security: Protection Against Rogue Insiders, Dynamic Compartmentalization and True Quantum Encryption 信息安全重大挑战的解决方案:防止流氓内部人员,动态划分和真正的量子加密

After reviewing the lacunae in current information security technology, for communications, data at rest and data in motion: an integrated solution under development and test is presented which focuses on these challenges: (1) preventing insider and administrator involvement-involved in about 86% of all compromises- (2) true multilevel compartment security including dynamic multi-factor authentication, (3) tamperproof logging of all secure transactions (4) preventing compromise via physical loss of laptops and files, (5) retroactive denial of departed-user access to data, and (6) true quantum-mechanical protection of critical high-value circuits.
