According to recruitment agencies, one in 10 job seekers between the ages of 16 and 34 have been rejected for a job because of something they posted Employer concerns Giving away confidential information about an individual (such as a colleague or patient), posting pictures without permission, failing to give acknowledgement where permission has been given and discussing the organisation's internal workings are all breaches that could result in disciplinary proceedings Definitions include: * Making defamatory comments about individuals or other organisations or groups Posting images that are inappropriate discriminatory or offensive, or posting links to such content * Making offensive or derogatory comments relating to sex, gender reassignment, race (including nationality), disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, or age
