The Specifics of Rural School in Russia: Historical and Pedagogical Analysis 俄罗斯农村学校的特殊性:历史与教学分析

The article proposes historical and pedagogical analysis of the leading provisions of the concept of the rural school development. The purpose of the study is to identify on the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis and to systematize the peculiarities of rural school as one of the leading factors of modernization of education of Russia. The novelty of the study is to clarify the content of the rural school as a pedagogical system. The theoretical significance of the study is that scientific ideas about the rural school of Russia have been systematized on the basis of the carried out historical and pedagogical analysis and patterns of development of the modern rural school in Russia have been established (formation of the rural school as an open network general education organization; the focus of the content of the educational process on the design and implementation of variable educational services, which ensure the formation of social and personal success of graduates; feasibility of modeling rural schools taking into account national-regional specificities, etc.).

Pedagogical Support of the Self-Development of Adolescents in Additional Education in the Framework of the Reflective-Value Approach 反思价值取向框架下青少年追加教育自我发展的教学支持

The article is devoted to the problem of pedagogical support of the self-development of adolescents in additional education, implemented within the framework of the methodology of the reflective-value approach developed by the author in the framework of the scientific school of existential pedagogy under the guidance of Professor M.I. Rozhkov. In the context of the reflexive-value approach, the pedagogical support of the self-development of adolescents sets as their first priority the task of forming value meanings in the adolescent, and, on the basis of this, constructs and implements the project of his life. The most effective implementation of this approach can be represented in the system of supplementary education for children, which involves the organization by pupils of the space of their life based on choice, and contributing to the formation of a teenager’s readiness for self-development.

Is There a Viral Potential in “Suggestion” as a Quality of Theatrical Human Nature? 作为戏剧人性的一种品质,“暗示”是否具有病毒式传播的潜力?

The purpose of this work lies in characterizing “suggestion” as a quality of theatrical nature of a human being with highlighting a viral potential of theatricality. The author has a theory that the theatricality as an instrument of personality’s adaptation and a human being uses it at every turn. However, except some examples of description theatricalization a human being behavior and some societal examples of theatricality it is hard to find any other information about theatrical nature of a human being, something that could explain the “Homo Theatrical” as the phenomenon. Applications of this study. The results of the study can be useful for the philosophical Sciences, human Sciences, for the development of an interdisciplinary approach to the study of a human being as a complex open, self-organizing system. The results can be useful for the development of a dialogical scientific paradigm, a useful relationship between the Sciences of spirit and Science of nature. The results of the study expand the understanding of a human being as a philosophical problem. Novelty. The novelty of the work is determined by the interdisciplinary approach to the problem of “Homo Theatrical”. The genetic and virology stuff help to understand viral potential of suggestion in a new way. Anthropology helps find out clear examples of life theatricalization and using some of theatrical approaches and instruments of suggestion for psycho therapy. Philosophy helps take some knowledge about theatrical nature of a human being to a new level of understanding, to a level of interdisciplinary search.

Implementation of the State Program “Dalnevostochniy Hectare” and the Regional Aspect of “Yakutskiy Hectare” in the Territory of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia): The First Results (2016-2020) 萨哈共和国(雅库特)境内“达尔涅沃随机公顷”国家方案和“雅库茨基公顷”区域方案的实施:第一批成果(2016-2020年)

This article analyzes the implementation of the state program “Yakutskiy hectare” and its regional counterpart “Yakutskiy hectare” on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The state program “Dalnevostochniy hectare” is a state social initiative to provide a free land plot to a citizen of the Russian Federation for a period of 5 years. The state provides support measures for each land plot owner to develop it. Similar mechanisms for providing and implementing it operate in its regional counterpart “Yakutskiy hectare”, only with a difference in the period of development 6 years, and the type of use agricultural purpose. On the territory of the Far East, there are many uninhabited and undeveloped territories that have not been put into economic circulation. Programs can help resolve the socio-economic situation. This study confirms the prospects for further implementation.

The article substantiates the turn to the earth-centric paradigm of man's attitude towards nature as the partnership between Man and Earth, and the changes of conceptual apparatus for studying the ManNature inter-conjugation and co-evolution. It reveals the limits of concepts of "anthropocentrism", "anthropocosmocentrism", "environment", "man is the measure of all things", "nature is the home of man", "self-value of nature". It is proposed to use P.A.Kropotkin’s theory of mutual aid, theories of bioregionalism, organicism, living logic, to introduce the concepts of "planet Earth ecosophy", "Earth rights", "bioregion", "Indigenous Methodology world design" as the basis for the paradigm of the partnership between Man and Earth.

The article analyzes and examines the current state of national culture on the example of the activities of cultural institutions in the Tompon, Oymyakon, Ust-May districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) based on the results of the research work “Assessment, main trends in the natural and socio-economic potential of the Eastern economic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) ) ”As part of a comprehensive research program under state contract No. 5329 of 08/07/2017. As a result of the analysis, the authors concluded that the main areas of activity to preserve the national culture of indigenous peoples living in the areas can be considered the revival of the language and culture of indigenous representatives peoples of the republic Sakha (Yakuts), Evens, Evenks and activities to transfer cultural heritage to the younger generation.

Peculiarities of Work With Foreign Students: Problems and Ways to Solve Them 留学生工作的特殊性:问题及解决途径

The article covers some issues of international activity of Russian universities. The task of the study described in the article is to identify and describe the real range of problems in the work of teachers of the Primorskaya State Academy of Agriculture with foreign students, and to determine possible ways to solve them. The most important socio-cultural problems of foreign students in the course of their studies are noted. Studying the problems of foreign students studying at the Maritime Agricultural Academy makes it possible to determine their impact on adaptation to the educational process of the university. The obtained data help to more consciously and purposefully design and build the social and educational environment of the academy.

The introduction of innovations in any sphere of life without a specific person is impossible. The purpose of this article is to consider the innovative potential of a university teacher as a necessary condition for accepting the challenges of our time. The components of the individual’s innovative potential are highlighted, and conclusions are drawn about their formation on the basis of the study. The work clarifies the components of innovative potential, presents the results of an empirical study.

New Management Technologies and Digital Business Transformation 新的管理技术和数字化业务转型

The article considers the main roles of information technologies in the company: auxiliary, restructuring, and digital transformation. The restructuring role of information technologies is characterized by the formation of the electronic economy, the consumer economy, the emergence of strategic alliances, value-added communities and meta-markets, and other forms of economic and business organization with appropriate management. Information technologies of digital transformation provided the creation of an economy in the form of a cyber-physical system instead of interaction between the virtual and real parts of the world, which took the form of a platform economy, digital enterprises, industry 4.0, and similar phenomena. As a result of the transformative effects of information technologies on companies and the business environment, management tasks and technologies changed. The article analyzes the evolution of changes in companies, business environment and management. We consider disruptive technologies such as blockchain, Big Data, knowledge management, Agile, Scrum, Teaming, design thinking and their impact on company management.
