Surface Roughness Measurement Application Using Multi-frame Techniques 基于多帧技术的表面粗糙度测量应用

This paper presents a computer application of the surface roughness measurement of highly smooth surfaces. The Phase Shifting Interferometry technique which is a non-contact technique is applied for the roughness measurement. Our optic-based measurement system utilizes a 0.5 mW He-Ne laser source with the wavelength of 632.8 nm. Fringes from the measurement system were recorded using a high precision camera and were analyzed by our programs to produce the surface roughness measurement. This technique is a simple technique which gives accurate results. It is a four-frame algorithm giving similar results to the more complex five-frame one with less processing time.

Time Series Prediction Using DBN and ARIMA 基于DBN和ARIMA的时间序列预测

Time series data analyze and prediction is very important to the study of nonlinear phenomenon. Studies of time series prediction have a long history since last century, linear models such as autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model, and nonlinear models such as multi-layer perceptron (MLP) are well-known. As the state-of-art method, a deep belief net (DBN) using multiple Restricted Boltzmann machines (RBMs) was proposed recently. In this study, we propose a novel prediction method which composes not only a kind of DBN with RBM and MLP but also ARIMA. Prediction experiments for the time series of the actual data and chaotic time series were performed, and results showed the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Cell Extraction Method from Time-Series Image of Phase Contrast Microscope 相差显微镜时间序列图像的细胞提取方法

In this study, we propose cell extraction method for solving the problem that previous research and common method cause extra segmentation and recognize single cell as plural cells. Proposed method consists of three steps. First, we separate the cell area from background of the image. Second, we classify the cell area into two groups by the size of area. Third, we extract cells from cell area classified each groups. As a result, we can decrease the number of extra segmentation of cell in the image.

Prescription Prediction towards Computer-Assisted Diagnosis for Kampo Medicine 面向汉布医学计算机辅助诊断的处方预测

This paper focuses on the attempt to formulate the prescription prediction logic based on the medical data analysis towards the future computer-assisted-diagnosis for Kampo medicine. We constructed and evaluated prediction models for some frequently-used prescriptions using six kinds of machine learning algorithms including artificial neural network, multinomial logit, random forest, support vector machine, k-nearest neighbor, and decision tree. The possibility of prescription prediction and the necessary amount of data required for robust prediction are clarified.

We have studied human behavior while using a small tablet or a digital book in terms of eye movement. We developed an experimental device that measures the lens accommodation and convergence eye movement simultaneously and can be combined with equipment that moves visual target in the depth direction. We also evaluated its measurement accuracy.

Some Properties of Binary Gray Code 二值灰度码的一些性质

The binary Gray code, or the reflected binary code, is a code whose code-word changes only one bit and the Hamming distance of two adjacent code-words is always one. Although the binary Gray code itself has many plications and is related to theoretical or practical facts, we are interested in it as a transforming function from a residue numbers modulo a power of 2 to a product of binary number of certain size. In this paper, we especially focus on the weight of n-the code-word, and give some properties of the weight which might help us to lead a map with a required characteristics.

Augmented Tangibility Surgical Navigation Using Spatial Interactive 3-D Hologram zSpace with OsiriX and Bio-Texture 3-D Organ Modeling 使用空间交互三维全息图与OsiriX和生物纹理三维器官建模的增强有形外科导航

We developed a new spatial navigation system for medical informatics by interactive superimposing 3-D hologram and 3D printing technology. Interactive stereo display was used for the existence of an interaction between the users and stereo images of the patient's anatomy depicted on the display in the form of tracking the user's head and hand/arm position. Sensing the user's head position created motion parallax information, an immersive depth cue that can be added to the binocular parallax already present in the display. We also developed new technology of bio-texture modeling by multi-material 3D printing to form 3D organ textures and structures. Based on patient-specific MDCT data sets, regions of interest were segmented using DICOM viewer OsiriX application. After generating 3D surface models of the organ and STL file out of the patient's 3D data, the inkjet 3D printer created a 3D multi-material organ replica. Sensing the user's hand or arm position using motion sensor attached the patient's life size 3-D printed organ model, allowed the user to manipulate the spatial attributes of the virtual and real printed organs, which can enhance spatial reasoning and augmented tangibility. These tangible organ replication provide better anatomical reference tool as a tailormade simulation and navigation, and contribute to medical safety and accuracy, less-invasiveness and improvement of the medical education for students and trainees.

In this paper, firstly we describe difference of information provision and management in Japan-China Internet business. Next we state the social problem in China. Finally we summarize procurement service of Japanese products between Japan and China.
