A Hybrid Cloud Enterprise Strategic Management System 混合云企业战略管理系统

This paper is an attempt to address merging or existing and emerging systems with enterprise strategy in mind that optimizes operational productivity based on different hardware and software. Recent studies have shown that organization's growth and developments have necessitated a further research-driven stance towards technology-based approach by many emerging companies through competition, especially amongst global conglomerates. Hence, the problems of mitigating risk by combining software and hardware systems remain to further espouse the limitless possibilities especially with the global concern of security remain infinite. This presents upfront; the emancipation of humanity in solving earthly and galactic problems using space-based satellites and earth-based transceivers as part of the hardware hegemony. The aim is to create an encompassing integration by checking the effects of browsers, programming languages, plugins, hardware devices, and software; thus acknowledging the diverse complexities amongst technologies when converging and integrating various systems.

A Comprehensive Survey on Cloud Computing: Architecture, Tools, Technologies, and Open Issues 云计算综合调查:架构、工具、技术和开放问题

Cloud computing is one of the most spectacular technological achievements of the 21st century, allowing users to access various on-demand services (e.g., storage, servers, networks, apps, and services) from anywhere. All advanced technologies such as internet of things (IoT), smart cities, smart grid, system automation, 5G, and logistics systems require services offered by cloud computing. This paper provides a complete architectural tutorial on cloud computing, focusing on various service and deployment models, architectures, inter-clouds concepts, and multiple merits of cloud computing in artificial intelligence, fog computing, edge computing, and IoT. It also discusses different quality-of-service (QoS) parameters that are helpful for the consumers to decide upon the service quality offered by any cloud provider. A comparative study of the hypervisor and container-based virtualization technologies has been discussed. Finally, simulation tools and various open research issues of cloud computing are presented, appealing for the researchers to decide on future research directions.

A Multi-Objective Optimization Scheduling Method Based on the Genetic Algorithm in Cloud Computing 云计算中基于遗传算法的多目标优化调度方法

For task-scheduling problems in cloud computing, a multi-objective optimization method is proposed here. First, with an aim toward the biodiversity of resources and tasks in cloud computing. This paper propose a resource cost model that defines the demand of tasks on resources with more details. A multi-objective optimization scheduling method has been proposed based on this resource cost model. This method considers the makespan, wall clock time , execution time and the costs as constraints of the optimization problem. This paper proposed a multi-objective improved genetic algorithm (MOIGA) to address multi-objective task scheduling problems. The experiment results showed that the MOIGA algorithm minimizes makespan, wall clock time, execution time and cost when compared with First Come First Serve (FCFS), Round Robin (RR) and Shortest Job First (SJF).

Cloud Data Centre Energy Utilization Estimation: Simulation and Modelling With iDR 云数据中心能源利用估算:iDR模拟与建模

Due to the growth of the internet and internet-based software applications, cloud data center demand has increased. Cloud data centers have thousands of servers that are 24×7 working for users; it is the strong witness of enormous energy consumption for the operation of the cloud data center. However, server utilization is not remaining the same all the time, so, from an economic feasibility point of view, energy management is an essential activity for cloud resource management. Some well-known energy management techniques for cloud data centers generally used are dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS), dynamic power management (DPM), and task scheduling-based techniques. The present work is based on an analytical approach to integrating resource provisioning with sophisticated task scheduling; the authors estimate energy utilization by cloud data centers using iDR cloud simulator. The work is intended to optimize power consumption in the cloud data center.

Traffic Accident Prevention in Low Visibility Conditions Using VANETs Cloud Environment 利用VANETs云环境预防低能见度条件下的交通事故

Road accidents have become a major concern for safety today. The increase in the number of vehicles has significantly increased the real-time road traffic, leading to many fatal accidents. Over the years, researchers have been trying to find solutions to enhance vehicular security in order to prevent these accidents or at least reduce their impact. This paper aims to contribute in this domain by studying the reaction time of vehicles in low visibility conditions and proposing a solution which can be implemented in the real world to prevent accidents in such scenarios. A novel algorithm is proposed which utilizes a modified form of AODV routing protocol in VANETS Cloud to alert the vehicles whenever a leading vehicle in the same lane slows down. This study can help the drivers by providing them sufficient time to react before any occurrence of an accident. The drivers would have a better idea about the vehicles in front, allowing them to make proper and informed decisions while driving in low visibility conditions.

Analysis of Different Load Balancing Algorithms in Cloud Computing 云计算中不同负载均衡算法的分析

In today's world, the IT industry is emerging day by day; therefore, the need for storage and computing is increasing multifold. Cloud computing has transformed the IT sector to much greater heights by virtualizing the systems, thereby reducing cost of the hardware to greater extent. Cloud computing is based on the pay as per use policy. Due to the exponential growth in cloud computing, users demand supplementary services and improved results which makes load balancing a major challenge. Load balancing distributes the workload across multiple nodes to optimize the performance of the system. Various load balancing algorithms exist to provide better resource utilization. This paper gives a brief analysis of load balancing algorithms and also compared these algorithms on the basis of certain metrics like average response time, processing cost, and data servicing time.

Reliable and Energy-Efficient Routing Scheme for Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks (UWSNs) 一种可靠节能的水下无线传感器网络路由方案

Despite the fact that the ocean plays a role in everything from the air we breathe to daily weather and climate patterns, we know very little about our ocean. Underwater wireless sensor network (UWSN) is one of the options helping us to discover some domains such as natural assets and underwater resource exploration. However, the acoustic signal is the only suitable option in underwater communication in the absence of radio waves, which face a number of challenges under this environment. To overcome these issues, many routing schemes are introduced by researchers though energy consumption is still a challenge in underwater communication. To overcome the issue of rapid energy consumption, a reliable and energy-efficient routing method is introduced that avoids the redundant forwarding of data; hence, it achieves energy efficiency and eventually prolongs the network lifetime. Simulation results support the claim that the proposed scheme achieves energy efficiency along higher delivery ratio by reducing the data transmission error rate during the routing decisions.

The use of cloud computing has remarkable advantages in business performance. It is related especially in the portion of the organizational environment, such as organizational culture and organizational agility. Organizational agility provides an easier process to search and retrieve knowledge and allow the businesses to utilize and apply this knowledge to get high-quality services. Agility and culture factors can help organizations to enhance their cloud computing adoption. The achievement of any organization is dependent upon human resources. With human resources, the organization can develop its employees by sharing knowledge, skill, and experience of personnel. Expert cloud has a significant impact on and direct relation with human resources as it facilitates the communication among human resources better, more efficiently, and reduces the cost of the service. In this paper, the authors discuss the relationship between expert cloud and human resources to enhance the organizational performance through the assistance of organizational agility and culture.

Robo-Advisory Services in India: A Study to Analyse Awareness and Perception of Millennials 印度的机器人咨询服务:一项分析千禧一代意识和感知的研究

The transcendence of automated digital services is challenging already established financial advisory services. Robo-advisory is gaining popularity where human touch is missing while making the investment decision. The present study is aimed to understand the awareness of robo-advisors amongst millennials in India along with their perception towards robo-advisory services. A self-administered questionnaire was sent out to the college students, and 288 college students responded to this. The responses were analysed using independent sample t-test, Anova, and factor analysis using IBM SPSS 22. The findings indicate that there is a lack of awareness about robo-advisors amongst college students. Measures should be taken by universities and colleges to include this as a part of the syllabus along with industry-academia partnership to create awareness as these students will be earning and investing in the next 1-3 years.

A Review on Cloud, Fog, Roof, and Dew Computing: IoT Perspective 云、雾、屋顶和露水计算综述:物联网视角

The internet of things (IoT) offers a range of benefits for its users, ranging from quicker and more precise perception of our ecosystem to more cost-effective monitoring of manufacturing applications, by taking internet access to the things. Due to the ubiquitous existence of the internet, there's been an increasing pace in the IoT. Such a growing pace has brought about the term of IoT ecosystem. This exponential growing IoT ecosystem will encounter several challenges in its path. Computing domains were used from very initial stage to assist the IoT ecosystem and mitigate those challenges. To understand the impact of computing domains in IoT ecosystem, this paper performs the elaborative study on cloud, fog, roof, and dew computing including their interaction, benefits, and limitations in IoT ecosystem. The brief comparative analysis on these four computing domains are then performed. The impact of internet and offline computing on these computing domains are then analyzed in depth. Finally, this paper presents the suggestions of potential appropriate computing domain strategies for IoT ecosystems.
