Life of toddlers has become more crucial. Little youngsters are affected by many imperilments in the residence. As of today nuclear family parents safeguard their children through their travail. As a working class they agree on caretaker to govern their child activities in home but this lacks in security aspects. In order to provide security to the toddlers many scientific inventions are invented, but the rescuing of children from hazards inside bound is tedious process. The main goal of this paper is to provide complete security system to children by wearable band that embedded with sensors. The purpose of this device is to help parents monitor children with ease. Hence system provide complete secured environment to children and stress free life to parents. At the moment there are many wearable in the market which help track the daily activity of children and also help find the child using Bluetooth services present on the device. Bluetooth range is much short and become unreliable communication between parent and children. System provides reliable transmission between embedded system and server. Proximity sensor used to object that the child approach as sense by system and transmit to server system with buzzer and notification. Thus sensors embedded in system used to monitor activity of children and keeping track of location and send accurate reports to parents. Emergency, the systems divert children by voice recognition, indicated by alert signal to the parents.

In this paper, Role of SPARK in weather Forecasting is analysed by doing a comparative analysis for weather forecasting with and without the use of Spark cluster for ARIMA model and Kalman Filter. The values predicted by the above models is given to XGBoost Classifier to classify the weather condition. Last 20 years of data has been chosen from kaggle. Initially pre-processing is done and three attributes are narrowed down, namely humidity, temperature and dew point along with its timestamp. Weather Forecasting is done using the above models followed by XGBoost based on these three attributes. The predicted values of weather forecasting have been compared with actual values in the dataset for determining the quality of the models. To ensure the quality of prediction by the model in real-time, second order differencing method is introduced in Kalman filter for forecasting. The graphical analysis has been performed to analyse the computational time and quality of the models.

“Smarter our phone sooner it runs out of charge” In recent days android phones are being very favorable for human as they perform many tasks without manual support. But these android phones are required to be accessible at any case even when they are connected to charger. This paper focuses on disabling such grief thoughts as the charger connection is disabled internally by Sensors and tends the user to manually remove the charger connection via application. This paper also gives a clear idea about the working of Sensor and how and also describes the features, working of the application. As all the android phone does not end up in explosion, only certain do hence we also discuss the reason behind the explosion.

All around the world, every 30 seconds two children become orphans. Almost there are more than 100 million orphans worldwide. In Asia alone there may be 65 million orphans. They are hungry, afraid and lonely. Their main issues are lack of foods and clothes for their daily usage and lack of education and money. Here, we are introducing an android application which will defeat these issues in an easy manner as well as quickly without spending more time. The notion of this paper is to support orphans of different orphanages by the people who wish to contribute the children and adopting children through online by using our android application. They can help orphans in the orphanages by contributing foods and clothes to the particular orphanage they wish, through online. The people who wish to adopt children can use this application to see the children’s details with their photos in different orphanages and they can choose the child they like and other formalities is done by visiting that particular orphanage where the chosen orphan is. Fund transaction is also made by our application. This paper will be beneficial for the orphans. The weary persons can make use of this application for contributing orphans and adopting children. This work reports the manufacture of a Nano porous silicon (NPS) gas sensor and its butane detection mechanism. The sensor’s resistance changes with the gas concentration. This transduction mechanism has been tested using a gas injection precalibration method. Nanopores were developed using HF- based wet electrochemical etching on p- type substrates. The presence of nanoporeson silicon has been confirmed and its morphology has been studied by SEM imagery and its uniform distribution has been demonstrated. Impedance spectroscopy was performed at room temperature and increased grain boundary resistance was observed for a range of 2–6 ppm of butane gas.

Devices are becoming smarter with the incorporation of sophisticated sensors, micro controllers and communication devices. A smart city integrates its core services using smart devices. The outdoor lighting application is one of the key core services, as it is a high power demand application. With the advent of sophisticated, smart luminaries, the need for an energy efficient, green smart city and adequately well-lit safe smart city has been much awaited. A safe green smart city is achieved by meticulously assigning illumination roles to every individual luminaries via a dynamic role assignment scheme. The proposed dynamic scheme assigns the illuminating task to the luminaries based on the evaluation criteria such as luminaire life span, illumination level, temperature, peak hours and critical zones. The objectives of the work is to achieve a green smart city by reducing power consumption and provide a safer smart city with adequate illumination. The proposed dynamic role assignment has been compared with the conventional lighting methods and static role assignment algorithm (COIRAS). The analyses reveal the proposed dynamic role assignment scheme achieve the objectives for a safe and green smart city.

Nowadays, road safety has become an important issue in the urban areas due to the high vehicle density. Road safety can be improved by reducing the accidents. Road accident causes traffic hindrance which has become intolerable especially in big-cities. Therefore, analyzing the road accidents accurately can help to solve the problem of traffic crashes. In our project, we propose a hybrid model that combines both K-Nearest Neighbor and Support Vector Machines algorithm for road accident analysis and prediction of accident type, which is based on the hierarchical-learning approach. The accident types are classified as crash, drunk & drive, fire and skid. Our proposed model uses the combination of both KNN and SVM algorithms with the historical datasets collected from UCI Repository. This analyzed data will be more useful to suggest better safety measures to avoid traffic crashes. We experimentally analyze the performance of both KNN and SVM algorithms using R programming with large accident datasets. Results show that our hybrid model enhances the accuracy of road accident analysis.
