This paper seeks to introduce novel concepts on Pythagorean fuzzy soft sets (PFSSs) over UP (BCC)-algebras. Then, we give three different types of PFSSs over UP (BCC)-algebras and look into their generalization. We also find the results of four operations over UP (BCC)-algebras performed on two PFSSs: union, restricted union, intersection, and extended intersection. We also discuss π -level subsets of PFSSs over UP (BCC)-algebras as a final step in our inquiry into the relationships between special subsets of UP (BCC)-algebras and PFSSs.

Let ( X , C , D C , χ ) be a complete parametric vector quasi cone metric space over a Banach algebra A , C be a cone in A that contains some semi-interior points, χ be a metric parameter in C with a spectral radius σ ( χ ) (cid:62) 1, and T : X × X → X be a generalized contraction mapping where its parametric contractions are vectors in C , with these settings and without relying on the assumptions of normality and solidness of C , we prove the existence of coupled coincidence points of the mapping T and hence generalize many theorems concerned with the existence of coupled coincidence points of such types and we support these results with some illustrative examples.

A one-dimensional space-time fractional diffusion equation describes anomalous diffusion on fractals in one dimension. In this paper, this equation is discretized by finite difference schemes based on the Gr¨unwald-Letnikov approximation for Riemann-Liouville and Caputo’s fractional derivatives. It turns out that the discretized equations can be put into a compact form, i.e., a linear system with a block lower-triangular coefficient matrix. To solve the linear system, we formulate a matrix iterative algorithm based on gradient-descent technique. In particular, we work out for the space fractional diffusion equation. Theoretically, the proposed solver is always applicable with satisfactory convergence rate and error estimates. Simulations are presented numerically and graphically to illustrate the accuracy, the efficiency, and the performance of the algorithm, compared to other iterative procedures for linear systems.

This article highlights the concept of generalized π -weak closed sets (briefly, gπ ( w ) -closed) in weak structures, that possess a lot of applications in information systems. We study their master properties and show the interrelationships between them and some types of sets with the help of counterexamples. Then, we applied gπ ( w ) -closed sets to define new types of the concepts of separation axioms, continuous functions, closed w -graph and strongly closed w -graph. We give some characterizations of these concepts and discuss main features. Moreover, we provide some examples to show some topological properties of these concepts that are losing in the frame of weak structures

In this work, some types of nonlinear parabolic partial differential equations have been studied by means of the collocation method with cubic B-splines, without transformation or linearization. Here, the convergence analysis of the current scheme is also theoretically investigated. A few numerical examples are given to illustrate the viability and effectiveness of the proposed technique. The error norms l 2 and l ∞ are used to assess the accuracy of the current method. In this respect, the proposed method, keeping the real features of such problems, is able to save the behavior of nonlinear terms without facing any conventional drawbacks. Furthermore, it is mathematically shown and numerically seen that there is a good agreement between the approximation and the exact solutions. The current approach reduces the cost of calculation as well as the need for storage space at various parameters.
