Web service composition is about maximizing the benefits of different Web services by composing a certain number of Web services to deliver a fully end-to-end service. This paper presents a review of the two major trends of Web service compositions: top-down composition and bottom-up composition. The top-down composition starts with a well-defined goal and search criteria before searching for the composition, while the goal and search criteria in the bottom-up composition are not well defined. The bottom-up composition is often called Web service mining. Web service mining is a new trend that aims at discovering useful and interesting compositions of existing Web services.

There are two methods of collecting population data in Indonesia. These are population census conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics using data sampling techniques, and recording population data conducted by each resident in the management of Population ID and Family Cards by the Population and Civil Registry Office. The different ways of collecting data, there is great potential demographic data differences in the two institutions; this is a pretty serious problem regarding the validity and accuracy of demographic data. The population data of the two institutions are commonly used as a basis for making policies regarding beneficiaries for the poor, recipients of educational assistance, determining voting rights in elections and etc. The solution provided is the result of this research is, the solution is to produce a website-based computer application platform to record population data by a bottom up method, which can be used by both institutions. The solution given that the result of this research is to produce a web-based computer application platform in order to perform maintenance of the population administration process by taking demographic data in steps / processes bottom up, eventually the population data used by both institutions. The website applications are built by implementing the Scrum framework. This is implemented to speed up the work process compared to other frameworks. Since it only takes 30 days by involving all the Scrum teams. A web application that has been generated has also been tested with usability testing using system usability scale (SUS) method with the results of = 83.5%. This application has been applied to the Department of Population and Civil Registration and Statistics Agency in the area of Tegal city. So, this application is highly recommended to be implemented at the Department of Population and Civil Registration and the Central Bureau of Statistics throughout Indonesia. Since it has made the population data into a single data, valid, accurate and eliminates data redundancy, in addition to demographic data update process has also become faster and in real time.

Computer Assisted Experimentation (CAEx) allows real scientific experiments using a computer, composed of an electronic interface for data acquisition and sensor. The CAEx is a very important area for the use of ICT in experimental sciences. In Morocco, although the Ministry of National Education has equipped almost all high schools with equipment CAEx, studies have shown that CAEx remains little used in the teaching of physics and science and in high schools. Our study aims at identifying the obstacles that still hinder the use of CAEx in the teaching of physics and science in Moroccan high schools. For this, we opted for a survey methodology based on a quantitative-qualitative analysis of the responses retrieved following a specialized questionnaire. The overall results show that the integration of the CAEx encounters several obstacles despite the efforts made by the Minister of Education and Vocational Training.

The present study evaluates the national libraries’ websites of five countries i.e., Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS). It analyzes the domain & page authority, domain extensions, internal equity-passing links, external equity-passing links, internal links, external links, total links, followed linking root domains, total linking root domains, just discovered links, linking C blocks, spam score, types of file format and Web Impact Factor of five national libraries’ websites. The study explored that the domain (67) & page Authority (73) of the National Library of China was the highest, the National Library of Russia has secured the highest internal equity-passing links (79884), total equity-passing links (99661) and Total Links (101000), while, the highest external equity-passing links (22354), total external links (22592) and followed linking root domains (1674) was occupied by National Library of China. It also observed that all the selected national libraries are using 100% HTML, PDF, JPEG, and GIF file formats, followed by PNG, WMA and the lowest was MS-Word, the maximum file formats were used by National Library of Brazil (7). National Library of Russia occupied first place with highest Internal WIF, External WIF and Simple WIF of 1210.36, 326.6 and 1530.3 respectively.
