Nursing education has evolved from being descriptive and more conventional to using state-of-the-art equipment such as simulators and/or computer software. Educational institutions invest in costly technology in order to prepare students for clinical practice while not worrying for patient's safety and confidentiality. On the other hand, educators need to be able not only to use modern technology, but also to prepare appropriate and active learning courses transforming students from passive receptors of knowledge to critical thinkers who can apply their theoretical knowledge in the actual clinical or community setting. The goal of high-fidelity technologies integration into education is to achieve high level and cost-effective care and ultimate patient outcomes.

Post-intensive care syndrome (PICS) is a newly acquired long-term cognitive impairment. It includes major physical, mental and functional disabilities that affect the critically ill patients' experience This paper presents a complete research design (from medical and technical points of views), test conduction, and evaluate the effect of implementing a designed structured technology-based therapy (STBT) on preventing PICS among critically ill patients. Authors called the new STBT platform, cognition gymnastics (CogGym). CogGym is an android-based devices platform with an Arabic user interface (UI) that contains many flexible and easy to use games designed specifically for the Arab critically ill patients. In conclusion, CogGym enables them to continue to do therapeutic gymnastics after the therapist leaves the room to keep working toward rehabilitation goals.

New forms of consumption, including online streaming, have interfered with film exhibition, promoting important changes. These services need to generate significant traffic and a look for a wide range of home subscribers to provide them with an extensive catalogue of movies. The domestic confinement in almost all countries caused by COVID-19 has led the internet to break historical traffic records. Cinemas are no longer the only place where a film can be shown. The novelty of films is the main factor that convinces viewers to pay for a cinema ticket. The exhibitor must pursue excellence and offer a truly superior experience at a reasonable price, because of the limited budget for leisure activities. This research uses structural equation modelling (SEM) to carry out an empirical analysis on the results of a questionnaire with a focus on the factors influencing the preference for watching films at a cinema.
