We apply methods of exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) to examine variation in logistics industry in south China based on the characteristics of regional logistics. This paper investigates the regional disparities at city level in south China by global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis, with the support of Arc Map and Geoda software. It visualizes the regional distribution of logistics industry by box map, and analyzes the statistical data of south China logistic industry by Moran's I scatter plots and Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA) map. The results show that the Moran's I for per capita GDP is higher than that for logistics industry in south China. The paper has derived some implications for policy makers at the end.

With the wide application of information technology in all areas of society and the deepening of the informatization construction of enterprise management, the risks which the enterprises are facing have become increasingly complex. And it is of great practical significance to study the improvement of the internal audit work in IT environment. This paper analyzes the influence of IT environment on the internal audit objectives and methods. And it also proposes that in the process of the involvement of the internal audit in risk management in IT environment, it is necessary to consider the new risks which the enterprises are facing in IT environment and actively use the information technology to make some changes and innovations on the traditional internal audit methodologies and tools. Then it is beneficial to improve the quality and efficiency of internal audit in IT environment and strengthen the enterprise risk management.

In order to study affecting the variation rule of the water quality parameters, we employed Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) to analyze the concentration value of Cd using 26 years' data in F3 site, and got the variation rule and trends of Cd. The results showed that: In Station F3, Cd concentration is non-stationary time series, and the trend is clearly for the upward trend, a slight decline in the future, the main cycle of 10 months, 43 months, 51 months and 73 months. To research the variation rule of Cd concentration and forecast the trends is meaningful.

Text classification is the key technology for topic tracking, and vector space model (VSM) is one of the most simple and effective model for topics representation. Feature selection algorithm in VSM is an important means of data pre-processing, and it can reduce vector space dimension and improve the generalization ability of the algorithm. So we develop a topic tracking system based on SVM to study how feature dimension and the value of K-neighbors affect topic tracking. Then we get the variation law that they affect topic tracking, and add up their optimal values in topic tracking. And finally we analyze topic tracking system performance according to TDT evaluation results to find the reasons for this results.

The C6-sugars from bamboo shoot shell biomass (BSSB) fraction are expected to be converted into 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural (HMF), and subsequently to levulinic acid (LA). A kinetic study on one of the key steps of biomass to C6-sugars has been investigated. The experiments were performed in temperature (110-150°C), using [C4mim]HSO4 as the catalyzt (0.1-1.0 mol L-1) and a initial intake of 3% BSSB. A kinetic model of the reaction was developed for the kinetics of C6-sugars using a pseudohomogeneous, first-order kinetic model, which provided a satisfactory interpretation for the experimental results. The kinetic parameters for the model provided useful information for understanding the conversion mechanism of biomass into C6-sugars, HMF and LA.

The spatial changes of landscape pattern of Feicheng Coal Mining Area were analyzed in order to improve landscape and ecological environment quality and to guarantee sustainable development in mining areas. Methods employed include RS, GIS, and landscape pattern spatial analysis. The results show that cultivated land had a rising tendency while forest area was declining, and the area of mining land, residential land and waters rised steadily. All kinds of landscape were changed by different degree. Some indicators decreased from 1986 to 2006 including patch cohesion, patch density, Shannon diversity index and evenness index, while as contrary, the indicator of dominance index increased during the same period. The overall landscape's fragmentation and diversity degrees increased, and the landscape's were more irregular. Those indicate that developmental trend of different patch types are equalization and diversification.

In Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), the ability to avoid collision directly impacts on node energy consumption and network performance. Based on introduction of CSMA/CA protocol, the paper laid emphasis on shortcoming of binary back off algorithm affect survivability time of WSN. On this basis, a kind of CSMA/CA protocol based on improved binary back off algorithm was proposed. The algorithm reasonably scheduled competition and back off time of nodes and improved fairness of the network to increase network survival cycle. Network simulation results shows that the improved protocol effectively improves network survivable cycle in case of fixed network size. The performance of network delay and throughput also improved to a certain extent.

For urban planning and management, it is essential that detailed information about the environment of urban space, with its high level of pattern heterogeneity, is available. Thermal Infra Red Remote sensing allows spatializing land surface temperature(LST), a case study in Changchun in northeast China was carried out, further analysis referred to quantifying spatial patterns of urban heat field and land use, based on topographic maps in 1990s and Land sat TM images in 1993 and 2005. The results showed there were changes in spatial patterns of urban thermal environment, and it was consistent with the direction of urban expansion. Moreover, LST existed differences on different underlying surface, the LST was the highest on the industrial land, followed by commercial land, public land and transportation land, the lowest was on the surface of water, followed by urban green land. In all, urban heat island effect had a trend of increase.
