A Numerical Study on Particle Collection for Wavy Dielectric Plate in 2-stage Wire-Plate Electrostatic Precipitator 两级线板电除尘器波浪介质板颗粒收集的数值研究

본 연구에서는 유전체 분리판이 추가된 2단식 와이어-평판 전기 집진기의 유전체 분리판의 형상 및 입구 공기 유속에 따른 초미세입자 포집 특성을 수치적으로 규명하는 연구를 수행하였다. 전기 집진기의 정전기적 특성과 입자 거동은 상용 소프트웨어의 UDF(user defined function)를 사용하여 구현하였다. Lawless 대전 모델을 사용하여 고전압을 인가한 와이어에서 발생하는 코로나 방전 현상으로 인한 입자의 대전 현상이 구현되었다. 입구 공기 유속 및 유전체 분리판의 높이가 집진 효율에 미치는 영향을 수치적으로 조사하였다. 집진 효율은 유속이 증가함에 따라 감소하였고, 유전체 분리판 형상에 많은 영향을 받으면서 변하였다.
在本研究中,添加了遗传体分离板的2单式钢丝-平板电器集尘器的遗传体分离板的形状及根据入口空气流速的超微岁入集特性的数值研究。电集尘器的静电特性和粒子行为是使用商用软件的UDF(user defined function)来体现的。使用Lawless带电模型,体现了认可高电压的钢丝绳产生的日冕放电引起的粒子带电现象。对入口空气流速及遗传体分离板高度对集尘效率的影响进行了数值调查。集尘效率随着流速的增加而降低,并受到遗传体分离板形状的很大影响而发生变化。

본 연구에서는 시간 평균된 센싱 속도를 활용한 비례 제어 기법을 반구 주위 층류 유동에 적용하였다. 제어 입력으로서 분사/흡입 가진은 유동 박리 전 반구 표면의 국소적인 슬롯에서 일어나며, 가진의 강도는 후류 중심선에 위치한 횡방향 시간 평균 속도에 선형적으로 비례한다. 이를 위해 Re=300의 반구 주위 유동에 대한 수치해석을 수행하였다. 파라미터 연구를 통해 반구의 양력 섭동 감소를 위한 최적의 비례 게인 값을 찾아내었다. 본 연구의 비례 제어를 통해 센싱 위치의 속도 섭동을 감소시키고 후류의 와류 구조를 약화시켰으며, 이를 통해 반구가 받는 양력 섭동을 성공적으로 감소시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.
本研究将利用时间平均感知速度的比例控制技术应用于半球周围层的流动。作为控制输入,喷射/吸入发生在流动剥离前半球表面的局部槽中,其强度与横流中心线的横向时间平均速度成线性比例。为此,对Re=300的半球周围流动进行了数值解释。通过参数研究,找出了减少半球升力摄动的最佳比例增益值。通过本研究的比例控制,减少了感应位置的速度摄动,减弱了后流的涡流结构,从而确认了可以成功地减少半球受到的升力摄动。
