- This study investigated the effects of different heat treatments on continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) 's. CFRTP composite is produced using fused deposition modeling (FDM), which is one of the additive manufacturing methods. Polylactic acid (PLA) was used as a matrix, and carbon fibers (3K) were utilized as reinforcement material. First, CFRTP filament was produced on a specially designed melt impregnation line. Afterward, test samples were manufactured via a conventional 3D printer. Then, heat treatments (re-melting in salt, microwave oven, oven) were applied to the produced samples, and the effects of these processes on mechanical properties were investigated. Three-point bending tests were used to investigate the mechanical properties of the test samples. As a result of the heat treatments applied to the CFRTP specimens, flexural stresses between 200 and 220 MPa was achieved. The highest bending stress was obtained by re-melting in salt. As a result of the heat treatments, the stress values are similar, but the re-melting in salt application exhibited a more rigid behavior.

Bu çalışmada yüksek yoğunluklu polietilen (HDPE) malzemeye farklı oranlarda tek yönlü basma işlemi uygulanarak sertlik ölçümleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Şekil değişim miktarları %10, %20, %30, %40, %50, %60, %70 ve %80 oranlarında oda şartlarında yaklaşık 23 °C and %50 nemde gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Nanoparticles increase their availability and diversity in the environment day by day with the natural formation processes of the world geography and the development of advanced technological industry. Due to their intelligent and kaleidoscopic physico-chemical structural forms, they can cause toxic effects in various metabolic steps (in structural proteins, genetic structure, organelles, cells, tissues, organs, metabolic systems) in the organism. Despite these harmful situations some magnetite nanoparticles such as gold nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles, nanodiamonds, dendrimers, polymeric and liposomic smart nanoparticles can be used in medical studies, pharmaceutical industry, nanotheranostic studies and molecular methods. Zebrafish (Danio rerio), which is used a model species in many study disciplines, has been used in many studies to reveal the potential toxic effects and positive effects of the tested nanoparticles. Both in vivo and in vitro test systems and interdisciplinary studies conducted in recent years were analyzed and evaluated via the traditional review method in the current study. Besides, many studies were grouped in order to obtain fast and efficient results on the characterization of nanoparticles and understanding their mechanism of action. A systematic search was conducted based on the keywords of this study in databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science and Carrot², in May 2022. In addition to recognizing the toxic effects of nanoparticles, several studies were emphasized, in which the utilitarian status of nanoparticles in medical, pharmaceutical, molecular and genetic applied studies was understood more clearly day by day.

Ruxolitinib (C17H18N6) is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor that inhibits JAK1, JAK2, and JAK3 and with its tyrosine kinase inhibitor function It is the first drug approved for use in the treatment of myelofibrosis. The possible conformations of the ruxolitinib molecule were searched using PM3 technique and the Spartan06 software. The estimated molecular energies of the Ruxolitinib conformers, obtained by the variations in dihedral angles, were compared, and the most stable conformer was determined. To enlighten the inhibitory activity of Ruxolitinib agaist the apo (PDB ID: 6M03) and holo (PDB ID: 6LU7) forms of the main protease enzyme (Mpro) of COVID-19 and the SARSCoV-2 spike glycoprotein (PDB ID: 6VXX), molecular docking simulations were performed. The binding affinities and binding modes were determined. The binding free energies of ruxolitinib and 6M03, 6LU7, 6VXX targets calculated by the combination of Molecular Mechanics/Generalized Born Surface Area (MMGBSA) and Molecular Mechanics/Poisson-Boltzmann Surface Area (MM-PBSA) methods {MM/PB(GB)SA approach}, were found to be -22.24, -19.96 and -22.44 kcal/mol, respectively.

The molecular structures of the lowest-energy conformers of donepezil (C24H29NO3), rivastigmine (C14H22N2O2), and galantamine (C17H21NO3), which are extensively used in Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders, were identified using the Spartan06 program and the MMFF method. The optimized geometries, obtained with the same method, were used as initial data in molecular docking investigations with the Acetylcholinesterase enzyme. The binding modes, binding affinities, and interactions were comparatively determined as consequence of the calculations.
