Perencanaan Strategis Universitas dan Penerapan Keterampilan Technopreneurship kepada Mahasiswa 大学战略规划与学生技术创业技能的应用

Revolusi Industri Keempat telah membuka era di mana technopreneurship berperan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Universitas dipandang sebagai saluran penting untuk menanamkan keterampilan technopreneurship kepada mahasiswa dan hal ini harus tercermin dalam rencana strategis universitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara perencanaan strategis universitas dan penanaman keterampilan technopreneurship pada sains di Indonesia. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan integratif dalam meninjau, mengkritik, dan mensintesis literatur ilmiah tentang hubungan antara perencanaan strategis dan penanaman keterampilan technopreneurship di universitas. Penelitian ini berargumen bahwa perencanaan strategis berdampak pada transfer keterampilan technopreneurship kepada mahasiswa. Rencana strategis universitas menentukan arah masa depannya, memberikan dasar yang koheren untuk pengambilan keputusan, dan menetapkan prioritas. Oleh karena itu, hal ini mempengaruhi pengadaan dan alokasi sumber daya, mata kuliah yang akan diajarkan dan pendekatan pedagogi yang harus diadopsi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengetahuan dengan menyarankan bahwa perencanaan strategis di universitas harus mencakup teknologi dan kewirausahaan dalam visi, misi, dan tujuan strategis.
第四次工业革命开启了一个技术创业在经济发展中发挥重要作用的时代。大学被视为向学生传授技术创业技能的重要渠道,这一点应在大学战略规划中得到体现。本研究旨在探讨印尼大学战略规划与科学领域技术创业技能灌输之间的关系。在研究方法上,本研究采用了一种综合方法,对有关大学战略规划与培养科技创业技能之间关系的科学文献进行了回顾、批判和总结。研究认为,战略规划影响着大学生技术创业技能的传授。一所大学的战略规划决定了其未来的发展方向,为决策提供了一致的基础,并确定了优先事项。因此,它影响着资源的采购和分配、要教授的课程以及要采用的教学方法。本研究建议,大学的战略规划应将技术和创业精神纳入愿景、使命和战略目标,从而为知识的积累做出贡献。

Perbandingan Algoritma Klasifikasi dalam Analisis Sentimen Opini Masyarakat tentang Kenaikan Harga Bbm Bbm 价格上涨舆情分析中的分类算法比较

Kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) telah menjadi permasalahan yang cukup kompleks dan kontroversial . Peningkatan harga BBM  memengaruhi berbagai aspek ekonomi dan sosial, termasuk inflasi, biaya produksi, dan tarif transportasi di Indonesia. Klasifikasi sentimen menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, dan K-Nearest Neighbors untuk menentukan algorimat klasifikasi sentimen manakah yang terbaik. Dengan melakukan perbangdingan metode algoritma Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, dan K-Nearest Neighbors untuk menentukan algorimat klasifikasi sentimen manakah yang terbaik. Dengan melakukan perbangdingan algoritma klasifikasi sentimen  menghasilkan  akurasi yang paling tinggi didapatkan oleh algoritma Naive Bayes dengan akurasi sebesar 80,28%. Kedua adalah algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan akurasi sebesar 73,89%. Algoritma yang memiliki nilai akurasi paling kecil adalah algorima K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN)  dengan akurasi sebesar 50,00%.

Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Kelurahan Kenteng Berbasis Website dengan Uji Kualitas Sistem Menggunakan Metode Mccall Software Quality 基于网站的档案管理信息系统使用麦考尔软件的方法进行系统质量测试

Kenteng Village provides population administration services to the community by means of residents coming to the village and village officials processing administrative applications needed by residents and residents taking printed letters. This is not considered effective and efficient because in making the letter, residents still have to wait to take the letter. Therefore, it is necessary to build a website-based population administration service information system for the Kenteng sub-district that can assist the service process effectively and efficiently. This system is built using the codeignter framework and the system development method using Prototype. The websitebased population administration service information system sub-district was tested for quality using the McCall Software quality method and overall quality was produced in a good category with an overall percentage of 62.18% which included the Correctness factor with a percentage of 69%, Reliability with a percentage of 76.75%, Efficiency with a percentage of 89.25%, Integrity with a percentage of 71%, Usability with a percentage of 70%, Maintainability with a percentage of 52.35%, Flexibility with a percentage of 50.25%, Testability with a percentage of 69%, Portability with a percentage of 66%, Reusability with a percentage percentage of 51% and Interoperability with a percentage of 67%.

Along with technological developments that are growing very rapidly, all people or agencies need changes in their work processes to follow technological developments, one of which is, population data processing is an important activity that is carried out continuously by the SMK Swagaya 2 Purwokerto. When the current system often encounters difficulties in the attendance process, finding duplicate data for absences because they forget that they have been absent and then absent again, waste paper used. The purpose of this study was to build an attendance system at SMK Swagaya 2 Purwokerto. The Attendance Information System uses RFID where the user uses a tag card that can detect data about the person. Techniques in collecting data using direct or indirect observation methods and interview methods. The development of an information system is expected to help SMK Swagaya 2 Purwokertoin processing data for Principals, Employees or Teachers, Students during attendance, reducing paper waste and paper waste and can shorten operating time. With the existence of storage media in the form of a good database, it is expected to increase the efficiency of the Swagaya 2 Purwokerto Vocational School with the presence of an attendance information system, which is faster and the application used can provide convenience for users.

Rancangan dan Pembuatan Alat untuk Mengambil Air Suci Secara Otomatis Menggunakan Arduino Uno 使用Arduino Uno自动提取圣水的设计和制造工具

The existence of covid-19 has forced the government to implement health protocols. By implementing this, the procedure for celebrating the Eucharist is taking holy water to make the sign of the cross when entering and leaving the church temporarily. Covid-19 makes the use of goods or other things that are used simultaneously considered less hygienic. The implementation of health protocols carried out by the government includes washing hands, using hand sanitizer and using masks. The holy water used together is not optimal in terms of cleanliness, so with the implementation of the health protocol, this procedure has been temporarily suspended until now. At this time technology is developing very rapidly so with technology Catholic church people can get holy water without having to use it simultaneously by utilizing embedded system technology. This study aims to enable Catholic church members to get holy water according to health protocols. This tool for taking holy water automatically is designed and made so that it can accommodate people to return to carrying out the procedure for celebrating the Eucharist by making the sign of the cross using holy water. This research is expected to provide benefits, namely being able to accommodate people to get holy water to make the sign of the cross in accordance with health protocols. The result of this research is an automation system in the form of a tool to take holy water automatically using Arduino Uno R3 as the microcontroller.

At this time technology is developing very rapidly so with technology Catholic church people can get holy water without having to use it simultaneously by utilizing embedded system technology. This study aims to enable Catholic church members to get holy water according to health protocols. This tool for taking holy water automatically is designed and made so that it can accommodate people to return to carrying out the procedure for celebrating the Eucharist by making the sign of the cross using holy water. This research is expected to provide benefits, namely being able to accommodate people to get holy water to make the sign of the cross in accordance with health protocols. The cadet candidates in multicultural ship are expected to increase their English skills especially speaking skill before working in real life. But, fortunately, in this pandemic era (Covid-19), English learning process which was limited through online and unvaried teaching learning method had detained their speaking skill. Moreover, vlogging as a teaching learning method would become a solution to improve their speaking skill during this pandemic. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method which the data were got by delivering interview, observation, and video analysis. The subjects of this study were 28 cadet candidates of Marine Engineering Program from A and B class. The result showed that the vlogging method could improve their speaking skills.

Penerapan kriptografi pada asset budaya sangat perlu dilakukan, karena banyaknya klaim budaya Indonesia oleh negara asing. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan tembang macapat Sinom, Pangkur, Pocung, Kinanti. Pada penelitian ini membandingkan algoritma Caesar Cipher dan Rail Fence Cipher untuk mengetahui proses penyandian dan efektifitas waktu enkripsi dan deskripsi. Waktu proses menunjukkan waktu deskripsi lebih lama dibandingkan enkripsi. Waktu rata-rata enkripsi algoritma Rail Fence Cipher lebih cepat yaitu adalah 0.000254 detik dibandingkan dengan Caesar. Waktu rata-rata enkripsi Rail Fence Cipher adalah 0.000254 detik dan waktu deskripsi adalah 0.000475 detik. Waktu enkripsi terpendek Pocung dan Kinanti. Rail Fence lebih aman dibanding Caesar Cipher.

This study proposes a clustering of potential customers at Yamaha Nusantra Motor Purwokerto based on consumer characteristics. Clustering is one of the processes of data mining that aims to partition existing objects into one or more clusters of objects based on their characteristics. The method used in this study is K-Nearest Neighbor as a determination of the feasibility of the data while K-Means is used as customer clustering. The value of the Davies Bouldin Index was examined using rapidminer while the purity validation was using Microsoft excel. The results show that the K-Means training data of the Davies Bouldin Index is 0.266 and the Purity validation is 1.3351. In the K-Means data testing the results show the Davies Bouldin Index value of 0.298 and the Purity validation of 0.6631.
本研究提出了一种基于消费者特征的雅马哈努桑特拉汽车公司潜在客户聚类方法。聚类是数据挖掘的过程之一,目的是根据对象的特征将现有对象划分为一个或多个对象簇。本研究中使用的方法是k -最近邻作为数据可行性的确定,而使用K-Means作为客户聚类。使用rapidminer检测Davies Bouldin Index值,使用Microsoft excel进行纯度验证。结果表明,Davies Bouldin指数的K-Means训练数据为0.266,纯度验证为1.3351。在K-Means数据检验中,结果显示Davies Bouldin Index值为0.298,纯度验证为0.6631。
