The article is devoted to the problem of implementing the minimum career guidance in the educational environment of the school. The relevance of career guidance work and the introduction of the professional minimum at the present stage is substantiated. Modern resources of the career guidance system are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to pedagogical support for students’ professional self-determination. A possible model for implementing the professional minimum is proposed within the framework of the “Career Guidance” module of the educational organization’s work program, and methodological recommendations are given.

The main goal of this study is to study the problems of modern geographical education through the prism of professional self-determination of students. The content of geographical education is considered as a key component of professional self-determination. The use of geography teachers as methodological tools for project activities, educational excursions, professional tests, etc. is justified. The article focuses on the need to provide scientific and methodological support to geography teachers and improve their professional competence in the conditions of a continuous system of professional self-determination of young people. The authors present a model of scientific and methodological support for the professional self-determination of schoolchildren in the process of teaching geography, a model for organizing project activities of a career guidance nature in geographical education in the conditions of interaction between a pedagogical university, a school and a professional community, and consider a variant of thematic planning of a geography course with career guidance content.

The article aims to investigate the role of the country study approach in the 7th grade geography course «Continents, oceans, peoples and countries». The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the country study approach is widely used when teaching school geography, its role in teaching is constantly increasing as it provides a comprehensive study of the territories and water areas of the Earth, large regions and countries of the world. The purpose of this article is to identify the possible ways to implement the country-study approach while studying the general features of the nature of the Earth during the 7th grade geography course. The article analyzes the main goals and structure of the course «Continents, oceans, peoples and countries». The author describes the possibilities of implementing the country study approach when studying the general features of the nature of our planet using the topic «Lithosphere and terrain of the Earth» as an example. The most successful methodological methods for its implementation are mentioning regions, countries and cities of the world, their geographical location and other information, as well as their distinctive features related to the topic of the lesson. Accordingly, the application of the country study approach when teaching the general features of the Earth’s nature in the course «Continents, oceans, peoples and countries» helps students to explore the main features of the Earth’s geospheres on the example of various territories of the world. The materials presented in the article confirm the importance of applying the regional approach in studying the general features of the nature of the Earth in the 7th grade geography course and illustrate the possibilities of its implementation. The material of this article can be used by geography teachers when lesson planning on the topic of the lithosphere and the terrain of the Earth.

The article is devoted to the preparation and use of cases on social engineering to consider organizational and legal aspects of information security. With the increasing availability of digital tools, the topic of personal information security remains relevant, as the proportion of people who are deceived by fraudsters is only increasing. Sophisticated phishing scenarios and attacks on social networks and messengers have become especially popular. The formation of a holistic view in the field of information security with an emphasis on the formation of digital competencies in the field of information ethics and law is becoming increasingly demanded in general education. To achieve subject outcomes on the topic, computer science teachers are encouraged to use interactive social engineering cases in a computer science course at the secondary general education level.

Career guidance work at school, namely the pedagogical support of professional self-determination of schoolchildren, has always been the main mission of a general educational organization. From September 01, 2023, a career guidance minimum is being introduced at various levels in all educational organizations. The article presents the experience of one of the schools of the Moscow region in the implementation of the advanced level, since it describes the interaction with social partners, work with the provided Internet resources, in particular "Ticket to the Future", "Abilimpics". The article focuses on one of the most important components of the system of career guidance work at school - a developing career guidance environment, the technology for creating which is described in stages. The material will be useful to pedagogical and executive workers who organize career guidance work.

The article is devoted to the study of the topical issue of determining the importance of educational work among the university youth in countering the spread of the ideology of terrorism and extremism. The authors of the article point out that young people are the most susceptible to ideological influence. It is necessary to search for new forms and methods in educational work aimed not only at prevention, but also at the formation of a stable civil and social position of young people. Patriotism, countering the ideology of terrorism and extremism were taken as a basis for planning the educational and patriotic marathon “Week of Unified Actions”, which proved the effectiveness of the organization of interdepartmental interaction of the university with representatives of various state legal structures in the framework of the direction “Youth Policy” of the Priority 2030 program.

Distance learning methods are already become an essential part of education, but their widespread use has also revealed some problems. Despite the abundance of forms, distance education cannot completely replace the classical method of face-to-face interaction between a teacher and a student. For more effective learning, distance and full-time forms should not compete, but mutually complement each other. In such a situation, the student has maximum opportunities both for obtaining information and for the most effective understanding of it. If, according to the curriculum, the number of classroom lessons is small, the remote part in the form of recorded task analyzes or explanations of methods becomes especially relevant. In this article, I propose one variant of combining full-time and remote parts of practical classes in the discipline “Computational Mathematics” for students of a technical university. Based on my experience I will consider which themes from the curriculum should be necessarily analyzed in a practical lesson, and which ones can be offered as independent work using a pre-recorded video course.
