Статья раскрывает влияние физической культуры на самооценку. Человек, занимаясь физической культурой, не только развивает и укрепляет здоровье, но и формирует морально-волевые качества личности. В статье рассматривается влияние физической культуры на человеческую жизнь: на самостоятельность, на творчество, интеллектуальную и учебную, трудовую деятельность. Обращается внимание на самосовершенствование и самоконтроль личности посредством влияния физической культуры. Раскрывается взаимосвязь физической культуры и самооценки. The article reveals the influence of physical culture on self-esteem. A person engaged in physical culture not only develops and strengthens health, but also forms the moral and volitional qualities of a person. The article examines the influence of physical culture on human life: on independence, on creativity, intellectual and educational, labor activity. Attention is drawn to self-improvement and self-control of the individual through the influence of physical culture. The interrelation of physical culture and self-esteem is revealed.
