В статье дана характеристика взаимосвязи стадий роста и налоговых реформ в КНР. Сделан вывод о том, что проведение налоговых реформ необходимо увязывать с налоговым таргетированием как составной частью налоговой политики государства, что позволит предпринимателям учитывать налоговые шоки
