The use of IoT devices like sensors, actuators, smartphones etc. is the very rapid and useful source in order to cope smartly with the public and community growth requirements. Nevertheless, when you connect thousands of IoT devices to create a smart network as you communicate over the Internet, you produce a massive amount of data, known as Big Data. Integrating IoT services to receive city data in real time and then efficiently processing large amounts of data to create a smart city is a challenge. Therefore, in this paper the smart town framework based on IoT using Big Data Analytics was proposed and developed. We use sensors such as smart home sensors , network cars, water and weather sensors, smart parking sensors, tracking objects, etc. The entire design and implementation model is proposed and implemented in a specific world using Hadoop ecosystems. The system is implemented in various steps , starting from data collection , aggregation, filtering, classification, preprocessing, computing and decision-making. Spark over Hadoop achieves reliability in the production of big data. The program is realistic for building smart cities by using intelligent systems as the city data base.

Recently, neutrosophic set is considered as one of the prominent tool to deal with human cognition in three-way fuzzy space. This set has given a way to characterize the human cognition in conscious, unconscious, or indeterminate state. The problem arises when a person realizes all of three states independently as silent mode. It is observed at voting time of Indian democratic system where some people vote in a favor of a party, do not vote in favor of a party, being absent and choose none of the above. The last consciousness is turiyam state which is independent from all. It also observed at time of feedback or rating given by an expert towards which used to based on internal communication rather than true, false and uncertain activity. The internal communication which prvodies the opinion towards rating about any organization or employee is called as Turiya or Fourth dimension cognition. This paper tries to introduce this fourth dimension of human cognition as a new set called as Turiyam set with its graphical visualization via an illustrative example.

The importance of studying the relationships between colleges, businesses, and governments has grown as a result of the recent explosion of technical advancements. The potential for national economic growth is enhanced by the dissemination of new information discovered via research. When it comes to the generation of new information that can be used by established economies, universities play a crucial role. So, in this study we proposed a framework for select best strategy in higher education. This process contains many conflicting criteria, so the concept of multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is used. The MCDM is integrated with the triangular neutrosophic sets to overcome the vague information. The COCOSO technique is proposed to rank the alternatives. Higher education officials, including government bureaucrats and academic administrators, may put the recommended approach to use.

Radiological Examination of teeth is a primary step that a dentist usually takes to diagnose the problem before further treatment. The diagnosis involves searching for diseases ranging from cavities to tumors, So, correct diagnosis is vital for timely and precise treatment. This paper attempts to solve one of the elementary steps in diagnosis i,e, Labeling of Teeth, using Region-Based Convolutional Neural Networks that help reduce monotonous work for a dentist and provide segments of each tooth for further diagnosis of diseases with the use of Mask R-CNN. We used 200 panoramic X-Ray images of 4 categories to train, test and validate the model. Mask R-CNN with pre-trained weights of COCO Dataset is employed. We further tuned the weights of the dental X-ray dataset considered in the paper for better performance. On testing the learned model, the performance measures were encouraging.

Unlike traditional algebraic structures, where all operations are well-defined and all axioms are completely true, NeutroAlgebras and AntiAlgebras allow operations to be partially well-defined and axioms to be partially true or fully outer-defined, and axioms to be completely false. These NeutroAlgebras and AntiAlgebras represent a new research subject based on real-world examples. Since an empty set is not a subgroup of a group by observing this, the article leads to learning group neutro-topological space. We introduced the notion of a group neutro-topological space and investigated its properties.

This paper defines the concept of kernel subgroup of an intuitionistic fuzzy group. Also, it proves that this kernel is a group in the ordinary algebraic meaning as a direct application of the concept of kernel in fuzzy and anti-fuzzy groups. Also, we derive some properties of intuitionistic fuzzy groups.

This article employs the conception of neutrosophic generalized -closed sets to construct a further weakly class of neutrosophic contra continuous mappings for instance neutrosophic contra generalized -continuous mappings via neutrosophic topological spaces. Additionally, essential related attributes and various theorems and related features and notes have been investigated. At the same time, the closed connections between this form of mappings and the viewpoints of the other existing relevant classes of contra continuous mappings have been obtained. Further, we furnished some counterexamples where the results fail.
