Research on Quality Control of Arrow Shaft Based on SPC 基于SPC的箭轴质量控制研究

: Based on statistical process control (SPC), the arrow shaft product was analyzed, and after fully understanding the quality processing status of the product, it was found that the change range of the deflection of the arrow shaft product exceeded the process requirements, resulting in insufficient process capacity. Normality test is carried out, and the mean-standard deviation control chart is drawn to find out the anomalies, and then the causes are analyzed from the original error, and then the fishbone diagram is used to analyze other causes of the abnormalities and make quality improvements. Data is collected again and control charts are used to verify the effect of the improvements, thereby increasing the pass rate of the product and further increasing customer satisfaction
:基于统计过程控制(SPC),对箭头轴产品进行分析,在充分了解产品的质量加工状况后,发现箭头轴产品挠度变化范围超出工艺要求,导致工艺能力不足。进行正态性检验,绘制均值-标准差控制图,找出异常,然后从原始误差出发分析原因,再用鱼骨图分析异常的其他原因,进行质量改进。再次收集数据,利用控制图验证改进的效果,从而提高产品的合格率,进一步提高顾客满意度
